I have had a problem saving a .rcd file. I am running RC v.2.3831, fsuipc 3.70 registered, (multi line checked).AdvDsp deleted from FS Modules File.As an example I'll fly the KBNA-KMEM Tutorial. No problem. hello,I'm using RC for quite some time now and I have always been very happy with it. (nothing has changed I can assure you)Since a few weeks however I have a dual core processor and I made some changes to the executables of most addon's on my HD to use always the second core while Fs9 is using the first core.So I keep the frames of Fs9 way up and still use those addon's like ASv6, Flightkeeper, RCV4.All addon's so far can be assigned to the second core by a small instruction: "imagecfg -a 0x1 C:program filesrcv4rcv4.exe" for example...BUT the only program for which this line doesn't work is RadarContact. Hi there,I read something about FSUIPC and (if I understood well) the fact that you no longer need to install the AdvDisp.dll into the Modules folder of FS9. But to be honest it is not clear to me, how it should be done now. Do I have to check something on some FSUIPC tab page and if so on what should I check and on which tab can this be found?Help would be very much appreciated.Kind regards,Arjen

Let me start with to say this: I can allow myself to say I have been using RC for many times now. Like many others I had some novice problems as to start with. Of course it's still features that would be nice seeing added to future versions. However, RC has been upgraded over years (before I became a user) and will still improve as a realistic ATC adon to FS. Let me say; you can count on that I will keep on being a customer of yours for the next versions of RC to come ( at least as long as I keep on with flightsimming

Flying from ABQ to CVN in B1900D, I'm cleared for Rwy04. I was on a nice approach with 12kt crosswind. Cleared to land comes across and I respond. Over the rwy I flare decrease throttles and touch down, now I get go around, too late. There is a cessna heading for me so I maxed the throttles and tried to fly over him, not. I apparently struck his tail section which put me into a land if you can situation. I managed to get down to the rwy with flames and smoke billowing. I stopped in the grass off the end of the rwy and evacuated the passengers. Here he comes and there goes my ticket. Can't feed the kids for a couple of months now. I'm sorry you are not receiving our replies to your key requests. We have received only 2 requests from you in the last few days and responded promptly to each of them.By chance are you running some sort of anti-spam software which may have tagged our JDTLLC domain name as a spammer. A lot of our customers are finding email from us in their SPAM folder. Hi I am thinking about buying RCv4 but I was wondering if we'll be seeing an update or a patch for use with FSX?I feel that it will be a bit unessesary to get RCv4 now and then have to buy a new one for FSX when that is released.so in short.Will I get a disscount for a future FSX version of RCv4 if I buy it now?will there even be a new version or a patched version for FSX....any release date on that?thank you/Joel

Hi guys - I have been away for a while and after coming back I've been having some problems. I know there were some updates to FSUIPC (I do have the latest) and to RC itself which I don't have, so that may be my problem. Here is the problem, I always have the co-pilot handle my comms, for the most part on arrival and departure I can hear the full message from the controllers, for some reason sometimes in cruise I'll only hear partial messages like this "2 2 1 1 4 7 5" , then my copilot will respond with something like "contact gander oceanic on 114.75". As I said this doesn't happen in the departure or arrival phases of the flight, usually only in cruise. Any help woul…

Hi, I had to post just to say what a fantastic program this is and to express how it has exceeded my expectations!One quick question, controlshiftw opens the display window, is there a keycommand to close this window? I only ask as I like to assign a joystick button to this task so that I can close the message box when I dont need it, when taxing for example.Thanks for all your helpJohn

Hi,Since I have overwritten my XP OS because of other problems,I have not been able to get saved flts back with "Load Previously saved RCD's."When I try to save with Control/Shift/; I get a saved message but no destination file!!Save works OK in FS but without RC of course.Any help would be appreciated.Tich

JD,I have just crossed the BIG pond between Australia and the USA. The oceanic areas in the RW are controlled by voice communications via HF, as there is no where to place ground based VHF. Is there a plan to for the next or later version of RC to incorporate this feature? Reading through the various forums, it would appear that more and more flight simmers are flying long range overwater legs. NeilYPAD

For the second time, on starting my flight, Radar Contact 4 has gave me a heading that sends me back to where I started, in the mean time I have been given criticism for veering away from my flight plan that I have been diligently following?After turning 180 degrees at my start point (KSEA) I have then been given a different heading to fly that put me way to the left of (CYVR) my destination.Turning eventually towards where I would be landing RC told me to maintain FL 200 even though I only had ten miles to run?The aircraft was the PMDG 747F.I had to finish my flight without the program, reminds me a bit of the FS9 ATC.The immersion factor is great with the added ATC Chat…

Hello,After having a totally new xp and FS install i was trying to make a flight tonight but on opening RC and entering the flightplan i made with FSNAV 4.7 it was a IFR plan called: IFR EGKKLEVC001 is was getting the error message when i started to load:Runtime error '6'Radarcontact.RCV module_get_departure_informationi can not find anything that tells me what this is?Does anyone have a idea?It would make me happy to fly again..Peter

I am just musing..if this is even a good idea.I was thinking that RC needs be a module within FS. so 1. when I start FSim, RC is also loaded. 2. With a key stroke with FSim, I should load the RC Flight plan and start RC ..all within FS9.Manny
