  1. Maybe next year...
  2. No issues with the new Pimax Play software and 2024 on my end. Are you using OpenXr toolkit? I had to disable it with DCS.
  3. Hopefully sooner than later.
  4. Yeah, that could be fun. Mouse interaction can be a bit of a pain at times. I might be tempted to upgrade to Dream Air.
  5. Alternative yes, but Quad Views has a bigger performance boost. Its better than nothing I suppose.
  6. Basically. The center of the view is rendered at full resolution while the peripherals views are rendered at lower resolutions. Works really well in 2024, and DCS.
  7. The VR update is awesome. Not complaining, just wondering if it's going to support quad views since the Crystal Light does not have eye tracking. Thats why they call it the Light Version.
  8. I don't see anything about quad views. No eye track on the Crystal Light.
  9. I went back and forth with Austin about this, he finally agreed with me. He said maybe they could program the rain to be only visible in light cones. XP13 is my guess. How do you like msfs2024 implementation?
  10. Yeah, I think they are delaying it as an XP13 feature, unfortunately. I don't blame them, laminar needs to get paid. I can't fly in VR for more than 15m before being super annoyed with everything shimmering in the foreground (puddles, lights, trees, buildings, snow, etc...) I guess I can wait, the other sim works pretty good in VR now.
  11. The VR update is exciting! Hopefully that includes a fix to the Star Wars rain effect. The Motion Vectors still stuck in the Glorious Future is disappointing.
  12. The only thing I've noticed from this hack is eye strain.
  13. The shimmering scenery is a buzz kill. Very noticeable in VR. I'm wondering if they are saving motions vector/AA tech for XP13, which is probably still years away.
