I have been having random crashes in P3D lately. Most of them happen 2-3 hours in the sim. Here is the details of the most recent crash. Hello, Im having an issue whit my Flightbeam KIAD scenery. I run FSX, and it Pops up saying "Flightbeam KIAD is corrupted, FSX cannot proceed" then the sim closes. I got the files from a friend, not the actual scenery directly from flightbeam. he was moving on from flight sim and just sent me the files. My FB KMSP (Purchased Directly from Flightbeam) works perfectly. if anyone has an Idea, im open for anything. Thanks!

Hello everybody, I have a question. I just tried to do a flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town in the PMDG 777-300er, when the game crashed above Spain (around 100 NM left from Barcelona). I don't know why this happend, but in the Event Viewer I saw the reason for the crash: the file who caused the crash is the g3d.ddl, which is located in the root folder of P3D. I have searched for this, but couldn't find any clarifying information why this could happen. Do you guys can help me? I installed IFly 737 into P3DV4 and when I attempted to switch from Ifly to another plane P3DV4 would crash. I had to uninstall IFLY737 to resolve problem. anyone else encounter this and found a fix? Regards,

When I click "Options" the system hangs for a second and crashes to the desktop. This is a new install of Windows 10 and P3D on a new machine. P3d 4.4 on Win10pro. Addons installed: Orbx global/vector, Activesky. Also running Air Hauler 2 concurrently but it's just getting simconnect data and shouldn't be monkeying with the sim itself. Flying the PMDG 747v3 400ERF from KPIT toward Greenland. The first time I made it deep into Canada. The second time I got about halfway as far as the first. I've occasionally gotten crashes (though they've always shown an actual crashing module/dll in Event Viewer - these two did not) but they're always one-off events, and if I restart things work fine. I am attempting to run the Coolsky Super 80 Pro within Lockheed Martin's Perpar3D flight simulator, but each time I load the plane, and configure the gauges as they are needed for flight, I notice that somehow the Direct X Diagnostic Tool is triggered in the task manager under the simulator details, causing the game to freeze, and eventually CTD. I have tested the same plane and configuration within Microsoft Flight Simulator: Steam Edition with the same results. I was able to grab a log file from FSX after the crash which showed the access violation error as being the cause of the crash. But would that also tie in to the diagnostic tool being engaged? After a few weeks of experiencing CTDs (mainly due to TERRAIN.DLL faults) (with the only add-on being (AS for P3D4!), I bit the bullet - bought and installed a new Samsung 1TB SSD, installed Windows 10, Installed Drive Booster to ensure all drivers are up-to-date; downloaded and installed P3DV4; started up the simulator; made 1 change to the config (Sound - changed speaker output to my Sound card instead of the default speakers); selected a scenario using the default fighter jet and default locations, weather etc; the scenario was successfully loaded; took off and flew around for just over a minute and --- you guessed it - my first crash!! Hi! I have a problem in P3Dv4.4. It comes and goes randomly. The issue is that the scenery.cfg sometimes only contains a lot of Chinese letters and the P3D malfunction.

Good Evening, As stated above, I'm missing my logbook.bin file which seems to be killing my FSX on startup. Any solutions as to a fix? A reinstall is not really an option as that would be around 2 weeks worth of sim time in my current circumstance. Kind regards

I hope you guys can help a newbie .... I added addon scenery for KECP (produced in ADE). I have added the scenery to the addon scenery location and added to Scenery Library using Scenery Config Editor. Everything looks as it should until I select KECP in "Free Flight" under current location and select "Fly Now". The screen shows loading scenery objects. It only gets to 0% then a message displays "Microsoft Flight Simulator has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program". The p3d scenario screen loads up i choose active sky weather theme then choose my aircraft and then my starting airport, it then freezes then crashes. sometimes the loading screen will load up and then just start the default scenario without me actually getting to fly. Anyone have afix to this i havent been able to fly in a month because of this !!!!

Howdy all. Let me start this off (trying to save you and me some time) by stating I have totally uninstalled then re-installed P3D v4.4 3 times. The last after doing a full NEW install of windows 10 Pro after upgrading my system and adding a new SSD for the system and new SSD for the flight sim. I have looked at the system logs and they show absolutely NOTHING after any crash from P3D. And by nothing I mean absolutely NOTHING. So when you ask, and you will, I will tell you that the Event Viewer shows NO ERRORS during the time anywhere near the CTD from P3D. What I do: Start P3D v4.4. Load any aircraft...it doesn't matter. I have had a few CTD with v4.4 and with the nt...dll as the culprit. What I would like to know is if I upgraded to v4.4 from v4.3 using only the client method of upgrade, can I return to 4.3 only using the client method? Thanks,

I was getting an 'Exception: 11' error with drubware an unable to run FS Cabin Crew. When I contacted drubware support I was instructed to reinstall FSX Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 and try again. I reinstalled both disc one and then disc two. When I was done I tried to start FSX. The loading screen would come up for a minute or so then FSX would crash. Nothing. I restarted my computer and updated my driver for my display adapter.
