Hi guys, Im all of a sudden getting out of memroy messages when loading FS9. I have 8 gigs of memory on my machine and have been running FS9 solidly since installing it on Win 7 back in June of this year. I also get a memroy dump blue screen and then my machine reboots. I dont understand what is the issue here but I really need someone to take a look at my windows dump file .dmp file to inform me if they see why its doing this. Hola, I have a new system and want to reinstall FS9 with all my addons. Need to grasp how to troubleshoot a crash to desktop that is happening with 2 products from Cloud9. System is Win7 64bit. FS9 installs runs fine, 9.1 patch installed, Installed Rex FS9 and Ultimate Water Advanced tested runs fine, Active Camera installed (waiting for updated code). Aviano installed, Rivolto installed tested (start default flight, once in cockpit I change location then aircraft to test). Cloud9 Phantom installed and tested, runs fine. Hi everyone, Recently I started to encounter a very strange problem. FS9 frequently crashes because of the 'run out of memory problem' despite having my Win XP 'modded' to read 3GB of RAM. What is interesting is that the problem occurs only when I approach Madrid Barajas (I've got Mega Airport Barajas). I fly many other routes and there is no problem. Lately I was flying from Manchester to Gran Canaria (4 hours flight) and I had no problem in completing the flight. Hello, Lately I have been having CTD while I am flying. In many cases I have been cruising for more than an hour and suddenley CTD. Every time FS9 Error window provides with with two files that contains the data they are 1) FS9.cgf.txt and 2) Scenery.cfg. I have review both files but I do not have a clue how to find the problem within the files. I would like to know who within the forum knows how to read/interpret the data within the files. I wrote the same question over at the unofficial RealityXP forum, but it doesn't hurt to ask here to: Yesterday I did this magnicifent flight on Vatim in my RXP 530 ver 1.6 equipped Aeroworx 200 using FS9. When finished I closed the computer, started it again just now but now when I load the airplane I see the cockpit panel with the 530 unit for about two tenths of a second, then FS9 crashes. The first time I've attempted this route. I've had CTD in same location > between Richmond (Indiana) VOR and Rosewood (Ohio) VOR while heading NE at FL290. It happened two flight (attempts) in succession in nearly the exact same spot on the route. The departure is KMEM and destination is LFPG. Aircraft is PMDG B748F. Setup is Win7-64, FSX, FSC, RCV4, FS Flightkeeper. If I am flying for a while and I click the views and try to change a view, it will crash and lock up. But I am running two monitors on video card and one usb monitor. I put ATC, radio stack, and gps on one monitor, the aircraft panel on one monitor and the cockpit view on the primary monitor. Settings are not all that high as I do a lot of IFR and night flying. That is a lot of stuff and I wonder if I am overloading my memory. I have 2 gigs of ram. I haven't tried it with just one monitor but will try that next time I fly. I don't have any addons except the acceleration pack and FSX. Thanks for any replies.

My FSX just crashed to desktop without a warning during initial climbout just after takeoff, it didn't even freeze like it normally does when it crashes, just instant CTD. After I got sorted out corrupted traffic files FSX found new way to irritate me. I'm now getting OOM errors at major airports if I have AI traffic enabled. Small airports load just fine and some times larger airports too. I've now spend a day finding and trying various solutions to this. And two weeks fight to get FSX running. There were no problems with my old setup with only 4gb's of RAM. This new one has 8gb's worth of RAM. Any idea how to forge forward other than dumping AI altogether? I've noticed recently that FSX has been crashing on me. I have a pretty stout setup and I'm having trouble figuring out what is wrong. I get this C++ error then crash when I try to play any recorded video. The Instant Replay works fine however. Not sure if a better solution exists, figure I'd put this out there to see if one has ever come up. I've done a bunch of reading and seems the only main work around it to remove the plane that causes the issue.

Good day, I have been having the dreaded 'FSX Fatal Error' problem for the past few weeks, I have spent hours searching the internet, reinstalling, testing and raging trying to fix this. My sim has heavy custom AI with 1600+ traffic files and even more aircraft's. Previously I linked traffic to FSX from FS9 folders but now I'm moving to FSX only setup. I been having issues ever since with my screen turning completely black after returning from the menus. For example, I'll enter the settings, or change aircraft, or anything from the menus and upon returning back to the game, the screen will be either: 1) all black (game still runs, I can hear the sound of the plane and I'm able to hear clicking when pressing the mouse and I'm still able to use my keyboard shortcut that I assign to quit the game. 2) screen will come back, but it will look very strange. sometimes the cockpit panel is missing and I'll see clouds only, or other weird graphical anomolies. This is a fresh Windows7x64 and FSX installation, and this error got worse and worse the more addons I installed. I do have a lot of them for sure at over 100 payware addons. I don't even need to start a flight for this to happen. If I just launch FSX, wait a few moments, then exit, I get the 'FSX has stopped working' message. Below is what AppCrash shows. Few months back i manage to fix the ENB Black screen issue . I will not called it a crash because it never crashes , all you can hear is the engine in the back ground running an even the ATC giving clearance for landing etc.... It seems everything is working but the only problem is the screen is pitch black. In the past this has only happen to me when using fspassengerx after i complete a flight . I have gotten two BEX CTD's on 2 out of the last 3 flights. Always when FSCrew in the NGX is performing a function. First CTD was after I said, "after takeoff checklist". Second one just now was after I clicked on the decent briefing and it started playing.
