I am having this same problem today, after I saved my work from a flight yesterday. Today, I tried to pick up where I left off, and my FSX keeps giving me a CTD with error module beling listed as weather.dll. This also happened to me a couple months ago when I was doing a flight from Los Angeles to Hawaii's Big Island. I use FSGlobal Real Weather.

Hi, After multiple crashes of P3d, which has been a rarity since I switched from FSX a few months ago, I went on this site and viewed the CTD Guide. After identifying the faulting module name in Microsoft Event Viewer after each crash as, "Kernelbase.dll," I looked at that section of the guide. Per the steps listed, I tried the sfc/scannow method. Upon reviewing the results in the CBS text file created by Windows when the scan is complete, the only error it found and fixed was a corrupt DLL. Hello everyone... My FSX is crashing in mid-flight (after takeoff, cruize, landing) while being online on the IVAO's network. Everything is running smooth when randomly FSX freezes and the blue circle mouse icon is appers and then crashes to deskpot (CTD). I think i have tried everything. I tried to uninstall the fsx with a lot of add-ons (120 gb), didn't work. I tried to install the uiautomationcore.dll, didn't work. Tried to run in windowed mode, didn't work. hello everybody, since my windows 8 AUTOMATICLY update, my fsx has literaly ######ed. i got black screens, fsx fatal error, microsoft flight simulator x has stopped working, i reintalled mi video card, y repair FSX literaly ten times, i tried changing the setting, i use ULautomationcore.dll fix, i tweak fsx.cfg and i tried using it in windowed and full screen mode. i really need help, my sistem specs are: intelcorei7-3632QM CPU 6gb of RAM 64 bit and AM RADEON HD7670m driver

A few months ago I found FSX not performing the way I was used to. It no longer enables real-time weather downloads from the internet. Secondly, FSX now nearly ALWAYS crashes when I try to replay a landing, or, if I need to check the weather or a radio frequency at the destination on "maps". If I were to uninstall FSX would I lose all my hours logged in my logbook, and, by re-installing, would that get rid of whatever is causing the programme to crash when I try to "replay" a landing or some other part of the flight? I am not at all "tech or I.T. savvy", so I know that doesn't help, but I'm hoping that someone out there can help me solve this annoying problem. …

Recently had several CTD while running p3Dv4.5 .......this something that has started over the past 3 days, and normally take place when switching to "tower view." No recently installed; however, I am using MSI Afterburn for OC my 1080 ti Graphics Card.....can someone point me in the right direction in resolving the issue. So, FSX crashes when minimised and I know this is usually an issue with it being in fullscreen, but this time it was windowed. It keeps doing this and, since, for reasons I'm really not interested in explaining, I can only have one monitor. This is an issue because of littlenavmap. I need to see it. So, I'm going to try verifying the game files and seeing if that works. if it doesn't, I'll reinstall. If that doesn't work then I'm screwed. I did see one post with someone who had the same problem and they deleted an fsx.cfg file but I can't find this anywhere.

And I'm getting tired of it. I "verified the integrity of game files" in Steam, which didn't work. I set sliders down, which didn't work. I tried disabling my scenery, which didn't work. I deleted my .cfg file and let FSX build a new one, which didn't work. I've been using a multitude of aircraft, from helicopters to ultralights to 737s. It still crashes every time I try to fly. Usually, while I'm taxing or flying, FSX will just randomly freeze up for 10 seconds, then crash. Haven't flown in a while and decided to update from 4.4. After installing all the updates and starting it up, I get the ntdll.dll crash upon start up. Doesn't even get to the main menu. Just closes after a minute or two of loading. I tried the fixes from the CTD guide for ntdll.dll and still nothing. Before, I had a blue screen while updating my Nvidia drivers and Geforce Experience wouldn't open (completely different from P3D). I manually updated the drivers and that fixed that issue but did not solve my P3D crashing issue. Hi, My name is Leo and I am new to this forum. I would like to use the exepertise on this forum. I work with prepar3d v4.5 and Prosim737 latest version. As soon as I am airborne and want to activate the AP (cpfligt mcp), prepar3d starts reloading the terrace data, traffic data, etc. Prepar3d keeps repeating the reload and will not return to its normal state. It seems that activating the autopilot gives a trigger to prepar3d to start reloading. Sometimes it also seems that if I fly in daylight, Prepar wants to reload Prepar to night flight. I have counted in FCUIPC whether the clock syncing is on but nothing is checked. Any advice will be very appreciated, …

Hello forum! Recently I had a large Windows 10 update and when I started my full size flight simulator everything works fine until I load my default scenario or go to default airport with whatever aircraft, it crashes to desktop without saying anything. This has not happened before. Have P3d v4.5 with the hotfix installed as well. Some of you say I should watch the event viewer, but I cannot find any useful information about P3D crash it that place. Everything loaded up perfectly and I have done my pre- flight. Upon entering the data into the FMC, I have loaded the route from a file exported via PFPX 2. I'm running across a very infrequent, but frustrating CTD issue and can't seem to figure out what's up. Starting several weeks ago I noticed that I would intermittently CTD while looking at the PMDG FMC and clearing a message (Usually RSV Fuel message). As soon as I try to clear, I can tell the system has frozen followed by a message to wait or close. To give you an idea of how infrequent this happens though, in the last 24 hours I flew 13 hrs with the PMDG 747 without any issues. Hello, I have a question about the terrain.dll crash. In the AVSIM CTD guide, it is mentioned that this error "Usually indicates high scenery/terrain settings, especially Autogen. Rebuild FSX or P3D.cfg. Restart sim to see if the error reoccurs. Most of the time, the error occurs on a whim." However, I think that there is more to it than mentioned. A while ago, I encountered this crash during a flight. After taking a look at the scenery library, I found out that the positioning of some add-ons was messed up. P3D v4.5 crashes at 100% loading if not immediately after. No stopped working or not responding or any kind of dialogs / error messages just crash straight to desktop. Ive tried everything from disabling addons to different aircraft/airports etc. Ive reinstalled the client and content to no avail Ive also ran the full P3D installer to no avail. Event viewer says its kernelbase.dll. Anyone seen this before? would anyone know of any way to fix it besides needing to do a full uninstall and clean reinstall of prepar3d? thanks.

Hello I have the problem that, if I want to spawn at KJFK (DD) with the 747 (Only in this configuration, so without 747 or other airport with 747 works fine), I get a CTD at 80%... The very weird thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes not. With another gate it suddenly works and even if I then teleport with GSX to the "problematic" gate, I have no problem .... I can not show a bug report because there is simply none... Thank you for any help 😄

Hello everybody, Recently I'm experiencing a CTD error from which I can't find the cause. It happened after I installed FLAI, Vpilot and Ivap. When I click the change aircraft button, the sim starts loading but doesn't stop, like it continued on for 10 minutes or so. While loading SimDirector I get and error saying there was a problem with Prepar3d exe. It is apparently due to clr.dll 4.7.3324.0 Windows 7. Reboot does not solve the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts.
