Does the overland 737-700 lower frame rates in FS9. Im considering buying it and want to make sure of this first. :-jumpy I have deleted some addon scenery files from fs9, now when I start up I get the message, cannot find scenery file 038, when I click OK everything works. any ideas

Hello!I was wondering if it is possible to create a landing-gear view with active camera 2.1.....i've tried but without success.....any idea?And any possibility to change the default zooming pan? I think it's too much direct, i'd like to make it more soft as you might know as the zoom in fsx, more realistic... any suggestion?Thanks always in advance :)Storm

By googeling I learn that the airport for Lhasa is Gonggar (IATA symbol LXA, ICAO symbol ZULS) and it's noted for high elevation and long runway. http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides...asa/airport.htmBut on FS2004 I can't find it searching under "China" and "Lhasa" or "Gonggar," or by using the codes LXA or ZULS.Any suggestions about how to bring up this airport, or is it simply not do-able?Same question for finding the Waiheke Island, N.Z. airstrip (NZKE) which looks like fun.http://www.biggles.net/waiheke.htmlMaybe FS2004 just doesn't include these fields? Hi everyone, my HD crashed and after re-installing FS9 I can no longer use my mouse to walk around aircraft and Zoom in and out with the wheel on top and I can't rememeber if there is a special program or something that does that. Any thougths would be great and I am going to look into active camera but I never paid anything for the use the last time and it has been a long time since I have had to resore.Thanks Shayne

Hi..hope you can help with my problem..here it is..When a choose *some* aircraft whether default or add-ons..sometimes..the texture of the aircraft is not appearing.. (Liveries)it shows only plain gray model of the aircraft and still shows no paints every time i fly it..in some instances it shows some *partial* paint but the rest its all gray...can someone help me with this..your help will be very much appreciated..Thanks in Advance...

Hi all ... just downloaded and installed this ERJ145 aircraft by Bill Grabowski. Looks very promising from what I read in the docs. However, when I change my aircraft to any of the various embraer aircrafts that come with this package, FS9 goes into a constant loop saying:"Flight simulator was unable to load some aircraft or software. You can continue using Flight Simulator but this aircraft of software will be disabled.File: Gauges/Erj.gau". But apparently, I cannot continue using fs9 since this error message is a constant loop .. no matter how many times I keep pressing the "ok" button, it does not exit out of this error message. Sorry for posting here but am unable to register at the AFG forum. I never recieve an email with my password.Anyway my issue is after takeoff and flying a route and once I land I'm unable to steer the plane at all. On the ground at departure it taxis like a dream but once landed its as if something is stuck and it won't let me steer and if I don't hit the brakes it picks up enough speed to lift off again.I have yaw damper and AP off and condition lever at low idle. Anybody seen this and found a solution for it. Maybe somebody could post this in their support forum as I'm unable to.Thanks,Sean

I have a Dual Head PCI as my main card, with 2 monitors. But I want to use the onboard video card which is connected to the 3d monitor. However, in full screen mode I cannot have anything on that monitor.If I drag something in windowed mode on it, as soon as I switch to full screen it dissapears.Also, in Display/Hardware, the onboard card does not appear.

Greetings all!! Something happened to FS9, while taking off and climbing out of KLGA my screan went real hazy(I mean so hazy you cannot see the horizon and the ground textures are muted and hazy also). At the time I was not using Asv6 or Flight enviroment pro. Now no matter what I use the haze is still there. If I use Asv6 and flight enviroment pro it is much better. But not the way it used to be,and if I just use FS9 weather, forget it, you cannot see a thing in the distant,and the ground looks like a gray haze with hardly any detail. I found the post from the team that makes (I guess)Asv6 and it shows how to make changes in the FS9 cfg. file. And other post that say …

I've found and downloaded the Southwest Canyon Blue livery for the 50N model. However, there is one side that is blury up close and a little blury from far away. Is there a way to fix this problem, or is there another 50N model in the SWA Canyon Blue livery.

After I go to NAV to align the INS, the alignment proceeds thru the 10 minute alingment, and then the Time To Align message stays on the display.The system is not aligned! If I move the aircraft, the alignment process starts all over again.How do I properly align the INS, so the alignment message disappear?Help!

FS9's uninstall.exe was at some point in time, replaced, and now I cant uninstall. Could someone please email me theirs?I need to do a fresh install but I'm stuck... Thanks :)

I have the Jordan Moore Bell 412 and like it just fine. I did notice there is a payware offering from Cera on Simmarket. It would have to be something really special to buy that since the Free version is so good. It adds some features and the panel looks pretty good. I just wonder if any of the few Helicopter sim pilots have tried this and could tell me what thay think.Thanks

Can anybody explain why,on some models (e.g. rick pipers HS748), the interior night lights only operate with the landing light switch i.e. when the landing lights are turned off the interior lights go off as well. Is there any way round this?BTW The HS748 is a superb freeware plane & 73 liveries!

I'm looking for suggestions/reviews of the freeware 747's available. The POSKY website is a "Ball of Confusion" to me...models everywhere, paints everywhere but which model is required? SP 4,5 and on and on. POSKY might make a good freeware 747 (I wouldn't know)but the site is daunting and confusing to the point of scaring me off. I see the IFLY 747 and it's a pretty "young" FS9 addon so I'm looking into it. The Meljet 747 seems a bit long in the tooth, so to speak. Please share your comments, thoughts and experiences with any of these...or other's I may not know about. Thanks gang! Vic

I added a few DC3 flights to an airport I'm working on (fictional) and I've noticed that that all seem to fly around 70-80 KIAS and constantly deploy and retract their flaps as they go. They fly around 5000-7000MSL.Is this "normal" for AI? If so, it seems rather messed up... :(

An occurrence I discovered today at KADW where the aircraft will not become airborne. Really weird. I noticed this once before but forget which airport it was. Tested the same plane (s) at a different airport and it practically takes off by itself with no effort. At KADW, I was trying to take Air Force One for a ride but no matter how much trim or throttle I gave her, the best I could get was the nosegear off the ground. The main gear would not lift off. Tried another plane and same thing but both take off fine at other fields. Anyone notice this before?

What exactly is/are the lines I need to add to the FS9 cfg. to make the widescreen option work? Also, where exactly do the lines go? I've seen the info here but I saw different input lines and no directions on where they go.My screen in a 24" Samsung with a default in FS9 of 1920x1200. I think I want about 1920x1080.Thanks.

hey all got a couple of simple questions: how do u activate the lift dumpers and does this aircraft even have thrust reversers?? tried F2 and nothing happens and can't find anything in the manual about arming the lift dumpers?? thanks

This is Cessnas new sport pilot airplane. Looks great. Would love to see Dreamfleet or Eaglesoft or one of the other top flight developers build this bird!
