The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

In between Yellowknife and Fort Simpson heading West. Left in full IFR, wish I caught some pics of the rain but once I poked through the front and things started to clear I was absolutely gobsmacked. Hope this works

I decided to do a short flight from Big Bear (L35 available as freeware), across the San Bernadino Valley, Seal Beach to Catalina (KAVX available as freeware). My airplane of choice was the Just Flight Turbo Arrow. Seemed like a good day to test the performance with everything Ultra, LOD 300. Framerates were surprisingly good, on the ground 45-60, in the air a smooth 70-80 fps. Some smaller stutters when changing views on the ground, other than that nothing to speak of. Approach to Catalina was a lot of fun, plenty of updraft over the hills making it a bit challenging. Across the San Bernadino Valley Approaching Anaheim in cockpit view Parked at Catali…

Had a travelling holiday some decades back that included some overnight stops in Georgia and the Carolinas, including Asheville. Thought I'd go back and visit via the sim. Didn't realise about Biltmore until I started the sim and saw it as a POI on the world map, so that made it even more of a tempting visit. If we'd known about it on our trip we'd certainly have tried to get to see it. Love those big old mansions - been to the Hearst place twice - money may not buy you happiness (not entirely convinced about that myself) but it can sure buy you a nice place to live. So, heading off from KAVL, Asheville Couple of miles north of the airport, on the way to Ashevil…
