I am a veteran user of RC and I am using the 3.1 verison of RC currently. I can start a flight fine hear clearance, ground, tower, but after contacting center the first time I am losing the center voice.. I see the Acknowledge message popup on the AdvDisp and acknowledge and the piplot voice ackowledges, but no center voice.Any clues on what to check?Thanks,Dean

Hello: I'm using Version 2.123 of AdvDisplay along with FS 2k4 and Radar Contact 3.1. Since I installed it I no longer get the green bar for ATIS and I also get a black box, similar to what you might use for a window sized, docked, advdisplay in the middle of the 2D pits. This is in addition to the docked advdisplay box. No text ever shows up in that box and it is not the advdisplay box. You have to right click on it to close it, there are no other options. Also, I've been getting the Blue Screen of Death.Running:No CD CrackFSUIPCAdvDisplayFSNavigator ver 4.6Radar Contact.All should be the latest versions. Hi JD,today i decided to clean up RCv3 folder :-( and surely i have deleted some necessary files.....Now i cannot load any of my FS .pnl; when i choose my flightplan the loading bar starts its run and shortly after it stops and nothing happens.Can you please help me?Thanks in advanceLuigi ;-)

Ok - I'm SICK of FS2004's retarded ATC. Hi JD,when I fly from EDDM to EDDH with a B733 (Ariane B733 and Panel) loaded with ACLoader latest version, using latest RC, I get restrictions flying to FL150, FL220, etc. untill I am at the altitude I wanna be and planned for. It is a short haul so I often stick with FL290 or FL310 or FL330.I often fly as a passenger the same route. I live in Munic and my parents in Hamburg Germany. I know exactly that NEVER the pilot leveled out at FL150 or between departure takeoff and the planned cruse altitude, he flys the plane in a straight path up to where he wanna get. To do so I have permanently tell RC Controller to let me fly to the next FL. I know my Ariane B733 has max vsi …

I am getting the following error when opening RC3.1 after upgrading:The opening screen loads (reading version 3.10.2264 and dated January 28, 2003). Hi.Does anyone know a good place on the internet to download real ATC chatter files?I have many already, but I miss Germany ( only have Dusseldorf)and some other countries.I like to hear the real chatter in the background. It's much better than the synthetic chatter, which only sound as robots trying to talk american to each other :-)To have real chatter of the country where you fly ,gives the flight extra reality.So, please tell me where I can find a lot of chatter :-)ThanxJos

I have had an interest in ATC for a long time having in past years conducted psychological testing of potential controllers for the former Department of Aviation in Australia. I never used ATC in FS2K2 because of its severe limitations. When I purchased FS2K4 I started to fly with the default ATC. What I found was that, while the default FS2K4 does an adequate job of separating your aircraft from the large number of AI aircraft flying into and out of major airports the phraseology used was unconvincing and repetitive and the apparently pointless requests to continually change coms frequencies annoying. Hi--I've had RC for some time, having purchased it for and installed it on my last computer (for FS2002). With the advent of 3.1, and its greater AI awareness features, I finally made my first flight with it recently. To me, the advent of AI traffic is probably one of the two or three most significant watersheds in FS history; next to real weather I'm hard pressed to think of anything that has added more to the FS experience (even considering the numerous shortcomings of the FS2K2 and F2K4 ATC engines). Can someone explain please how do you instigate the option to use Notam Advisary for mountainous areas in 2002 RCV 3.0. I note that is shown in the feature list but I dont see it in RCV 3.0.

Using rcv3.1 and lately word display is missing characters and broken up into many lines making it hard to read. I tried reinstalling upgrade with additional zip files to no help.Rest of rcv3.1 working fine.

Have I missed something (i.e. is the full version for FS9 released yet), and if so, what is the current version I would order from your site? I'm looking at the full (new) version. Just wanted to pass on to you folks at RC, I just did my first flight with RC 3.1 and I'm impressed :) Really adds to the overall experience of virtual flying :-rotor Followed all the directions and updates for FS9, and it worked right the first time. Good job RC, I'll definitely get version 4 when it comes out

I just reinstalled RC Ver 3.10 and installed all the updates and went out and flew a flight with PSS A340 installed in FS9.I was climbing out of Miami to New York and was on the way up to FL 370 and I was getting atc telling me I was busting my altitudes and my flight level first was FL 230 than FL 330 and up to FL 370.I was on a normal climb with ap engaged and got 4 warnings from atc.What am I suppose to do when I am climbing and still getting warnings? Hello,A friend of mine and I are building a cockpit at his placewe just have installed radar contact and it is working fine with FS2002 But now that we have FS9 also it doesn't work at FS9.We reinstalled RC (and we did the update list of the JDTLLC site)and it is still working fine with FS2002 but not in FS9.I think we certanly did al of the updates and we installed the adventure display but... we don't get any text in the display. We looked to the options but it still isn't working.Can anybody please tell me wat we have to do to let it work?????

HiI just discovered that at my home base Amsterdam, I miss a lot of runways.The only runways I can choose from in radar Contact are 18 L-C-R and 36 L-C-R .I miss 06 - 24 and 27-09.Do you have an idea how to bring them back ??Thanx Jos

Did anyone else notice this on the AVSIM home page?According to the docs it allows you to close a runway to AI traffic. Could be a useful stop-gap until version 4 is ready!I'll have to give it a try, but not today. If you try it first, let us know what you find.Chris

Ive been flying short hops phx-tus with the PMDG 1900 and RC 3.1 b2264 is not getting me down in time. Its consistantly putting me 16 miles from the marker at 10000ft, turn right 140 until established, decend to 5500 or 5000. With Tuscon at 2300ft Ive got to decend at 2000 ft/sec or more to get below the glideslope to engage APP. Its a constant battle to get down. Also tonight I was given a go around from Runway 11 took me out and around at 11000ft and again given orders to decent to 10000 then vectored me around and told me approach 16 miles from the marker, turn right hd 095 until established, decend and maintain 5000. So here I am again slighly above the glide droppin…
