Hi All, This airport is west of the Mumbai International airport, a airport for GA and flight training . More information : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juhu_Aerodrome First attempt at an airport creation using WED. I managed to create the runway and the ATC frequencies but I think the airport is getting located somewhere else . Will try to add some aircrafts and buildings using all the free libraries available. Hope I create this airport and don't back off.

I am reinstalling XPX. Can I simply copy the Urban-Maxx folder from my old install (in Custom Scenery), or is there an executable required? I have a Mac. Thanks- Bruce.

Hello All!, I recently got into x-plane (so i could fly the ixeg 737 ) and I've downloaded HD mesh v3 and UHD mesh v1 to spruce up the scenery a bit and I've installed it. I was curious if you can just replace the default global scenery files with it? rather than having both taking up loads of HDD space. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Joe

How does fsgrw work in xplane? I have read some negative things in their forum, but there is not a whole lot in the xplane forum. Can someone who uses it comment on the accuracy of the wx generation with xplane?

Im a p3dv3 user thinking about switching to xplane, im mostly interested in flying the ixeg 737. One of the things I like about p3d is asn wx an its ability to generate some challenging thunderstorms and wx. I know there are some wx addons like fsgrw for xplane, how do they compare to p3d with asn? In all of the videos I have watched with x plane I have yet to see towering cb clouds like I get with ASN, is this possible with xplane? In general do you think I will miss using asn with p3d?

I've had XP10 installed before but a while ago and had uninstalled it. Now I'm trying to download it again with the official XP10 installer/downloader, but it's giving me a lot of grief. It almost completely kills my entire internet connection while it's downloading (almost like it's using peer 2 peer?) so that I can barely browse websites (and p***ing off everyone else in the household in the process), and on top of that, only downloads at ~600k/s when my connection is capable of about 1.4mb/s. For me to download all of the scenery "squares" it would take 36 hours+ to download and my family will kill me, LMAO. Is there some other way I can download it??

Anyone else using this? Just can't seem to get rudder/toe brakes to work or feel realistically... Also - the autopilot seems to be really buggy - e.g. I can't set vertical speed consistently; sometimes it lets me, sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas? thx Andrew

Hi, I'm slowly switching from FSX to Xplane. Because the ATC in xplane sucks I've decided to learn VOR and NDB navigation. Yesterday I did a flight between VOR's 115.10 and 117.30. Upon arriving to my first VOR I entered my second VOR into my NAV panel. The problem was that I did not received a morse code confirmation even though the frequency was correct. I tried switching to a different VOR ( Can't remember the freq ) to which I received a morse code but the needle on my CDI did not reflect the change and was still stuck to my old VOR. This was on the freeware Let L-410. I tried another test with Carenado's cessna C340. The problem was the same although aft…

hi gentleman, i wanna give x plane 10 a shot from the screenshot i have seen i just couldn't hold on anymore lol so i went ahead and installed DVD 1 and currently updating it to the latest version now should i install all dvds because i only fly in Europe i feel like a baby trying to walk for the first time lol completely lost

So, I'm giving X-plane another go since my first try was a little frustrating (long story). I have the North America version only as I want to use it mostly for Pilot Edge. My biggest issue right now is LA, San Diego, and other cities look like farmlands. I thought installing W2XP America and the world content library would change all that but I guess it doesn't because I don't see any difference at all. The LA Basin and San Diego still look like a giant pastures with a few trees. Is there a way to make cities look like cities or is this just a short-coming of X-plane? From watching a few videos it appears to me the ground handling is a bit twitchy? I see that both during taxi, but also on takeoff and landing rollout, any steer inputs result in somehow abrupt changes in direction ? Might it be because of custom ground physics ? Can it be fine tuned ? How does the A/T system cope with turbulence and variable winds / shear... Do the correction rates appear plausible or do the throttles start to move nervously ? How does the autoflight system cope with autolands with close to limit x-wind components ? On rollout are rudder inputs automatic, or does the PIC have to make he's own corrections to get the aircraft aligned ? …

Greetings, I am looking to add a turbo prop airliner to my fleet. Since owning the awesome Flyjsim 732 I have loved flying with a non glass cockpit. I was looking at either the Embraer 110 or the Saab 340A Would love to hear any thoughts on either of these 2 addons Regards Richard

I know it’s early doors, but wanted to discuss how long we might have to wait for an NG from IXEG. Looked into the differences between the classic and NG. I enjoy X plane but most of my friends online use FSX or P3D so I don't fly X-plane as much. I am looking to find more X plane users who like multi player; especially in General Aviation aircraft and helis. We could either use default multiplayer or the plug-in the .org uses for their fly-ins. I also have Smart Copilot for shared cockpit in compatible planes. I'm trying a new install of XPX to try and address an issue I am experiencing with the new IXEG B733. Can someone please remind me of what I should download and install into a new XP instance (libraries, etc.)? I thought I had documented this back when I last installed XPX (early 2015)... I downloaded the latest TrackIR software and the X-Camera plugin detects it ingame. But when I press "enable", the camera just changes a bit to the right, sometimes at a different angle but usually the camera just get stuck in one position and doesn't register any head movements- Both sensors are activated, as seen by the lights. It works fine in P3D with EZdok. Any ideas?
