Hello All, Just got back into flight sim, i had to install fsxse my fsxgold edition kept crashing, i have installed all my PMDG aircraft (737-777) and my Quality Wings (757) with no issues, i then installed Ezdok, add on manager first no problem, then i installed GSX, FSUPC, Couatl settings and update thats when i had the issue with no gauges on my 737 and 777, i still have the gauges on my 757, can someone help with this situation, i do keep getting a message at the start up that pmdg\dlls\pmdgsoundsdll should not be allowed to run and should contact fsinsider.com.all my products are regestered so i can delete and re-install, any help would be appreciated. I want to install my copy of pmdg 737ngx on fsx se. the problem is it was purchased on amazon as a present and therefore i cant get the updated installer for fsx se.Can anybody help me out

Hello Gents, Just a quick one. When using my beloved PMDG 737 in P3D I am getting odd shadow cast of the aircraft on the ground from the VC. (Only showing bits of the plane) The other view points are not effected. Did do a search and believe it could be a P3D rendering issue. Anyway, If someone has some tricks or tips it will be appreciated. Have a complete clean install and not using Nvidia Inspector at this time. Hey Guys, I've recently created a radio panel module using Arduino boards that can connect to fsx using simconnect. This module also works with the PMDG 737 NGX because as far as I can tell, the radios in the pmdg use native simconnect operations. I was thinking about creating a full MCP for my next project, so I opened up the pmdg 737 SDK and loaded it into a visual studio win 32 console application. I also looked ferociously at the manual as well as the test project that comes with the SDK. As I am fairly new to C and C++, I am very unsure as of what compiler I should use, how the software should be structured, etc. Despite looking through google for hours, I have not …

Good afternoon, Are not right yesterday morning functioned my PMDG Operations Centre any more. I have to me yesterday morning a Liverie downloaded. When I wanted to instal it then about the Centre Operations PMDG it did not go any more. One can select on the leftside in the Operations Centre the airplanes For one the Liverie would like to instal. I have installed the NGX for P3D and wanted to instal for this so the Liverie. Hi, Flying since may month with 747 I decided to use now 777LR. but i experienced a trouble I can't reach (en descent programmed legs in FMC ) waypoints at correct altitude (in accordance with navigraph data) most of time the plane descent TOO slow ! Hello all, Before I begin, I know this should probably go into a hardware type discussion but I don't think its the est idea to post two identical topics in two different places. Also, this directly involved PMDG as I only fly the 73 and 77 these days. Anways, I have a 2700K OCed to 4.6GHz and a GTX 670. Im in the market for an upgrade. My first thought is to upgrade to the GTX 970 fro P3d as I am aware that P3d uses more video card than FSX does. However, My CPU is quite old. What is a better upgrade? Building a whole new rig with an updated CPU Oced to 4.6 and the new970? Or would the 970 still give me a solid bump in performance with P3d? What Im ak…

Hello PMDG crew, for the last few months I've been unable to log into my account. I am 100% sure I am getting the email and password correct. In fact, I can request the "forgot password" email, copy and paste the password given to me in that email, and it *still* won't log me in. I suspect that this might be because I have special characters in my password. Would it be possible to have someone on your end reset my password to something else, so I can log in again? Hey guys, i have bought the pmdg 777 for fsx, but i was thinking about moving to P3D. My serial only works for the FSX version right? To have the 777 working for P3D will i have to buy another licence?? Thanks, Francisco.

Hello All,I purchased a new SSD and want to use it exclusively for FSX. I plan on simply moving my FSX folder over to the new drive and run a reg fixer to edit the cfg's. Will this work for payware addons such as PMDG aircraft? I'm hoping not to do a full re-install. Thanks in advance,Eric Paul

I have a number of PMDG a/c for FS9 - the 737NG 600/700/800/900, B747-400, MD-11, B1900C&D..., all installed from CD-ROMs. I see that there are a number of zipped update files on the PMDG website and as it's possible that some of my CD-ROMs do not install the latest versions, I would like to see which version of each I have installed and update if appropriate. Is the a'c version information anywhere to be found in my FS9 installation? I can't seem to locate it. Thanks!

Besides flying myself, I occationally enjoy watching videos of other skilled simmers out there. It's interesting and sometimes I pick up something new I haven't thought about before. I have been flying FS since FS95, but still have a lot to learn. One thing I have noticed is that people load weather into FMC during the preflight, and just fly. But that will give incorrect values. I don't know if ASNext gives the wind data at that exact moment or if it try to predict (anyone here knows? I guess it only gives at the actual moment), but if you fly a longhaul, values will become very inactual. I am loading all wind data during preflight, but I am also updating it during the f…

Microsoft is aggressively pushing Windows 10. However, I have been reluctant to update from Windows 7 because I fly PMDG a great deal, and as I understand it, they currently only support Win 7. I usually do a clean install, which entails a lot of work given all the add-ons I have, and as I read AVSIM forums, many have been running Win 10 and PMDG for some time When will PMDG make an official pronouncement as to supporting Win 10? I noticed that PMDG Options is not showing in my FSX addons drop down menu. I understand that it is most likely a corrupted dll.xml file, but when I look at it in notepad++ it looks normal except the only reference to PMDG is "PMDG HUD" I have read that you can simply delete the file and let windows rebuild it when next starting FSX but am a bit scared to do it in case I mess up an otherwise good operation of FSX. I am very much looking forward to PMDG's 747v2. I cannot wait to get my hands on it, esp that beast of the B747-8i. The excitement is overload! I understand that v2 will have better night textures, too! Simply wonderful! I haven't really seen this question posted anywhere on the forum, and was wondering if v2 will be DX10 compatible. Currently, v1 logo lights in DX10 mode does not work.

Hello guys, yesterday I planned a flight from EGLL to KPHL. I use PFPX and loaded the flightplan into the 777, like always. The last waypoint in the flightplan created by PFPX was VCN and the STAR was VCN8 (Cedar Lake Arrival). When I tried to enter it into the CDU (entered the ILS27R and then VCN8), the mousepointer changed. I could press exec afterwards and the "exec"-light stayed on and after about 1 or 2 minutes P3d crashed to the desktop. I tried it 3 times, always the same behaviour. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong here? If you need more information, please tell me about it. Best regards, Stefan

Why is the DC-6 only offered for Xplane, I was hopeing to get it for FSX or P3D.

My payment went through perfectly, I've e en checked On my bank statement, and PMDG send me a receipt, the thing is that I never received a download link nor a registration number or serial code. HI, great work on the new 747 guys! I wanted to point some things out that I hope have been noted by your team, but if not I hope you can take into consideration regarding the VC. I have noticed that the MCP font is too thin, the old 747 got the font right. Poor image, but I think it conveys the point. I also noticed that the colors in the PMDG rendition are a bit off, the corner should be darker and the rest a little tan. I hope these are taken into consideration, and that the new queen will once again be PMDGs flagship! Kashif Eizdi

Dear PMDG team. Its been good to see the recent screen shots of the latest progress on the upcoming 747 400 / 8 v2 versions. The extra Attention to detail thats been mentioned along with these updates is clearly visable in both the external model and the interior (vc) in both modelling and texture work which is all looking great generally i think. Im very aware that the images that have been published are all works in progress and can potentially change be altered and are not necessarily the final product. However in the spirit of attention to detail i hope you dont mind me drawing your attention to a few areas that ii feel would benefit from some minor adjustment/…
