Does any one knows how I can execute a request for VoxATC to use RNAV approach to a RW?(my case I wanted RNAV30 at LLGB using SIRON transition).

Hi Guys.Hope you can clear this one up.Say for instance at Manchester (EGCC) DEPARTING RUNWAY 23R. I wish to fly south or that general direction, atc gives me a sid (hon). Same senario departing 23R but wanting to go north or again that general direction, atc does not assign a sid?. You can reverse runway directions and the opposite happens. This is creating a flight plan using default flight planner within fsx.It automaticcaly assigns sid,s and stars. I could go the long way round and using FSC load fsx up go to my departing airport, find out the active runway,go back to fsc and then manually choose the best sid from the list. Is this what you have to do every time?. Or …

Hi there,Could anybody help me please?Lately VOX ATC started to play up and I re-installed it again, hoping that it would work okay. ( My PTT key works again ) But i'm getting told to fly a WWA891A Departure and ATC sends me the complete opposit way of where I need to go.Before it always told me to fly to the first way point.I tried all kinds of different settings, but it will not go away.Am I doing something wrong?, Does anybody know how to solve this?Upon arrival at destination airport it seems to forget I'm there at all and just let me fly around for ages only after disabling and enabling VOXATC does it put me in touch with tower.Any help appreciated as VOXATC website …

I am trying to start Cold and Dark and have VoxATC guiding me in my flight.Here's what I do...1. FSX Flight Planner. Create the flight I want to do and save the flight2. FSX Free flight. I`ve loaded in voxatc but when I come to select the aircraft I`ve chosen some and all but in each case when I click on install it`s all very quick and I`m left with a blank pane I know that only a few aircraft have vox available how can I be sure to get the ones I want to use with vox please??

I have loaded the most current Audio Environment (airliner addition) files into My Traffic x and into the default AI Traffic files and find no sound enhancement when using VOXATC. What Air traffc sounds I do receive are terribly muffled and blinded by the my aircrafts engine sounds. Even when I turn off my engine off there is nearly no AI aircraft sound. Hope someone has worked thru this problem and can assist.

I couldn't understand out how come my FO tab is not in my prompter window anymore .I did enable it in the voxatc settings tho. Now i see that voxtatc does not see my flightplans:No matter how i create the flightplans the software does nto see them and so no fo tab.I read the documentation many times but I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.it used to work and now nothing :(any tips ?thxVic

I flew with the PMDG 747 with AIRAC 1105 both for the PMDG and for the LEVEL-D (for VoxATC) from VTBD BKK W9 TL W9 CMA VTCCand the VoxATC did not assign me any SID for take off even though I had SIDs in my FMC i could pick and not only that he also assigned me a visual approach even though there is an ILS in the airfield , when I asked the VoxATC for an ILS approach he vectored me to final rather giving me a STAR.now there is one thing, the RW at VTCC with the ILS is 36 and he assigned Visual on RW08 which doesn't have ILS, I assume he done that since RW08 was with the head wind, is that normal for VoxATC to give me RW08visual approach rather picking ILS with tail wind?a…

Sorry if someone else has posted this, but thought I'd throw it out. :) Officially VoxAtc does not work independantly on a second computer but plans are for it to in future versions. Using the demo of Wideview and Wide traffic, http://www.wideview.it/wideview.htm I found it works just fine. Purchase of those two is now pending. I run my gauges (free from http://www.thegaugesfactory.org/ .) gps and Vox ATC off my laptop as server of both wideview and wide traffic and visuals through my main pc with 5 monitor eyefinity as client. You only need to install VoxAtc on server but must have your AI traffic (I use world of AI) Full FSX and other addons on both. The gauges require …

I seem to have a very strange problem.I use VoxATC v6.05I load a flight plan -> load FSX -> wait for REX2 to implement the weather -> enable VoxATC.the VoxATC passes the tests and spawns the AI traffic. I get radio check without a problem, I pass the clearance based on my flight plan, no problems.the problem starts when I request Engine start from ground. it appears green and I say it, the text becomes blue (as been said) but the ATC just ignores me and doesn't respond to my request no matter how many time I say it.the fumy thing is if I say it incorrectly the ATC asks the "unidentified aricraft" to repeat the request, when I press the "0" I can see an option to …

Has anyone else seen this with UT2 since installing voxATC? I tried removing the acceleration pack to see if that would cure it, but it didn't.Ken

Hi every one.I had to reinstall Vox ATC (6.05) but when I get the screen to select the planes I want to install it on,I get this message....Error 1001. I am trying to run VOX ATC just using the VFR Kansas City to Eppley flight which of course loads with the appropriate flight plan. I have configured the microphone and speech engine (English - US). I have done the speech training successfully using that flight plan in training mode and no problems there.When I select the VOX ATX box from view and then hit ENABLE all I get is the initialising message which does not change at all. There is no indication of a problem so I am at a loss as to what to do next.My system is an i7 3.4 ghz machine with 8 gig ram running windows 7 64 bit. Hi this is my first post here ...I flying around with my PMDG 747, creating flight plans with FSC 9, importing them to the FMC and everything works fine. Last week I brought the FS Crew Voice commander for 747 and it worksvery well.Last week I was searching for a ATC Program, an downloaded the VOX ATC Demo and 3 Voices.It works fine with a simple Cessna Flight. There is a new version of VoxATC listed on the RC Simulation site. It appears to be aimed toward the Euro market but has lots of new features. Does anyone know if a US version will also be released? The product description includes new AT&T voices compatible with 64 bit operating systems, new Festival speech engine allowing filtering and adding static to the voices, expanded helicopter operations and other goodies. Any information or comments on this subject?

Hi all, please help. i have read all the forums and followed all of the install instuctions but whenever i try to start a flight i click enable and it begins to initialize for around 1 second and then everytime it comes up with "fatal error, disable VOX ATC" i am using FSX on XP.All help is greatly apprreciated.Happy flying

VoxATC doesn't seem to handle some phraseology correctly. Is anyone else annoyed by this?Standard phraseology for an initial contact goes like this:1. Who you are talking to2. Who you are3. Where you are4. What you wantSo when I make my first call to request taxi for takeoff to do pattern work, I am expecting to call as follows:"Renton Ground, Cessna 0000X, at parking, taxi for takeoff, closed pattern, with Bravo"This works in real life, but doesn't work with VoxATC. Hello everyone,I just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same issue. I load the demo IFR plan provided with VoxATC (Kansas City Intl to Eppley) with a setting of 50% on traffic density.Just wait until the plane that's located at your right requests a pushback. Instead of a pushback, the plane is literally catapulted towards the terminal . Is it just me, or someone else have experienced this weird behavior with AI traffic ?.

Hi, I have VOX ATC V5.63. Has been working fine until now. When I try to start I get the dreaded 'Fatal Error" message. I did a form search on fatal errors, but could not find a solution to my particular problem which shows up in the error log. Tried contacting the company without success. I get an error in the error log which more or less states "unable to access protected memory, memory may be corrupted" Any help would be much appreicated.

I had a nice little flight today from NW Florida Beaches to Daytona Beach (I'm jealous for sunshine...) and with no SID to take from this fairly new airport I was pleasantly surprised to hear Tyndall Departure give me the following instruction as I was headed towards SZW to take jetway J2 eastward: Now it's one thing that the TTS engine allows controllers to refer to navaids by their "names" and not just by their IDs. Hi,I have Voxatc 6.04 installed but every time I run it it says there is no speech recognition installed.So I install Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 and alls well until next time when I have to uninstall Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 and re-install it again and alls well.Anybody else have this problem?I also noticed that there is a version 10.2 available but not from MS.I have XP pro, FSX + Acceleration installed.Rog

Hello all,I think I may have found an undocumented feature of VoxATC, giving us a manual way of defining the MSA for a particular airport. Create in %appdata%\Internal Workings\VoxATC\apdata a new xml file using as the name the airport code (e.g. LOWI.xml). Hi.I have been working with voxATC for some time with great success in fixed wing and other helis. Today I decided to give it a try with the Dodosim 206 but the voxATC option does not come up.I have ran the indexer twice, rebooted and ran the panel setup twice, as I have done in the past with other AC. Hello all,May I suggest something to the devs (it is relevant only to users flying in Europe where trans levels differ from place to place signifiacantly).Since, VoxATC does use the concept of regional transition altitudes (in %appdata%\Internal Workings\VoxATC X\VASettings.xml) then it might be possible to expose through flight planner extra three text boxes to let the user insert the transition altitude for the departure, destination and alternate. Three separate Regional sections could be formed inside the xml for each place (differing in the TransitionAltitude attribute, being identical to UK/EU otherwise). Running the 7 day trial version and Vista Home Premium 32. Un-installed the first installation because of wrong download. Made sure the registry was cleaned up and deleted the folder in 'internal workings' Now when I activate FSX, I get a permanent busy circle and the arrow curser inside it and both flicker. Also in 'Instrument Panel' there are two entries for voxatc. This is rendering voxatc unusable.Can anyone point me in the direction for a fix please?CheersSid.
