Can someone help. I am running Windows 7. I am running FSX SE and after I install the 777 and 747 and try to select in in the game the program freezes up. Has anyone had this issue? I have uninstalled and installed PMDG several times to no avail. Thanks in advance

Hi, I fly my PMDG 737NGX on VATSIM and like to have my other monitor open to the client and my flightplan, but, after a while, it just stops letting me click anything in the cockpit. It didn't seem to do this in fullscreen (at least to where I didn't notice). Any Ideas? Thanks.

Hi all, I have problems with the scenario after saving it with the various panels undocked (which I need, for example to place captains cdu exactly in window of opencockpits FMCv2) If I save this scenario and when restarting P3Dv3 starts with the splash screen showing for about 15-20 sec. then disapears as if it crashed, but in fact it is running in the background and cannot be activated any more. Only if I delete scenario from Prepar3D Files things go back to normal. BTW I run in Windows 10. Anybody any idea? Pieter Veelo

Hi Everyone. I just had to come in and make a comment about my installation of the base 777 200LR into P3D3. It's sensational. I cannot believe the smoothness. P3D3 is a completely different simulator, which, out of the box has very acceptable scenery. The PMDG model is 'tight' and 90 - 95% of all jaggies are absent and marching ants on wings gone, a thing of the past. Crazy thing is: I got heaps of scenery and airports to be inserted, yet. Gives me second thoughts about changing anything ie meshes, open lc's etc going in. The only PMDG aircraft I have for this new evolution is the 777 but I have 4 others that I can think of in FSX. Hi all, I logged in with my account and see my latest September 2015 purchase of the 737NGX for P3D but I don't see my 777 order or my older 737NGX for FSX order? Hello i've got a problem with my 737 for my P3D v2.5 Basiclly.. Everything inside the aircraft (cockpit) is dead... but the engines are running perfectly , but everything else is dead no screens or instuments ... also i see that i dont have the PMDG_interface.dll when i downloaded PMDG 737 is that a problem or is that correct that i dont need the PMDG_interface.dll please help! i've been trying now for 7 hours... been reinstalling 5 times and tried to repair it a few times aswell but still nothing. and i got the fonts and everything. im currently using the Windows 10 System so please help! The Landing lights on the 777 don't light up on the ground when on. The taki lights or landing lights don't light up on the ground when in VC. Peter Smeal

To the PMDG team, As work is ongoing on the 777 for P3D v3 I was wondering if you could add the option to allow automatic arming and engaging of LNAV in the event of a go-around? I know not all carriers have this option installed but I think it's a great feature that reduces pilot workload at a critical phase of flight (see FCOMv2 11.31.31). Virgin Australia have this feature on their 77Ws. Thanks again for your ongoing commitment to this awesome product!

Based on the volume of issues about Prepare3D it appears that a "new" section be constructed to help those people without having to look through all of the "normal" FSX items.

Well first of all! I did search, just not as widely as I prob. should. So when you hit, don't hit me hard.. I recently upgraded my complete computer and screens, with resolution set to 1900*1080. As I had not yet installed FSX, and P3Dv3 got released, and since i bought both the NGX and 777 for P3D when these were discounted i figured, why not just jump over to P3D. And this works like a charm! Now I'm going to let the picture speak for itself. Currently only used settings in p3d, and no Nvidia Inspector yet(Not sure if needed?)

Hello Everyone, I reinstalled my P3D V3 today then installed my B777 and didn't ask me for the activation kep. Not sure what I did wrong. I read the readme file in the PMDG B777 folder and followed the instructions to run the SimConnect and still didn't ask me. Any one knows what I'm doing wrong? Also, as soon as I close my P3D, I get an error log. Here is the info inside the folder. I have the feeling it has something to do with my registration key. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Gents, Sorry but have a odd problem with NAVDATA. Parked at WSSS for a flight to WMKK. No STARS or SIDS are displayed in the FMC of the 777 for WMKK (Kuala Lumpur INTL) Then I set up the very same with the 737 and have no issues at all. (All STARS and SIDS displayed) All on very clean and new install. Installed 777 first then decided to install 737 as well. Must be something to do with where NAVDATA is located? Hello, I post that in the general forum as the 737 and the 777 are maybe affected .... I can't open the ATC window with 737 or 777. Is anyone else affected? I haven't installed other addons now, but in the standard P3D planes it does work. many thanks! Günter

I am encountering a problem with throttle control for both the 777 and NGX under V3. Both aircraft now run at a significantly higher ground idle speed with the throttle at idle. Setup: Win 10, P3D V3, Saitek X52 Pro, latest drivers, FSUIPC 4.945A, and freshly downloaded and installed 777 and NGX. Throttle calibrated in FSUIPC to provide idle at lower detent (with dead band) and reverse below detent. System worked as expected under V2.5. Under V2.5 the throttle behaved as expected and the N1 idle speed as ~22-25% for both aircraft. Under V3, the N1 idle is ~30+%, resulting in ground handling difficulties. I am pretty sure my direct X is corrupted... My sound is not working good.. when I switch views sound is dead. When I try to reinstall or repair the PMDG 777, it does not install the direct X..it says I have the latest version of direct x and quits. I went back to my P3D V2.3 and I now have the same problem since the direct x is is not right. How can I uninstall direct x? and reinstall the latest? anyone?

I have P3Dv3 installed, and I seem to have successfully installed PMDG 737. I was going to use the 737 exclusively while waiting for other publishers to come up with installers, and maybe even wait for any hotfixes. However none of the LSKs or any keys work in the CDU, ... and nor does the autobrake and there may be others. I have run a repair and it doesn't work, or should I really remove the NGX root and branch and try again? Or do you have a fix? Ian McPhail

Hello All, Whenever I click on a display such as the CDU, PFD, ND, etc... to "pop" it out in Prepar3d V3 I recieve the following error. "Error creating child window" I can click ok to dismiss the error however I cannot interact with the popped out window. My clicks go through the window and interact with things behind the window. I can close the pop out window by clicking the center of the blanked display on the main panel. The x in the upper right had corner does not respond and does not close the window once this error happens. I attempted to attach a picture of the error but Im not sure how to do it. HI, I'm trying to reinstall PMDG 737 NGX onto a new machine. I have no longer have access to the original email connected with the purchase but do have the product key number. My issue is trying to contact PMDG support to seek help in this situation. I seem to go around in a circles in the PMDG website , never being able to actually post a ticket. I am registered ! Hi, I did save quite a few flights with PMDG NGX or T7 in version 2.5. What files will I need to transfer into v3 to be able to reload them? Is it possible to get the progammed fms back as well? Thanks
