Hi all,I was very hopeful that with patch 3, I could get the aircraft to finally fly and follow a flightplan. I was able to follow all the normal procedures from a cold and dark setting but it appears that my flightplan has disappeared in my ND (although my route pages in my CDU say it's still there). I am also getting the dreaded Insufficient Fuel warning. I am flying from KEWR to KIAH with the following fuel load:Left Aux-80%Left-50%Center-60%Right-50%Right Aux-80%Center 2-20%I'm totally open to the fact that I messed up my fuel calcs or that I have loaded the aircraft correctly since I may have missed something in the guide but I cannot explain the Insufficient Fuel me…

I have flown primarily ILS approaches with the G-500 so I decided to try a few GPS ones for practice. In particular, I decided to fly to Clermont County (I69) using the GPS RWY 4 approach. While inbound to NOCFU the IAF, everything is fine. I mean, I am following the magenta line with NAV selected on the autopilot and the GPS switch active on my panel. What I am confused on is when I get to NOCFU, a narrower white line goes to JUPGO, then turns 90 degrees to a heading of 40 deg to head toward the airport and runway. I realize this isn't a localizer, but shouldn't the segment from NOCFU to JUPGO and JUPGO to the airport turn magenta like the rest of the GPS segments? …

Hello all,I just ran into some threads talking about a modified SIM1.DLL for FS9 which alters the friction coefficients to make them more awesome in the game. I've looked EVERYWHERE for a download, and have come to understand that I can only have it emailed to me because of its illegitimate nature. Hello!I really want to have veichles around my aircraft when I park it at a gate for example. Refuelingtruck, bagagewagons etc etc. Is there any download for this available? Perhaps you can program it in to the aircraft if I have the textures for the veichles?Thanks for any hints.Regards Johan

HiMaybe this is a well known fact a thousand times asked and answered...The question is that in a recent flight over NE Spain mainland, as I was playing with the GPS I suddenly realized there were 2 or 3 duplicated entries in the "Nearest NDB" list (eg.: PL - Perpignan, 351.0 KHz, GRN - Girona, 412.0 KHz). For each pair of duplicated entries, the information was exactly the same, maybe the name of the facility was different. I blamed an add-on scenary I have installed recently, but disabling it was of no use. The throttle of the freeware TBM 700 suffers a bit from 'ketchup bottle' characteristics (first there's nothing, then there's nothing, then you get it all at once). I've made a mod that makes it easier to control. I understand that Bill Leaming solved the VC night lighting gauge problem for the TBM 700.I also understand that he sent the fix to the authors of the TBM 700 which was posted as freeware in Nov. 2005. I think he understood that the fix was going to be included in an update which never came about.In FS9's effects folder is the fx_vclight_TBM.fx file where I suspect the problem lies.Is it a copyright consideration or something else that prevents the fix from being shared with the forum subscribers?J

Hi all,I bought the FFS Saab 340 when it came out. The other day I was going through and reinstalling addons and when I got to the Saab I can no longer register it. I noticed that FFS closed but does this mean I will no longer be able to use this addon? I feel ripped off by this. I would have liked to atleast been able to download something that would fix this instead of rendering my purchase unusable. Has anyone else ran into this?

Ey all,Short question:My FS2004 multiplayer works just fine (on port 23456).. now today i've tried to join with FSnavigator as well, so that i can see the other MP planes on FSnavigator.However i can only seem to join FSnavigator (on 23456 instead of the default 23432) when i did not join FS2004 multiplayer session.When i join FS2004 and then try to join FSnavigator, it crashes. When i search on the default port it doesnt find anything.Also when i first join FSnavigator on 23456 and then try to join FS2004, it doesnt find it either.How can i host FSnavigator on port 23432 instead of 23456?thanks!

Hello,I modified a scenery add-on comprised of several buildings, which had flatned portions of the terrain, with more realistic terrain from FsGenesis . As a result, some of the buildings are now in mid air. I was wondering if there is a way to position the building back to the ground? Thank you for your help.Walter

Hello,It has been almost a year since I have dealt with FS9. I am reinstalling FS9 because my performance in FSX was not up to par on my system and I miss all of my add ons.I have AS6.5, FE and GEPro. Are there any functions in FE that require me to install FE or did GEPro include all of the functions of FE?

(Well done all!!!)I have a very simple question ( i have only been flight simming a few weeks)....I know that pressing ; saves the flight, but how do i restart back to the saved point when i crash!!! I am learning how to do an I.L.S. landing, so far i think i have probably wiped out about 10 billion people :(Sorry if this is a simple question, but i keep having to do a flight between two airports, and as you all know, there are only so many hours in a day!!!Thanks,Marcus.

Hi,For a half year or so when I am using below explained tweak for FS2004, no one ever have spread the words: "Its great!"Well, what am I talking about?You know how hard it is in FS2004 to keep the VS at a reasonable steady place? It is because the jostick input is absolutly no linear!. The more you move the the stick to say up or down, the fiercer the input becomes, and eventually you are chasing the needles like a maniac. (PIO).Now, I wonder if real controls do this also? I believe not. The times I was really flying a cessna, it was easier to keep it around 0 VS, then in the sim. I have installed the 757 pro.Everything during the install goes fine.But when I start the 757 the MFD screens have no text in it.You cab see for example the FD bars but nothing further.Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

As soon as I hit "Start Flight" in FSP menu the windscreen freezes over. (KSAN and 15c). This occurs when I launch the flight from the Madddog Load Manager. If I start FS9, then select the flight (skip the load manager), it does not occur. I am using an FSP Payload Model specifically for the Maddog 2006 download from the FSP site. (July 2007). I am also using AES at KSAN. I just purchased the plane and did apply the latest patch.Has anyone else experienced this?Bob... I submitted a registration to the Maddog site yesterday, but have not received a confirmation email yet.

Got a new computer Core 2 Duo,2,13 1G ddr,Nvidea 512mb Viewsonic 20 inches Q20wb,only when I run in windows mode my mouse work fine, soon as I change to full screen hi goes crazy can't keep pointing at the direccion that want to, also my Level D freezing up all the time , getting very worry about all this because since my first FS in 1995 never had any problems, maybe is this new monitor wide screen that is giving me all this , any ideas?;(

Hello,I recently upgraded my 2600+, 1gb ram and fx5500 with an AM2 4200+, 2gb RAM and 8500GT.Since then all my aircraft and scenery work fine, except when I load up project fokker aircraft which are my favourite :(. I'm ataching a pic with the issue. Please note that when there is a "flash" there is also a "lag" in the simulation. Has anyone had this problem before? Searched and saw nothing of this nature. I tried the 737PIC, 767 Level-D 737 PMDG, 747 PMDG and other free and payware aircraft but only the Project Fokker has this problem. I love my little fokker and I want my little fokker back :(Thanks in advance to any advise to come. Rgds,Andy
