The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Sable Island is a long, narrow, crescent shaped sandbar that sits about 150nm SE of Halifax in the North Atlantic Ocean. It's a federally protected area due to its ecologically sensitive nature. It has a fascinating history and is home to many shipwrecks which ran aground the historically hard to see, always shifting land. One of these shipwrecks was carrying horses in the 1700s, and there are still wild horses that live on the island today that are descendant from those horses. Despite is being a fascinating island not too far from shore, visitors are very limited by the Federal Government. Scientists inhabit the island and a small number of tourists are permitt…

Off KCPS, St Louis Downtown Airport (which is on the Illinois side of the river) just after mid-morning. The Mississippi River is a streaming ribbon of reflection. The Butler Lakes area and Meramec River as it flows toward it's confluence with the Mississippi are just off the tail of the Turbo Bonanza. You can see additional bits of reflection off the river well into the distance as it winds its way along, forming the border between Missouri and Illinois.

ORBX Himalaya mesh I have been to Gilgit twice courtesy of the Pakistani Airforce. But flying from Gilgit to Srinagar is a deadly exercise, as the Indian Airforce will hunt you down, as soon as you venture into Indian airspace. Luckily there is no such thing in MSFS. Freedom rules the skies! Thanks for viewing

I made a repaint for the new MSFS default PC-6, just to train a bit glacier flying. You can download the repaints on flightsim.to. These two models are included: Air Glaciers HB-FCT Swiss Air Force V-633 Approaching Kanderfirn. In some shots you can see the Swiss Alpine Clup Mutthorn hut. If you like to learn a bit about glacier flying, visit this page (and let google translate it to your language if needed): The Swiss Air Force version:
