Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

We have left by now the Philippines and are on our way to Hong Kong. But first we have to cross Taiwan. Hengchun is a small airport at the southern tip of Taiwan. Sungshan in the north is an airport in downtown Taipei and is only open for domestic traffic. The big building is the Grand Hotel. Owned by the government it is one of the prominent buildings in Taipei. It has an exact copy in Kaoshiung, in the south of Taiwan. The white, flat building in front of the hotel is the Taipei-American Club, a favorite hang-out among the local and expat business c…

This is a repaint for the CS B767-II GE Expansion, depicting the retro ANA livery that was carried on airframe JA602A between 2009 - 2013. Technically a "fictional" repaint as the original aircraft was a B767-300 model (not an ER as modelled by Captain Sim). Regardless, I thought it was a pretty cool livery...referred to at the time as the "Mohican Livery"...for obvious reasons. You'll have to forgive the non-precision departure out of Nagasaki (PacSim Scenery)...I was more interested in getting photos this time. As I was researching this aircraft, I learned that the real airframe was sadly retired just a week ago. Still plenty of ANA B767's in the air...19 PAX …

After the recent Varig (PP-VOI) repaint, I thought I would do a couple "easier" ones...these two took about 1/3 of the time as the last repaint. I realized 3 of the first 4 CS B767-II repaints done were either inactive and/or obsolete airlines. Time to do a couple of active airframes. I decided to repaint a Japan Airlines livery. This one caught my eye...JA613J. JAL is currently the largest PAX carrier with the B767-300ER. While the B767 no longer flies International routes, the 26 aircraft still in the fleet do fly domestic routes, typically under 2 hours duration. I hadn't heard of Royal Air Maroc - Cargo until I saw this aircraft...an ER…

After completing a few more CS B767-II liveries, I wanted to go back and make changes to two earlier ones I released: The Air Canada Free Spirit repaint had an issue with a window blank...I also wanted to add a Selcal Code plaque to the virtual cockpit. While I was at it, I wanted to see what the repaint would look like with the earlier version "black tail"...during the real aircraft's 10 year run with this livery, it sported both the earlier black tail and the newer ice blue tail. While I love the Air Canada "toothpaste" livery, I think the black tail actually looks better with this repaint. Both tail versions are included with the texture fix files. …

Alaska's arctic coastal plain gets less than 10 inches of precip a year and wind blows, from east to west and back, most of the time. Barter Island, on the northeast coast - spent an interesting year here many years ago. On final to Deadhorse - airport to the oil development in and around Prudhoe Bay.

This is just a short hop, so the Porter will be a suitable plane of choice. Live weather. Luckily this dreadful typhoon didn't hit me. I am still absolutely amazed, how real this scenery looks FedEx had for many years their main Asian hub in Subic, before they decided to move it to Hong Kong. Now I heard from a friend, who flew for them they think of better moving it back to Subic Thanks for viewing
