Hey Guys! I think this is not perfect place for payment issues, but I saw that PMDG has discontinued E-Mail based support. So I can't get any reply or advice for my problem. Yesterday, I planned to buy FSX 737 NGX and I proceeded with visa card payment method. It went well, but in last I got an error message(i guess it means the transaction crashed). I tried it 2~3 times to fail. Serious thing is, im worried about some problem like expense with no product, So I checked card usage record. I found 2 PMDG transaction records that cost 69$x2 (138$) even I didn't get any product, email or succesful message! To sum up I failed several att…

I'm looking for a software to shorten long-haul (medium-haul) flights... I've read somewhere that there was a software that could shorten the cruise flight to a fraction of the real time... I don't have time to stay for 3-4 hours in front of the simulator... Thanks

I export my flight plan from simbrief I import the .PLN file into REX Essentials. Problem is the Winds aloft reported through Simbrief are different to the Winds aloft reported in REX Essentials? My question is which data do I use when setting up the FMC in the NGX? Cheers Sid

Hi, As a premium flight sim vendor I believe PMDG deserve a better forum platform than Avsim can deliver today. Avsim's forum platform is slow and unstable and in my view do not give PMDG customer the service they want and pay for. The traffic to PMDG's forum is not that heavy and should be much better if right forum platform technology was used. Every morning when I try to connect (I am from Europe) to PMDG forum, I get the service not available. When I get connect to the service it is laggy, slow and very unpleasant to use. Are PMDG aware of this situation and the their customers frustration?

Hi, I already asked this question in another section but got no asnwer. Is there a way to improve the EFIS smoothness like a real aircraft/sim. I use multiple monitors for the PFD and ND, and i find the NGX gauges to be laggy. The ones on the PMDG 747 were smoother. I know NGX is more complex but can you do something about it? Or at least allow the use for simavionics displays? Thanks.​

Hello, I hope someone may have a solid fix but on sunday I went and did the Win 10 conversion didnt like it and went back to Win 7. I did the proper uninstall of the sim prior to and then did a complete fresh install back on the same drive previously in the Win 7 environment. However upon reinstalling the 737 when I select it in the vehicle select my whole system freezes. There is no blue screen, there is no pop up warning a complete freeze of the computer. Prior to this the sim and the aircraft were absolutely fine, there are no residual traces (that I can detect) of the Win 10 install. I have done virus scans, my drivers for my Nvidia card are current heck I ev…

I have the latest version of ASN, but whenever I start it seems to be locked on 11 January 2015 at 1159Z and no matter what airport identifier is put in won't update the weather to the current date/time. Any clues? Neil Bradley

Hello everyone - In FSX lately i have a issue that is quite boring. I googled, and found out this is an issue other people also have - still i was not able to fix it. I load the PMDG 747-400X after launching FSX. After a little while suddenly FSX minimizes to desktop without crashing. When i select the 747-400 i display the overhead panel on the second monitor - but after maximizing it i cant click any buttons or remove the panel. However, if i select another aircraft and go back to the 747 the issue is fixed - but suddenly it minimizes again. Hello Guys, I have today reinstall my FSX because constantly crashing. At first i have my PMDG 737 NGX and PMDG 777 in the fmc unregisted. After this i uninstall all another Addons. After my FSX is now ready for use. I install the pmdg 737 ngx is was no problem. Start my FSX select the airport, weather, time and the pmdg 737 ngx house livery. The Activation Box open and i put in my key from the CD. I have bought the pmdg in the shop near the my house. After i press "Okay" i get an error message this say "Ident..... Hi. Not sure where my last topic went so I'll try again. I haven't used my 737NGX all year and want to give it away to a friend. It's the boxed version. Will it install on his system or do I need to cancel anything (license or whatever) before he can install it. I don't want to do anything illegal hence the request. After upgrading to ASN SP3, I have noticed several flight dynamics issues. The most apparent one is resistance to banking the aircraft. For example, tonight doing pattern work in benign conditions, I tried but was unable to roll the aircraft into a normal 30 bank turn even with full control wheel/joystick input. I have also noticed that occasionally the nose will yaw opposite to banked turn direction, in effect causing an outside slip. No rudder is being applied. I noticed this first over the weekend flying the NGX during a morning of practice approaches in low IMC conditions at KICT and KHUT. Hi everyone, I've searched for this but I'm afraid I can't find anything. I see in my Operations Centre that some of the .ini panel files are shared by more than one aircraft. Could someone tell me how I can add to this list? I'd like lots of aircraft in my virtual hangar to use the same .ini file but I don't know where I can set this. So far I've looked in the OC, PMDG folder in FSX and aircraft.cfg. Any help greatly appreciated! Cheers folks

Hi, I have the 777 DVD version, my operations Center is telling me that there is an update for my product, but since MARCH this year its only telling me: "PMDG CD/DVD CUSTOMERS This Update is not yet available. We are working on a solution for CD/DVD customers." I know CD/DVD customers are annoying for you in this digital age, but still I dare to ask, "when will this update become available for us annoying users?" Thanks Chris

Hi, I have five products from PMDG,(737 NGX, 747-400X, 747-8X, MD-11X and BAe 4100) the Jetstream and the 737 are working well in FSX but the 747 and MD-11 does not work at all after upgrading from windows 8 to windows 8.1. Get four messages about some dll file when starting FSX but click no on all of them to be able to start FSX( if I click yes FSX crashes). then when selecting either the 747 or the MD-11 FSX immediately crashes and shuts down when clicking OK. This does never happen when selecting the 737 or the Jetstream. Is there possibly any fix out there to fix this problem? Grateful for help,

I love your 737NG & 777 & would love if you would consider doing after your done with the new revised 747, would love to see you guys do the 767 series aircraft.. I don't like anymore the captainsim version.. having too many issues with it & like how your products work both in the airplane mechanics & Load Planning all built into the FMC.. I would love for you guys to do a 767-300 & 400 series.. I've never had an issue with PMDG product..

Hi all, Apologies if I have missed the thread but I am looking for information regarding importing flight plans from PFPX into PMDG 737 and 777 (FSX). I have successfully imported some of the flight plan (waypoints etc) but it doesn't seem to update payload / fuel etc. Am I missing something or do I have to manually programme this into the FMC? I'm a relative newcomer to both PMDG and PFPX so any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Mike

While I know it may seem like I just sit around the forum a bunch during the weekdays to answer questions and try to keep people in line with the signature rule (a rule that is seeing a rash of non-compliance, so if you're reading this, take note), but I do notice trends as they happen, which is part of how the Support Team identifies issues that we need to look into (see statistical significance). Sometimes, if the frequency is lower, I resolve to just answer it whenever it pops up. Other times, if it involves more of a visual process, I'll make a video. hello sir.... i have bought the pmdg 737-800/900 on cd with service pack 1C..... now my pmdg operations center says that i can update to service pack 1D..... i really want to update but the operations center give me this information about it "This update is not yet available. I installed the 737NGX 800/900 a couple of years ago and always downloaded new liveries from the PMDG website. Now it says to do this via Op Center. I don't have Op Center.The PMDG website says to download the latest SP (1d) and to do this by logging into my eCommerce account, going to previous orders, and re-downloading the installer. The only download available is my original base package, and re-installing this does not do anything. Anyone know of a fix ? Thanks.

I am currently experiencing a weird situation whereby on flying in the British Airways livery NGX after about 20 to 40 minutes the sim crashes to my desktop. Now I can ruin the PMDG 737 NGX house version and the PMDG 777 and I do not experience this issue which is the same with my default aircraft. I am using P3D and my OS is Windows 7. Any help would be appreciated please. Michael

Just did a clean install of Windows 10 and installed FSX and my PMDG 777. I seem to recall downloading the liveries directly from the Ops Centre, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it now. Has something changed or am I just completely missing something here? The aircraft flies just great in the sim, but I'd like to get some add on paint going. Any help? Attached is a screen shot of my Ops Centre. If you can point me in the right direction it'd be appreciated. Colin McCann
