Hello, I am very sad about this situation and found very confused and unhappy I am using Windows 10 Pro, P3D v4.5, flying with an Aerosoft A330 Didn't change any setting before and after the CTD appeared randomly everytime I fly. Hello! I've been having an extremely frustrating issue for the past 2 months (since late February) in which, after around 3-4 hours of flying, FSX begins a cycle of freezing for around 45 seconds and resuming for around 5-6 seconds. The menus freeze the same way as well, but the sound from the sim continues during the freezes. This has happened in PMDG aircraft and default aircraft alike (it happened in a Trike at one point after I left the sim going for a few hours unattended) in cruise flight, complex, and default sceneries. All drivers and v5 build up to date, but when I begin to set up three screens as I had in V4, OK at first when creating new view, but when I try and undock the window to drag it to one of the side monitors, I get the 'This device (NVIDEA Geoforce RTX 2080 Ti) stopped working for the following reason: UNKNOWN.' Hi, I'm on V5.024 and I cannot start a flight from EDDF V2, even with the standard P3D AC :. I get a terrain.dll error. I have ORBX files i deleted the EDDF files in it. EDDK C 1.09 works like a charm! I tried many things : clear shaders, reset prepar3d.cfg file. I alos tried a flight to EDDF : CTD about 11nm from landing. One more thing iI noticed : before crashing, I have like a quick white light, light a storm light. Any idea??? Thank's Stay safe! Yves

Hi, when I takeoff from Glasgow airport the ground and cockpit textures reload in which makes the screen go white for a second or two. I have tried lots of things like delete generated files and have even re installed all of the scenery files but I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great thank you.

Hello Guys, I am having a weird problem in Quality wings 787, as everything works well, except for the MCP panel, as the speed, heading and altitude is hidden, if I change the speed, hdg, or altitude, it will change but it is not visible on the MCP panel. Dear all i have been using FSX acceleration pack with PMDGs and lots of add on on window 7. Till recently, everything was fine but now a days when i start FSX and set aerosoft LPPT or FSDT LSZH as departure airport, FSX crashes while loading. It crashes at 90% at AI traffic point. If i fly from any other airport to these ones then when I reach around 150 miles to these airports it just crashes whithout any warning. I has used these airports in the past without any glitch. I think there must be some corrupt files ( possibliy related to AI) How do i locate them and eliminate? Best wishes Ash

Hi Everyone, I had to do a complete reinstall of Windows (now run on W10) but could kept my FSX which has been tweaked over the last 8 years on my hard drive. I wanted to rerun it but had to do some FSX reinstall for it to work : so a second copy of FSX is installed and my old good copy ran good for about 3 weeks (I had a backup of FSX.cfg, scenery.cfg etc.). But now, after 2-3 seconds a flight is loaded, FSX stops and reboots, again and again. I'm now out of ressources and would love to find a way... I have had no success in getting my MFSG YPPH Perth scenery to work with V4.5 - is anyone else having the same trouble? All other scenery so far, and all aircraft so far are no problem. I installed all the options (dynamic lighting and PBR), following all the directions in the manual carefully but have not yet had any success. Is it me, or is it a matter of an update required for compatibility? Any suggestions welcome!

Hello All, I have been using Pro ATC X for long time from now without any problem, but from a month almost; it started to crash (Freeze then crash) after requesting clearance directly and ALWAYS, which means I can not fly using Pro ATC X anymore, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and no luck, it still causes the sim to crash, and the weirdest part, when P3d freezes, if I press ALT+TAB and cancel the flight from Pro ATC X, there is almost 80% chance that the sim will respond again, I have tried to search it online, but the event viewer will not show me any thing except that the event type is Apphangb1. Hi guys, I was hoping I wouldn't have to post on this forum myself but after days worth of searching online, I just can't seem to find a fix for this problem. The CTD started a few weeks ago when I installed FSDreamTeam's CYVR and GSX levels 1 and 2. Before the installation, everything was working perfectly. I noticed FSX kept crashing after the installation when I tried to do a flight from Montreal (CYUL) to Vancouver (CYVR) airport. Everything runs smoothly from the Montreal gate from boarding all the way through the climb. However, after passing the YUL VOR, the sim just freezes WITHOUT any error messages and displays a loading mouse cursor. After about …

Upgraded to 4,2 last week and also updated other software and newly installed Little Navmap. Since then I have been having problems with P3d closing down ( not crashing but simply closing itself down ), the problem seems to occur at the start of a descent, frustrating after a long flight. I have had this ever since installing Aerosoft, I can load up my default A319 EGLL scenario and can usually change airport or vehicle after that, but if I try to change airport or vehicle from the initial menu I get CTD. Guys please help!!!! I have been trying several weeks to solve that issue....... When a load FSX in any airport in North-Eastern America, like CYUL or KATL, my simulator crashes crashes after 2 or 3 seconds. I hav tries stuff like the logbook.bin trick or the UIautomationcore.dll, but none of these actually helped me solve the issue. I am running on Windows 10

HiI wonder if anyone can help me. I run FS2004 and over the past couple of days when I try to fly the Project Open sky 777-300 and open the middle passenger exit door (exit 3 on keyboard, I have set up as tab+3) I get a black screen and the simulator restarts. This sometimes happens straight away or can sometimes happen after a flight after landing. I have used this aircraft merged with the PSS 777 panel for a number of years now.Any ideas?

Hello last few days my sim has crashed to the desktop and i cam across the CTD guide. The crash is being caused by an error with G3D.dll and using the guide i was able to open the FSUIPC Log and find more info however im not 100% sure on what all of it means and was looking for some help to fix the issues. Open P3DV4.5 and if I leave on long enough...even sitting idle not doing anything, it will just shut down...ill come back and the sim is closed. This is the report I got off of AppCrashView. I've changed a few things since I last flew but nothing sound wise Installed ORBX LEBB (not at airport when the sim crashed) Changed from 2xMSAA and FXAA on to 4xSSAA and FXAA off Installed a new FSLabs cabin texture. Bearing in mind the sim crashed the same way in two different locations. The sim froze and the sound dropped out and then it went straight to desktop. I was trying to install the V2 RealAir Turbine Duke but that caused a CTD, and now my P3D doesn't get past the splash screen.
