I note the following lines in my log.txt. Isn't win.xpl a system file that comes with X-Plane? ----------- Fetching plugins for E:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins Loaded: E:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/PluginAdmin/64/win.xpl (xpsdk.examples.pluginadmin). I've been looking at my log.txt file in XP11 to see what is lurking there and note the lines below. It says that I have FSAA disabled in the driver control panel. I have a GTX1070 SC and do not have settings for FSAA in the nVidia control panel but to do not have FXAA (the same thing - right?) and have not disabled FXAA. Does anyone else see this in their log.text? I installed a 2nd clean copy of XP-11 and some of the bugs I was noticing disappeared ! And my frame rate went up ! Give it a shot if you are having issues.

I'm loving XP11, even with the fps issues that become extreme with clouds, etc. Two questions: 1. I have had two CTD's, and I clipped the contents of the log file to e-mail in both cases so I could look at what happened where I got the time to do so. The second was today, so I looked at the log fille to see what had caused this crash. I don't know the details of the log file at all, but I did see that everything is listed chronologically. Everytime I plan or load a flight in the Cessna GPS I get a GPS Runtime Error right above the threshold of the destination airport. Which means it is impossible to finish a flight in which I use a plan in the GPS. Which kinda sucks. :wink: The message reads: BE ADVISED GPS Runtime Error END OF ROUTE Please provide flightplan for bug report Find it under Output/preferences/fms-0.fml Anyone else having the same problem? I just downloaded some HD Mesh V3 for North America to try out in XP 11. I noticed that it will take a bit of file manipulation to get all the subfolders into the proper configuration for installation. Not hard, but maybe a bit time consuming. Anyone come up with a good hack to extract all the individual subfolders into one Earth Nav Data folder?

Just curious if anyone else has had problems trying to get their download resets sorted out at X-Aviation? I posted last Sunday on their site that I had a watermark in the DC3. It was suggested I had an old version, so I requested a reset through the ticket system, and made it known in my post that a request had been sent. I received notification from the ticket system within 30 seconds, but have not heard, or received anything since. I'm sure I've asked in the past for resets, and not had a issue, other than it sometimes took days. Since SMP4 came out...there was regular forum injection from Cameron and SunDog,..... then XEnviro up-take took off like a rocket, despite the price-hurdle, and it seems X-Aviation has taken her below the waves.... Are they noticeable at all in the default prop aircraft? Can you notice how tame they are on twins like the Baron 58 and the C 90 as opposed to the C172 or any other aircraft with it's engine inline with the tail surfaces ? Even in XP1o and 9 it was possible to observe the results of symmetric propwash over the left wings, on single CW rotating prop aircraft, or twins showing the difference between the outer / inner sections of the wing relative to the engine location, so, I really wonder how these new propwash effects act ?

Has the Austin Bobblehead been in all of the betas? I accidently found the bobblehead in the C172SP after downloading beta 5. Just wondering if it was in the prevous betas.

trying to get my hat button to obey but don't seem to want to .hat switch works well on fsx works on x11, but cannot seem to program it on x 10 will pan left or right but not both on demand any help I would be greatfull just upgraded to a warthog( and I wish all simmers happy new year I have had to edit this request does not work well on x11 only part but fully on fsx

I'm looking to match up with some of the regional coverage I already have in P3D with areas surround Pennsylvania.. So, PA, OH, MD, NY (already have nyc x), Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, indiana, west virginia I'm not seeing many "regional" or city wide addons for any of these areas.. I see alot of free and payware that cover many of the main airports here (also desired), but i'm hoping to find some regional/city ones as well.. ala Aerosoft US Cities X style.. What might I be missing? Open to both free and payware. Ive also heard a rumor that it might be possible to convert Aerosoft over to work, not sure how involved it is or how well it …

I've been working on doing some comparison shots for various addons.. with p3d, if you save a flight, it puts you back in the exact same way you left it.. ie: if i'm outside view left wing, then when you resume you are right there.. It seems that with XP 11b3 and situation files, it does not keep this setting. Is there a way to resume a saved flight in the exact same view.. and also.. to make sure its paused when it starts.. doesnt seem to be a way to do this either.. Thanks for any suggestions

These are the directions from Sim Heaven site: "Please use only one version of w2xp/osm sceneries: normal, osm or your own mixed version. Disable other versions you don’t need. Otherwise you’ll get incredible loading times. Disable also all other OSM sceneries. Hello all FSX "Immigrants" It is my first encounter with X-Plane, I Installed the Demo version of X-Plane 11 Looking to assign some buttons and switches to my Hardware: Can't find the Parking Brakes command ? I see all the command for the G430 & G1000, but the default GPS is the G530 so where are all the commands keys fort this one ? The swapping between the different view categories command, in FSX it is defaulted to the red button on the Saitek Pro-Yoke, anything like this in XP11 ? The A Command/Key in FSX , ? This looks awesome, of course it's released for FSX. Still don't know why people keep making such nice add-ons for a dying platform. Anyways I heard that this will be also be released for P3D as well as X-Plane. I hope it's true and I am looking forward to adding this to some of my planes. Can anyone recommend some VR friendly ATC addons? I went through this same hunt for P3D.. i was pretty set on getting/keeping PF3 + voice attack software and MCE for P3D, then XP11 popped on the radar and now i'm hunting around again for the perfect solution, though nothing is perfect. I saw RC4 (radar contact) mentioned with a bridge to make XP work with it.. but i'm not sure on that or if it will work with voice driven commands offhand.. ideally complete voice speaking ala VOXATC style.. Any suggestions/experiences? Thanks in advance

Just wondering if there is a way to toggle the view as with FSX/P3D.. from what i can see there isnt, you have to map buttons for each view desired.. less desirable from a VR perspective.. And on the subject of slew... i assume there is no slew option either.. whats the next best alternative? So far just using the map seems be the only short fix. Thanks for any suggestions
