I'm trying to find a way to not have to keep bugging you guys for new keys in spite of having to frequently reformat a HDD. I have a dualboot XP system with OS installs in both drives C and F. RC is now installed on C and that drive needs to be frequently reformatted. If I install RC on the F drive under that OS can I then reformat C as needed and not have to request a new key each time? Or will RC key onto the C drive no matter where it's installed?DougPS: JD - The monitors are still working fine. Thanks again.

I'm trying to register RC V3 on a new computer. E-mailed the product ID and received the key within 30 minutes.Copied the key and pasted it into the appropriate box. Nothing happens. All options remain greyed out.The product ID had a dash sign (-) at the beginning and I omitted that dash when I sent the ID. Seems I read somewhere on the forum that the - wasn't necessary. Would that make a difference?Also, upgrading to Win XP Home. I did navigate to the compatibility screen under properties and all boxes are unchecked. Think I read something in the faqs about that.Any help would be greatly appreciatedDoc G

Hi all,How many ATC chatter files can be placed in a given folder? The impression I get is that you can place a maximum of 99 chatter files in any given chatter folder, i.e. ATC1.Cheers,Mike T.

Hi,first I would like to say thanks for the quick delivery and prompt issue of keycode! Now to the problem, I have insalled RC twice now and updated it twice to ver 3.1, however in FS9 I get squares in the RC control box where there should be text, I would show you but do not know how! This is v annoying as it makes the programme unusable.I hope I am making a newbie mistake that will be easily fixed.Thanks Garry.

Hi, Whenever I got to my final destination and RC has directed me to a gate, I used to be able to use FS default ATC to get me to a there. For some reason I'm not able to do this anymore.Does anyone know how I can tune to the daefault FS ATC for gate arrival after RC has completed? ThanksTroy

I would like to know if there is anything special one has to do torun Active Sky with Radar Contact. My destination weather reportdiffers from RC. Going into KMCO I should have had a 9kt wind butRC said the wind was 30kts.

Will any of the Traffic porogram sdd-ons for FS2002 show the incoming plane when the RC controler instructs the pilot to turn 15 degrees R or L for traffic?

I have reinstalled my program for the first time in over a year. I have tried to email out via the program a few times and have had no response for a replacement key. Any suggestions? I know its a pain for companies to have to deal with this so I can understand that it will take a bit, but I want to make sure I am going through the correct channel.

Hello,I recently procured PMDG Boeing.Can anyone tell me if FS9, PMDG Boeing and Radar Contact are all together compatible? Does using the FMC change anything to the RC functioning? I am getting back to RCV3 after a long hiatus and I am now running Windows 2000 Professional. I used the key that was sent to me, but I am not sure if it took.The load flight plan button is grayed out along with most of the other buttons.I don't know what could be causing this behavior.thanks in advance,Tony in Miami

Hello guys, Have a question. Have looked but cant find the answer to why the information in the display is not lined up. At times, it is making it confusing to read. The first arrow indicates that I am 1095NM from my destination (VHHH-KSFO)The second arrow is already giving me vectors to my runway. AT this point ATC is requesting I reduce speed to 250kts. Since I just woke up, I'm guesing I should be under 10000ft. Can anyone tell why this is happeining.I have all the latest builds/NAVADATA etc, and using a regiesterd version of FSUIPC and RC3. Hi AllUnsure what I have done to my RC 3.10 files. I downloaded the RCWAVSUPDATE03.zip and unzipped the file into RCV30winwood.I am now having a problem with some of the voice files when doing a IAP approach to CYXU.When I am instructed to switch to Tower, I just hear half of the instructions.Also when I ask for a wind check I do not receive any wind direction.I later did a full ILS approach to KDET and all the voice files appear to work properly.I am not puter literate but would appreciate any help assisting me in getting back to this great program.I downloaded the file from Flightdeck.com Wave update 3.It appears the problem becomes evident when doing IAP approaches.T…

Hi JD and every one else,I just installed the latest NVIDIA XP Driver Version 5664 and have encountered a weard problem!Every time RC talks to me/otto, my FS9 begins stuttering and the mouse cursor flickers a lot and I cannot use it without having it juming around whle moving. That didnt happen with the stable driver befor that latest nvidia driver. The nvidia page says that it now has added support of exactly MY graphic card!!! 5700 Ultra... well I would know that! But this flickering and stuttering....Anyone knows why that is?

I have now tried two flights from CYYZ to KBUF. In both flights when I checked the arrival weather the announcement said that traffic was landing on rw23. However, later approach said to expect vectors to runway zero. KBUF only has runways 5, 14, 23 and 32. On the first flight RC froze up and I had to abort. On the second flight I requested runway 23 and the flight ended normally.Why is RC telling me to expect vectors to a nonexistant runway?

Hi folks,I'm running FS2004 on my main PC and all support Apps on a 2nd PC via the latest versions of FSUIPC and WideFS (registered).I have the AdvDisplay window hidden in my main panel and I'm running Show Text on the 2nd PC. I would like to be able to use the keyboard on the 2nd PC to enter the menu commands but I can't get it to work. I've tried checking the VR option in RC with no luck. I'm running the latest build of RC3.1Any help would be appreciated.
