Hello AVSIMmers, How do I requst Default Ground Services on XPLANE 11. Like Pushback thanks

I seem to have a constant left bank/roll on both the Cessna and King Air in XP11. When in level flight, with no winds and centered yoke, the plane seems slowly stars banking left and I have to apply a consistent right roll to correct it. I have checked and rechecked and recalibrated my yoke (GoFlight Yoke) but can't get rid of this. Anyone else have this issue and any ideas?

Greetings all, After giving the XP11 Beta a try (and buying it to support future development) it inspired me to try out the final version of XP10 while waiting. I have actively used P3D this past year so wasn't up to date on where XP10 ended up. So, fresh install of XP10, got it up and running all stock on my desktop machine (i7-6700K @ 4.6ghz water-cooled /16GB Ram /AMD Devil water-cooled 390X 8GB VRAM), and was pleased with updates but disappointed in performance overall. Any official indication from LR as to when a non-beta "retail ready" release will come for X-plane 11? I thought I remember Austin mentioning it was supposed to release before holidays 2016, so I must be mistaken about this. Anyone know when exactly?

I downloaded the Massachusetts pro vfr scenery and tried to load up KBOS (XP 11 beta).. I get an error saying it couldnt be loaded.. then i look in the log file and i see a bunch of references to various objects that are missing.. IE: one is objects/forests/trees/tree2.obj for instance.. Im sure its something simple like a library i'm missing.. however i did follow the instructions and installed the various requirements, or so i thought.. I put the world2xplane models in the custom scenery folder as well.. if i search on this object, though, i cant find it, or any of the others referenced. Is it possible to configure joystick assignments specific to aircrafts in XP11? I have a GoFlight TQ-6 and for GA planes want to assign throttle, prop, mixture axis but change it up for a jet where I just have throttle axes.

Hello All, Got feed up with FSX & SE as well, no matter what I do and how much $$$ invested, & no matter how many times I started from scratch re-installed & tweaked, I can't get it run. CTD with the hell knows how many different *.dll, got me worn out with this ancient Behemoth . I'd just like to take this opportunity to wish all fellow flight-simmers happy holidays and hope everyone has a great break (If you get one). It's been a great year with interest in X-Plane increasing significantly and 2017 looks to be very good year for flight-simmers and developers alike and I'm looking forward to what is to come in the coming year. Also wishing all (XP11 xEnviro) users poor visibilty, nasty winds, snow and lots of clouds and those in the southern hemipshere, blue skies and great weather :smile:.

At their site I only found an update, but no products. After REX the program I bought, and everything I have seen with the other alternative are very lacking, better than default, but not near the quality I have grown accustomed to in FSX and P3D with REX. I am in no way putting XP down, I am already in love with it, and want to spend many hours, and some $ in it and make it as important to me as my P3D sim. The night lighting, the lights being on poles as opposed to floating, the high lines, etc, blow P3D and FSX out of the water, I am highly impressed.

Is there a way to stow the visors in the Piagio P180 while in the 3D panel mode? When I raise the seat to see over the glare shield, the visor cuts down on my forward view. When I use the 2D panel, the center windscreen post is in the way. This is a nice aircraft but has terrible cockpit visibility. Terry

I'm still on the fence for either purchasing an upgrade to SMP v4 or XEnviro right now, so Last night, I thought I would see what I could do with the default weather in XP11 Beta3. After a few tweaks, I came up with this. I was able to maintain decent framerates and smoothness, during my flight around LOWI. Everything here is default, from the aircraft to the scenery. I'm loving the reflections and the overall atmosphere after the tweaks.

Having installed the Phenom 300 recently, and running with Win 10 Pro and using FSX Steam, I find that my ear drums are being assailed by the sound levels that come with the aircraft,. The announcements concerning the "Terrain Check" and "HTOS check" being OK start the ball rolling. I contacted Carenado support for advice and received the following in reply.... " It can not be switch off or lowering the volume as the simulator's menu control the volume for their variables and codes and as this Prodigy system is made by us, it has different codes" Hmm. Hello all, I am trying to decide whether to get the new 757 v2 or the 727 v2. I fly on PE and Vatsim and with the PE expansion am looking for a new aircraft. What are the pros and cons for both. They are both about the same price so that isn't a factor. What would you pick between the choice of them? Thanks, Benjamin

I had two test images of windows.. one was windows anniversary update... both testing XP11 now beta3.. and flyinside.. In general going from one image to the other i saw a fps drop.. particularly in the ATW part of VR+Flyinside, but also in the sim frame rate. I verified this by updating my test image to the anniversary update. I know its been discussed outside of here at least, that one fix was to disable the GameDVR in the Xbox app.. which i did, this made no difference. I also tried disabling the defender services but that made no difference. I suspect when i move on to do an msconfig and start only minimal services i may see it return to normal, but isol…
