Hello guys, days ago I overclocked my GPU and when I tried to did a flight, this error appears. After that, I reset the MSI Afterburner´s settings to default, but the error continue appearing.. Any solution? Regards,

Why? Why? Why? Only on certain airports, some are sceneries add ons (KLAX), some are default sceneries (PHNL, KMHT, maybe more) during takeoffs or landing P3D crashes to the desktop without displaying any message. Loosing my mind here Thank you for trying to help

Hi all... I'm getting this error in a random basis and I'm failing to understand what might be the origin ad I don't that that many add on software. Currently, my p3d 4.4 contains orbx global, vector and Europe and NA LC, envdir (envshade and envtexture), active sky, ASCA (dynamic theme), fsuipc 5 and the aerosoft Airbuses. From what I read so far, the ctd due to api.dll is due to a bad or not up to date add-ons but, seems to me that the ones I have are very common and are updated. Morning Everyone I am looking to get a new system as I don't think mine can cope with QW787 that I purchased recently. My FPS before QW787 weren't great so I think this tipped it over the edge. Hi, In the last few days, after using Nvidia Shadowplay (even for a few seconds) to record a video of FSX SE, if then I press Alt+Enter (to go from full screen to a window of FSX, a back to full screen...) a few times (usually 3 times), FSX starts going into a window, but it is all black, the sounds cuts for less than a second, then after ~20 seconds FSX SE crashes. I have Windows 7, and FSX SE is in a dedicated drive D: (so not C:). This never happened until the last few days: I could use shadowplay, and switch from full screen to a window and back, many many times without problems. Hi, I feel like I've tried everything. Updated video drivers etc. This just started a few days ago. I didn't install anything new but I did go to surround on the monitors around them. The sim has never ran smoother. Two GTX 980's, three monitors working on surround. Monitored GPU's and everything seems ok. Not overclocking. It crashes near the same spot every time from KDEN to KHOU a bit after TOD. I deleted shaders. Deleted KIAH flighbeam in case that was causing it. Here is the appcrash log. Sometimes more than others but I've never been without a Sim of some kind throughout the years. Hi, I recently upgraded my PC such that the specs are: I7-9700k GTX 2070 2 x 8 GB RAM 450W Bronze+ PSU 250 GB SSD + 2 TB HDD + 500 GB HDD But whenever I try to use P3D (V4.4), after about 3 hours or so of flying, I get a dxgi error device hung, and I've been trying to find a solution but nothing seems to work. Things I've tried include: DDU, and a clean install of drivers, making sure to not install geforce experience MSI afterburner limiting the GPU power to 95% Slightly underclocking the GPU Not overclocking the cpu I'm not sure what else to do, any input would be appreciated.

I'm getting this aggravating error on just about every flight. Have tried about all the suggestions to prevent it but so far nothing works. I would like to ask anyone who never gets this error to post their P3d settings and their system specs. Might help in trying to figure this out. Also, has anyone ever gotten this error in X-Plane. Have followed Poppet’s advice etc. for reinstall to 465GB SSD (Dedicated drive, not OS drive), No errors for installation. Cant run even to the Activation window. No ADD-ONs yet. Had successfully run V3 on another PC with native a craft etc, so assumed same possible this version. Event logs 2 errors: .NET framework, then Kernelbase (full logs available if required) More than adequate hardware, Win 7 fully updated. Suggestions where next please? DJ

Hello. I recently purchased the QW787. I tried to do 3 flights, with each crashing in the climb. By crash I mean a BSOD error (CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT). I am not technical so I do not know where to start. Any help is much appreciated. Jed

I'll add to this topic. Since around 2/17/19 my P3D ALWAYS crashes. The scenario that ALWAYS yields a CTD or PC freeze: PMG777-200. Spawning in at FSDT KMEM (using RWY 18C, 36C or stand 461 doesn't matter), Flight plan is MEM to KEWR using GOETZ6 departure and DIYAB transition to BNA J42 GVE PHLBO3 at FL370. On take off, I start the clock. From here one of two things happen. CTD within 3-8 minutes or the flight continues and before dropping to FL270 on the PHLBO3 STAR, CTD. Long time listener, first time caller here. I am running FSX-SE on Windows 10 using AS16 and Orbx scenery (North Island and South Island, NZ) as well as a handful if addon aircraft and Orbx Traffic. I have a saved flight which I have been chipping away at for some time which, in it's current state, is the Just Flight De Havilland Devon, cold and dark on the apron at Dunedin Airport. On completion of loading this particular flight, after about two seconds, I get the blue spinning circle and a freeze for about 20 seconds before getting the AS16 "Cannot control ambient weather parameters..." error message and then the game closes to desktop. I've been using P3Dv4.4 for over a year now with out a problem. All my add ons are working and the graphics are great. Today, I wanted to check a box in the P3D startup page in the Options panel. I opened P3D, let things settle down, and clicked the Options button. It immediately went to solid white botton, and in 10 to 15 seconds it just shut down. No crash to desktop or anything like that. I've done this several more times today with the same results. Otherwise, as long as you stay away from the Options button, you can fly a flight like normal. I posted this in P3D website forums but no response so I'm hoping for better luck over here: I updated to P3D4.4 and updated all the add-ons that had updates. I was able to do 1 flight from KDTW-KJFT in Aerosoft CRJ900 without issues, but now I have tried 3 times to do a KJFK-OERK flight in the PMDG 747-400 and each of the 3 times somewhere over Europe P3D will become unresponsive with Windows Event Viewer giving terrain.dll as the fault. Hi. If my plane is at LFMN gates (default) this error happens whenever I look at runways 22 or Le Sémaphore. Same thing if I'm in RW35 Cannes Airport and look to the same angle/place. Hi Guys, I have a really annoying problem that seems to be occurring randomly in my sim. Sometimes, when I take off from EHAM, my textures stop loading after a minute or so. Everything starts out fine, but then, after a minute, the autogen that is loading close to my aircraft becomes black. The shadows on my aircraft also stop loading and the terrain gradually becomes more blurry. Whenever I pause the sim to give it time to catch up, nothing happens, no extra textures/terrain/autogen are being loaded. When I hit the hotkey to pause the sim and refresh the scenery, the bar starts loading at a very regular pace (about 1 percent per second; this never happens, when…
