I should ask other forum, but I think there're so many "merge" users here. So I would like you to ask that how can I adujust night lighting effect for 767POSKY. The default setting of 767POSKY lighting is that the window lights are tied with taxi light, which turns off when I turn off taxi light at crusing. I think this is far from realistic and I would like to adjust. I wish window lights to change always turns on in night, or tied with "NAV" light. Any ideas are so appreciate! Thanks in advance and sorry here is not the place for such a question.

...Good morning at all, ...after having read the whole manual and practising some things, I'd like to try an Atlantic Cross with the 767, doing it as real as I can...:) ...so, first of all, I've taken into consideration the weather, and from the PS1 site (http://www.natroutes.glideslope.de/), I've downloaded the weather charts and the Winds/Temp prognosis ones... ...after a bounch of minutes of looking at them, and analysing them, I've understood something, but I'm not still satisfied (...I mean, I'd like to understand what I see well...not just gues..)...so, I've read here, in the forum, that you recently m…

Hi everyone,After a reformat and months of not even touching PIC, I find that the thrust really doesn't spool up that quickly. I go to takeoff for instance and I reach t/o thrust right around Vr, while using way too much runway. I suspect a joystick noise problem, but it's the same as before, a CH USB Yoke. I did configure the axis in FSUIPC.Thanks

Slightly off Topic PostBit of a Rant about a thing that I think makes current FS airliner VC's poor when compared with the excellent GA offerings available.I must admit to being disappointed with the way VC are built for airliners in FS. In trying to simulate the complete 3-d environment of the flightdeck the aircraft tends to lose some features that make you prefer using the 2-d panel. For me the main thing I dislike about the VC in airliners for FS is the Perspective. The panel seems too far away from you, in most cases making the gauges etc appear smaller and harder to read. A 2-d panel is for me an attempt by the designer to create a realistic viewpoint and perspectiv…

I need help to cure a problem I have with Gauthier's 'zoomed' EADI & EHSI gauges. My 767PIC has Randy's VFR panel so that is set as window07 so Gauthier's panels become Window08 & 09.First problem is that I cannot see Gauthier's icons for the zoomed displays which he says should be located to the left of the autoland gauge - I have the Version3 file. Both 'zoomed' BMP files are in the panel folder and the two icons and XML files are fs2002gauges767pic directory, should these be in the main gauges directory, the instructions say leave them in the 767pic directory?I have tried SHIFT-L twice but that does not display the icons :( I can bring up the EHSI with SHIFT+9 bu…

Is this piece of software bug-ridden, or what? ;-)Flying MCO-ATL yesterday, I suddenly noticed something amber during the takeoff roll at a hot Orlando Intl. I looked down at the EICAS and saw that the EGT dials and readouts were indeed amber colored - the EGT had reached its maximum continuous limit. Some manual digging produced this:"The EGT indication has a maximum continuous limit represented by an amber band. If EGT reaches the maximum continuous limit, the digital indication, box, pointer, and dial all change color to amber. The EGT indication is inhibited from changing to amber during takeoff or go

Using FSBuild 2 I created an EGPF-LEMG flightplan. Followed the instructions and obtained winds aloft data from FSMETEO v5.2 for the flightplan. After Landing in LEMG I took the screenshot as I vacated the runway. Then I filled in the data I collected during the flight.Taxi fuel was approx 400Kgs less than calculated.Flight time and Fuel Burn were slightly longer - Encountered Stronger headwinds than planned and did not have STAR procedure planned - Not in FSBuild database.I arrived with 1500Kgs more fuel remaining than the predicted arrival, but I did start off with 400Kgs more.Unashamed Plug - I cannot recommend FSBUILD 2 enough to use with PIC

Hi all, with the kindly permission of the original authors I've modified a radar gauge for the use with B767PIC.http://free.pages.at/watsi/zips/Main.jpgTo say it clear:this is NO TCAS. It's just a radar which provides some important information about the surrounding AI-aircrafts (see image). The radar can be toggled with one button on the main-panel which was not in use before. I'm also waiting for the full TCAS, but until that happens this is a nice "work around". FSUIPC, version 2.83 or higher, is required. Tutorial for installation in german an english.Download it from:http://free.pages.at/watsi/zips/B767PIC_Radar.zipBest Regards, Watsi

I am trying to install PIC767 into FS2002 on a machine on which it is already installed in the FS2000 folder. The install program only gives me the option to remove all files (obviously it is detecting the prior FS2000 installation), or to cancel. There is no option allowing me to select the FS2002 folder to install in.Is there any way I can force PIC to install into FS2002 without first removing the FS2000 version completely?

I have noticed that the FMC fuel remaining calculation changes significantly over the course of a flight and I was wondering why. I have 2 likely possibilities: 1) The calculation is based on zero wind and changes as wind effects are calculated 2)the calculation is based on present thrust setting and changes when thrust is adjusted. Are either of these on track or is there another (real) reason? Thanks.

Only Apply this mod if you use KGS for PIC weight setting I have tested this and it outputs the fuel values the exact same as the original file in LBS would have that Mike developed. The only difference being the taxi fuel is now more accurate for KGS Small Tweak for those users like me who use KGS as their weight setting. Noticed that when outputting the Navlog the taxi fuel multiplied the number of minutes by the taxi fuel scalar. ie if you had 10 mins taxi fuel, fsbuild loaded 1930Kgs of fuel because the taxi fuel flow was 193 per min. I have modified all of the values in Lbs from Mikes file to read in KGs. Just paste the following over the corresponding entry in the …
