Hello! These days after some time with a great FSX configuration.. several hours flying never a CTD in long time I started to have FSX stopps with message saying that FSX stopped and crashing to desktop, after sometime in the sim. Finally decided to give FSX another go (with Acceleration) and have VFR Photographic Scenery Vol 2 UK, plus Vol2 of Airfields and Treescapes but after 5-8 minutes of flying I get The Error page up with:- "Runtime Error Program: E\Program... Hi lately i came across this problem with fsx. I have stop using ENB series because of this problem . Now its happening again but even worst . When i am on a long flight an i want to minimize the screen or go to any menu option fsx will just close an not give me no error message or CTD it just closes . My computer is running perfectly stable an smooth fsx as ever . But now it seems i can't minimize the screen or even create a flight plan after i complete one . To make it even worst it doesn't even give no error at the event viewer. Does anyone have any suggestion that could be the cause for this problem ?

I have been having this issue lately. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without any luck. This happens when I am using the menu bar. I have UIAutomation.dll in the fsx root directory. Windows "Event Viewer" does not have any errors. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. Any help will be much appreciate. Tony

One of the problems I am having is an weird one. I don't exactly know how to explain it either. Basically I start the sim, select my aircraft, then go fly, but as soon as load up the screen freezes with what ever view of the aircraft it started on, I can hear the aircraft flying and can do normal functions like open and close doors shut down start engines ect.... but the screen just stays still, frozen on the view, if I minimize it and bring it back up it will hop to the next screen then stay frozen, it's like i have to keep minimizing fsx and bring it back up for the screen to change. then it just stays frozen. Hi guys, I recently switched to FSX and added a lot of addons. I can fly my normal duration routes (2 hours tops) and not get OOM's. However, I did get close to one when flying SLC - SEA with Orbx, VATSIM, PMDG, ASE, REX, and FlyTampa. But here is where I'm concerned. I did my first long haul (EDDF-KLAX) with the PMDG MD-11. After reaching cruise, I minimized the window hoping that would take less memory and wear on the PC. When I re opened the window in the morning, everything was perfect. Flying the LVLD 767, just after switching on TFC in the VC I experienced a CTD. I was running in DX10 mode with Aivlasoft EFB, AS2012 and SweetFX shader with AA enabled in the shader. Looks like it's a d3d11.dll issue. Have the latest C++ version installed and my .Net runtimes are up to date as well. Any ideas? Could it be that I had AS2012 running? I kinda noticed this while doing rigour testing with both dx9 and dx10. Dx9 is 100% stable as of now. Dx10 however, looks like I'm getting CTD every now and then. Since installing Orbx SAK scenery, I have an annoying issue. FSX hangs when alt-entering beween fullscreen and windowed mode and back again. If I remove the objectflow.dll entry from the dll.xml file, the problem goes away. The strange thing is, that I had Objectflow enabled with earlier Orbx sceneries, without problems. For now, I am just flying without Objectflow enabled, and FSX appears stable again.

Cannot enjoy my sim due to this on going problem , i have done it all from moving this to that and from here to there. been dealing with this for sometime . Hallo somedays before i installed in my fsx the REX essential+ and from this time in my every flight agter take-off 1-1:30 hours fsx stops. When i took an eye at the pc manager it says that programm fsx.exe version 10.0.61637.0 had a fatal error and stopped responding eith the system! I am at a loss, what i can do? Thanks!!!

This is for anyone receiving an OOM when using FSX and you have a Windows 64 bit operating system. Check your LOD_Radius setting in the FSX.cfg. Anything above 4.5 (the default max), will eventually cause a crash depending on where you are flying. I just suffered one of those crashes and I had my LOD_Radius set at 7.5 for flying over MegaSceneryEarth V2 States. It works mostly okay over MSE V2 products but, if you go to another location, say, an Aerosoft product airport or scenery, or FSDT KLAX, KSFO, and other non-default, commercial airports, you will likely get an OOM. Hi all, I was wondering if one of you guys maybe able to assit me with a major issue I'm having with FSX. I am currently running a Win8 PC I7 3770k @ 4.3Ghz GTX580 1.5GB 16GB DDR3. Iv been experencing FSX fatal errors in mid flight, these errors have started since I tried to install the LevelD 767. The installation had some issues which I manage to resolve but after this every aircraft in FSX was performing very sluggishly. Hi, I've got this error after installing FPS Limiter for FSX : "The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000005).Click OK to close the application'. I have 2 EVGA GTX 590's that are used with a 6 monitor setup for Flight Simulator X. Everything has been running perfect for a year and a half. One day last week when I tried to run the game, the monitors would flicker and it would kick back to the desktop as the game began.
