The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Morning everyone! Last 2 sets from this weekend. Approaching NYC as the sky comes to life. I can't even put into words how perfectly MSFS captured yesterday morning's sunrise and weather. Unreal this is all a default sim Just making out the City in the distance About to drop through the fog layer as we approach the city Into the haze... Out the other side Sunrise starting to move West Ferry heading for downtown financial district In the Hudson River Corridor Looking back at Hoboken/Jersey City Freedom Tower Heading for MidTo…

@Stoopy and I seem to have some difficulty to find the fauna even with the slider at 100%. I went to Lake Chad and in Zambia no hippo as there was no flamingo in Chile ! I think I understand the problem now. Today I (photographically) hunted giraffes in Ethiopia, in two places and, halleluiah !, I saw TWO, one in each place ! No herd of giraffes, just one lonely giraffe. So if there is only one tiny flamingo and one dark semi-submerged hippo no wonder that we can't find them. Note also that I selected a camouflaged livery to approach the animal. Smart, right ? The giraffes mistook me for a flying zebra ! BTW, Ethiopia is quite a place to fly, sple…

Had to circle the city a bit and admire the sites while checking out my office next to Madison Square Garden (which ironically is a circle ) LOL I'm in a NY State of Mind.. Circling back towards the office MSG and One Penn Plaza with the old USPS facility across the street Circling back over the Hudson to land Great to see Asobo fixed the elevation around NYC! Once I get any closer the photogrammetry starts to melt 🙂 Welcome to NYC

Leaving KBLM for NYC... Can't believe how MSFS nailed the surface layer fog this morning! Surface layer rolling off the Ocean Sun just starting to peek through Our house is right below me, at the time of the fight we had zero visibility in the back yard from the fog off the river. Somehow MSFS captured it perfectly Local fog layer over our development Heading towards NYC Another fog layer over Sandy Hook In between the clouds and the fog layer... The sky is starting to glow now Stunning Sunrise

Continuing our trip South but some really find margins in terms of airspace. Loving the table integration into the 145. The dirt road on the left is Jordanian Airspace and the border of Israel/Jordan with restricted Israeli airspace on the right... Just double checking the charts, I guess I will essentially stick to the road all the way south. Really fine margins... Fascinating landscape. Follow the road don't get shot down... After chilling in Chile for a week at Puerto Murta (SCRU) hosing around with local bush flights, it was time to depart for parts further south to see if we could find the elusive Flamigos that are marked on the map as a fauna POI n MSFS near Chochrane. So off we go once again in the Milvis Turbo Porter!, Now that the NXi works in it I can finally see what all the hootin' and hollerin' is about with it. It's nice to enjoy a cockpit that has such fine accouterments... Cochrane is just down this valley below, behind a small ridge. Didn't get any approach pictures because I was busy playing around with the BETA mode on descent... Aft…

In the eighties and nineties of the last century, Air UK was Britain´s third largest airline, based at London Stansted airport. At the end of the last century, Air UK was taken over by KLM and operated as KLM UK. Here we see a Fokker 27 after take-off from EGSS London Stansted.
