The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

I've found some new liveries, a working G1000 Nxi and we've got ourselves a much more capable aircraft than before. Here I'm coming out of Presque Isle, MI to shoot the RNAV 27 approach. redsr22 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr sr223 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr sr225 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr (Look at that custom floor mat hehe) sr226 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr sr227 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr

The new ORBX Alaska mesh and the Captain Sim 707, which I have ported over to MSFS. As you will see, the 707 has a few shortcomings. One of the most striking ones is that the undercarriage doesn’t show, but she sits at the right height on the tarmac and she rolls and moves fine. Also engines and flaps all work as they should. Then she has no instruments. She never had in MSFS, which is in my case not a big problem, as I have all necessary flight information on a second monitor. With SU5 we know that you have a CTD, as soon as you switch to VC view, when you use an FSX plane. Well…. not anymore, as I have found out by accident. I know that you can make it work again w…

The Mega Airports (of the world) are reasonably well-known to us, either from RW visits or via the many well-represented SIM renditions. But there are airports (around the world) that, at least, personally, I would (probably) never see...but, they do play significant roles in their respective countries and regions. A while ago, I'd posted about Paulo Ricardo's Rio (SBRJ), and, at that time, I'd also acquired a smaller airport add-on, for Joinville (SBJV), that I'd not explored yet. Joinville is a major coastal city in Brazil, south of Rio, past São Paulo, on the eastern coastline of the South Atlantic Ocean, at an appx. distance of 420 flight miles from Rio. I read, …

Got myself the GeeBee. Would much prefer the original stubby barrel model Z (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zfbrVTSb3A ) - love the brutal look that has, but this is fun as well. No pilot at the moment, and any smoke you see in these shots was accidental (smoke mapped to the flaps controls, I think). These shots are in SamScene's NYC but with PG off in the sim. Can't decide about the PG in NYC, some of it is ok, a lot of it is appallingly ugly to me, but all of it gets a bit melty at this degree of proximity.
