I've been using FSX-SE for at least 3 years, and it has been mostly stable. Recently (last 2 weeks) I've been getting random crashes to desktop (CTD) and freezes. Yesterday the sound when switching between certain 'views' stopped. I haven't changed anything, so obviously something has corrupted. Once I started investigating I discovered that some settings in the basic on-screen 'controllers' set up part of the programme had changed: random assignments of functions had appeared to different buttons on the three bits of hardware - Yoke, Throttle Quadrant and Pedals. Hi guys, I hope everyone is fine I have a problem with my P3d V5 Flight Simulator After about 9 hours of the flight, the plane stops moving. hi all, recently fsx has been crashing quite frequently, i haven't been able to isolate the problem because it wasn't showing up in either appcrashviewer, or the event viewer until today. PC specs are as follows, Intel i7 quad core processor, 8gb ddr4 ram, 3Tb Sata drive, Nividia equivalent gtx 1050TI with 4gb of ddr4 ram. Please see below for crash info. Ok so I have been having CTD with P3dv4.5 and getting the urctbase.dll Error. Turns out it wasn’t just P3d, it’s every word not allowed simulator from FS to train sim to UBOAT sim etc. if I leave UBOAT for example going and go out to the store and come home it’s back on the desktop, same thing with P3D, leave a plane tied down on the ramp and go out to mow the lawn, come back in and it’s back at the desktop. Been using P3d v4.5 for sometime now with zero issues. All of a sudden tonight 3 CTD's in the span of 20 minutes. Each time used current FSUIPC auto save to reload the sim. Only changes over the last 2 days in order were Aerosoft A330 update, NVIDIA driver update to 456.38 and Chase Plane update. Here is appcrash view log. I thought I would report this, just in case others have had the same. I have a very good system (see below), but that guarantees nothing I guess. I did not turn on any dynamic AI aircraft traffic at the first of my 2020 use. Then I turned on real traffic during some early GA runs, no problem. The problem started when I turned on a level of 55 AI generated traffic. I was at KOAK at the time piloting my A320 from KOAK to KPHX. Settings mostly ultra, some high. I took off and within 60 seconds of lift off, CTD. I restarted and did it again, unsure of what had happened. This time the CTD happened about 5 minutes into the flight plan, weather pretty mild. I get CTD usually in random flights, occasionally from setup menu going to flight. Event viewer generally shows the faulting module as ucrtbase.dll. I have been through most of the suggested solutions including uninstalling and reinstalling the C++ libraries, updated drivers, and suggested in-game settings. Nothing has worked. Since I get this error consistently, I'm guessing there is an issue with a C++ function, as opposed to driver, overclocking or peripherals. Right before or right after I load a flight at a large airport like KSEA or KDEN with almost any aircraft of any complexity, FS20 crashes to the desktop. The program has also crashed twice while in the air just approaching KSEA. I've been changing settings for several days, but this seems to be the culprit. This started after the patch a few days ago. The aircraft I've flown the most is the TBM 930 and everything seemed fine until I got close to KSEA. I can't load the 747 at JFK, can't load the Beech King Air at KDEN. Trying to hot-swap a controller results in a "no warnings" CTD... This could be fun. Anyone else? Basically I think There is a requirement to add all hardware first and leave well alone... but in one session a user might go fromm a yoke to a HOTAS to a plain old joystick. Thoughts?

Hello, I have been having issues with FSX Gold Edition (w/Acceleration Pack) for a while now. Problem typically arises after I have been flying for about 20 or 30 minutes. I will get a quick buzzing sound on the speaker and the screen will go blank. About a second later the screen will come back up and display my pc wallpaper. When I log back in it appears that FSX has continued to run in the background, or a least picked up exactly where it left off. Very frustrating. This game keeps crashing on different occasions. At loadings screens or when i fly. My drivers are up to date, i tried on high and low settings makes no difference. Also the screen keeps flikkering when BLOOM is on in settings and i also cant turn off the HDR10 option in the settings. Please assist. FS2020 was working all day yesterday. I turned off the computer last night, turned on today and it crashes to desktop after pressing any key though sometimes makes it to the aircraft menu. Flying from Seattle to Portland (C208B) at 10000 ft above covering clouds. CTD started with two or or three sound stuttering then CTD. I know this already from P3D, but have not had any in MSFS since today. AppCrashView has identified Combase.dll as faulty module. Any ideas what this is?

Good day everyone, I'm at the point of launching a lawsuit against Microsoft for the complete lack of tech support with this product. I built a beast of a machine for this word not allowed program. It seems to download 990 mb in 30 seconds. Then when I go to launch it takes about another 30 seconds then I'm met with a black screen with an error that says Fatal error D3D11 Renderer _Z This has been going on since 8 this morning.
