It's well below freezing on the surface and in the air. It's cozy in the cockpit though as I depart Sawyer Michigan towards Beaver Island (just west of the famous Mackinac bridge/island). Lake Superior has mostly frozen over. Very occasionally the large lake will completely freeze. One year when I lived up there there was no snow cover and it froze inland without much wind for days. You could walk out for miles and see the lake floor below your feet it was so clear. A couple on a walk found an undiscovered ship wreck from the 1800's below their feet. Just released this paint for our Aussie friends for the iFly 737 for P3D v5.....Sorry for neglecting this region thus far 'Mates....will endeavor to keep pushing out paints to cover the global simming community. 🙂 Notice the flag.....still trying to find out the history of this version of the flag as it appears on the aircraft vs the current Australian flag...hoping someone can give me the history....I couldn't find it while researching this paint.

Hi simmers 😃 On Friday I bought the CDU from Aviaworks for the Aerosoft CRJ, just great to fly on the Tablet with a free CDU - love it this way, also the MCDU from Flybywire and both works great ! 👍 From last flight with a CRJ Lufthansa - ESKNEDDS.flp.. cheers 😉

On Aug.8, 1945, 82 Squadron RAAF flew a daring long distance raid from their base at Labuan, Borneo to the Japanese airfield at Kuching, Malaysia. a 900km round trip The group flew P-40 Kittyhawks with drop tanks and manged to destroy 2 aircraft scrambling on the runway along with other targets. They shot up some barges along the river before heading home. It was a long day. Not having a P-40, I flew the route in the trusty KingAir. My plan was to fly towards canada or the USA. But Navigraph and Simbrief had some kind of server problem the time i tried to make my departue, i changed plans and did some pattern work at Keflavik. The last of the 3 worked in fact without AP and ATHR 😉 The Patterns Worked quite well without help of the AP and ATHR
