Hi everyone,Well the new year started out good for me, got a new system, nothing major but can run fs9 full tilt while flying level d 767 in vc mode with activesky, ground environment, add-on scenery, etc. etc. @ 30 fps locked.It is a whole new experience compared to say a week ago on my old system where i had to tone evrything down to get 20 frames.now the only problem is while in vc in my old fs9 installed, I had set it up somehow to be able to use my rudder trim button on my ch yoke to zoom in and out to get a better view at certain instruments. Now im trying to get that to work again, I have tried using the "move eyepoint forward and back" under assignments but that w…

Now that I have two monitors, I find myself often putting fs9 in windowed mode so I can drag sub panels to the 2nd monitor.Problem is- 50% of the time, I get stuck if I want to return fs9 to full screen mode.ALT+ENTER makes the cursor flicker and mostly inactive. So I can't use it. Furthermore, I can sometimes see two menu bars on top- like double vision.This problem is totally unpredictable; sometimes ALT+ENTER works , sometimes not. I keep getting the same error everytime, without fail, 5-20 minutes into any flight, anywhere in the world. This started happening about 3 weeks ago. The error report ususally says "modname: unknown" and always shows the following files:C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\fs9.CFG.txtC:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\dxdiag.xmlC:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\scenery.cfgI've reinstalled fs9 countless times, completely wiped my computer clean, re-installed my video card disk. All of the sudden, I cannot load some flight plans into the FS9 flight planner. These are plans downloaded from SimRoutes.com. I have used all these plans before, so I know that they, at least once, worked. I can still create a plan, save it and load it later. And all of the previously created plans created with the FS9 flight planner work, but none of the downloaded plans work.I haven't changed anything in my setup. The only thing I can think of that may have changed since it worked last is a defrag of the HD. But everything else works so I don't think that could be it. I have looked at the plans in notepad and everything looks OK (I don't see any extra characters…

Greetings:I just loaded for the first time Malpensa (LIMC) from ISD Project. Was so impressed that I also loaded Linate (LIML). Truly exceptionally well done sceneries. However, is there any way to slow down the ground vehicles that run the perimeter of the airports? At times, their speeds exceed takeoff of the Ai jets! Just wondering if their speeds are tied to the simulation rate or is there a specific file that can be altered to slow these vehicles to more realistic speeds? This is also true for the "tugs" that run at Fly Tampa's (freeware) Boston's Logan (KBOS). ThanksChris

I am flying long flight and just when I arrived at the airport destination often it freeze and said not enought memories. What can I do to frixe that. I used a very high end computor with enough memery Window XP and FS9. I used Activbe Sky and addon sceneries and plane.ThanksAl

I just spent a most enjoyable hour flying an older aircraft which I had sitting in my hangar and had not flown for several years - Milton Shupe's excellent rendition of the classic Howard 500.For anyone who enjoys flying tail draggers, this is a must have. My FS dosent start, I start the application, and the splash screen shows up as normal, but even after 2 hours, its still on the splash screen. On the task manager, it says not responding.Everything else on the computer works fine, even other games. This problem started happening yesterday, the only thing installed/uninstalled on the computer was an installation of an official PMDG 747 livery. I did a full reinstallation of FS9, and updated it to 9.1 just to make sure, but still stuck on the splash screen.The only thing that is suspicious to me, is that before I installed the PMDG livery, FS gave me a BSOD. I have the cycle view keys 'S' and 'Shift S' mapped to two buttons on my GH yoke. For some reason I can't work out things aint what they used to be. If I use the keybord keys I get all four views Cockpit, Virtual cockpit, spot and tower. But if I use the yoke buttons I only get two views, usually one of the cockpit views and one of the exernal views. I have checked the yoke assignements and everything seems to be OK. Hello all,i installed a program called perfect sky (i think) and it adjusted the level of brightness on the lights installed on the road vehicles, its far too bright and looks awful at night, does anyone know of a reduced brightness light file or how i can delete the one i accidently installed.regardsRoy

I figured I'll post this here since the PSS forum isn't as active. First off I fly aircraft that model a good portion of the systems such as PMDG and LDS. With that being said I own the PSS 757 and have been sastified with it, I bought it because it seemed to be the best 757 option for me in FS9. I've been thinking about buying the 777 now for a few months and just want an honest opinion. So, REX is finally out for FS2004, which is with no doubt, the best environment add on ever, that hit FS. There is sooo many clouds, sky themes, rynways...but which one to use? I mean, there is to many combinations, but which one represent nature, by your opinion, most accurate.Here is mine, for now:Sky- Blue Dawn, Touch of Smog, Dreary3D clouds - Set 13Cirrus - Set 13Sun - SolarRight now i'm not at home, but it will be a good idea to put some picture if you can.Cheers, and happy landing everybody!

When I look on Just Flight's website it says it works on both FS2004 and FSX. My question is, if you purchase 1 add-on will it work on both or do you purchase 2 different add-ons?Are there 2 different programs or will it recognize which FS you are running? I have both FS2004 and FSX. The problem is I think FS2004 will work better on my PC since I don't have a super computer. I enjoy FSX but FS2004 might be better suited for my pc. If this Air Hauler is 1 program and will work on both that would be the idea situation for me.Thanks.

Some time ago, I got my hands on Wilco/feelthere's Airbus Volume 2. Since, I've been doing a repaint for the A332 GE in Air Greenland colors. Yes, the GE variant: Shockingly, Wilco didn't do the PW variant. I have no idea why, but so be it. I still wanted my Air Greenland livery, so I ended up doing it for the wrong engine variant. That was a slight bummer.However, the more I fly these aircraft, the more I come to the sad conclusion that I have no idea how to fly Airbus aircraft. Hey everyone,I was messing about with my new Wilco/JF A340 package which I like quite a lot :)I am looking for an Air Mauritius livery of it and can't find one.Does anyone have one?Also, I tried to add the panel and gauges to iFDG A319 and POSKY A340 aircraft and it didn't sho up on either. I did it by copying and pasting the 'panel' folder from the Feelthere A320 (or however it is called) into the new aircraft main folder (as you would with any other panel).Is there a trick to this since I like the POSKY aircraft quite a lot. . . ;)Thanks
