hisorry for 2 quick postsI am trying to reload a saved flight using the 'reload previously saved RCD' option.Unfortuanely I caan't and I get the following error messages.I have tried with fs9 prestarted and with fs9 prestarted.messages are 1 load_rc_state,ff0 is never 0 (with fs9 prestarted) 2 can not link to fsuipc or wide client (without fs9 prestarted)Looking forward to you help Qas

Did I understand correctly the RC assigns the runways for the AI's?If so, then nothing changes if I close certain runways for landing in AFCAD?Thanks

Hello,I've been using RC4 for a long time with no problems at all.However, a strange issue has cropped up recently and specifically after installing FlightScenery's Portland. But my problem may not be connected with that installation.It now takes f o r e v e r for communications between the flight deck and RC4. This starts right from the beginning when requesting weather and continues into the flight phase as well. There seems to be a 30-45 seconds gap (at least) between RC issuing instructions then after my hitting 7 to ackowledge. By the time I can acknowledge and act I've busted my height allocation a couple of times at least.Any idea what may be causing this? Bot…

Hi EveryoneI am new RC4 user,and I was wondering if some one could help me with few questions.I have done few take offs so far and must say its a great product-I will inform you how I get on with the landing side of things later-may be few months time.At the moment the things I am having problems with are1 No ai chatter-I have clicked the boxes in the option-still none.2 sometimes-very long delays,and once no,take off clearance when in holding.3 How do I install/download local chatter.4 will RC4 direct me to the landing runway I select at the start or when near the landing airport will it change it to the best runway at the time of landing.eg I live near EGGC and during d…

Ok, so i was dumb enough to modify the f4.csv to add my local airport (2R2) which is not included in the file; I wanted to add the UNICOM frequency of 122.70. After adding that, I got a error 62. So I moved the f4.csv file to a different folder, and started RC4 to download a new f4.csv from the servier. but I keep receiving a "server time-out" message.1. What is the web address to the server; I'd like to add this to my firewall's "safe" websites so that I can be sure that your server is not being filtered out? Or, is there some other place i can get the f4.csv, i.e. off the CD??2. GA AI traffic at uncontrolled airports. I have been unable to hear radio calls from AI…

HI GUYS in airliner and company name under options,general plane data. how can i add a company name to the drop down list.im flying frist choice but i cant see it in the drop down list and A.T.C call sign will not call the airliner that im flying.any help would be very greatful.many thanks rob

A few times I have got a slap on the wrists for not following crossing restrictions, problem is, I do follow them as they are set on the nav charts for the SID's I use, but they do not seem to correspond the what RC4 expects, how do I get this right? Or have i missed the point entirely?

hi guysis there anyway of changeing the robotic speeches? some of them are a bit slow. edit voicepack do that? i think i read something about this some where not sure .if there is. are there a tutorial for it.looks a bit complicated.any help would be greatfull.many thanks rob

hi guys when im taxing atc sometime does not tell the plane to stop.when there onther planes taxing allready on the taxi way. and sometimes the plane will go straight through the plane, and carry on taxing. or on push back there be a plane come and atc wont tell the onther plane to stop while im going back from push back.i dont know if its anything to do with radar contact. on fs default atc say something like hold short taffic on taxi way. sure it should do that.any ideas guys.many thanks rob

This weekend I departed La Paz in the PMDG 744 using RC V4.2. The controler told me to climb and maintain 3000ft, the problem with this of course is that the elevation of the airport is 13,300ft. I tried the takeoff twice with the same results. I am not sure if this is just an annomaly with the program or if there is something else I should be doing for a high altitude airport. thanks!!

Hello,I'm having since, a flight of 3 our 4 now 5, the same error. Everything goes the way it should be. But just after take off, switching to Departure, i hear the windos error message bling.I take a look and yes, RC4 giving a error:Runtime erro '76' RadarContact.fsuipc.rcv4codeAnd then already is RadarContact closed.Is there something wrong with my FSUIPC? I own one, and have the newest version since a week of 5 our longer.Peter

Hello,I apologies if I am being particularly "Dim" but I have just installed RC4. I believe I have followed the installation instructions correctly. However when I open up the ADV Display and attempt to right click in the box, I get the standard window drop down menu and not the one shown in the instructions. I think this might be a FSUIPC issue, grateful for any advice. Mal

Hi, I am back to FS9 after a spell away and see that there are two uopdates needed, 4.01 and 4.2, but the two links in the thread do not work, (file not found error) is there an alternative source?

I was attempting a flight from OSDI to HEGN, however RC-4 didn't recognise OSDI as a major international airport and treated it as a non-tower field. Any clues.NeilYPAD

Hi,Because of the high terrain to the east of Anchorage, I'v blocked rwys/24L/R for landing and using those runways only for takeoffs. Reason being the AI's usually overshoot and can't make a descent quick enough. RC still assigns rwy 6L/R for landing. Is there any way to keep RC from using the 6/24 runways for anything but takeoffs?Thanks

The e-mail said 2-4 weeks... is that accurate? I live in Avon, Indiana.2. What version of RC4 will be on the CD; I'm hoping 4.2.3. Hello,I am a newbee to RC4 and just making my first steps ...My problem right now: RC4 doesn't react to the "acknowledge" command, while other commands are working properly (as far as I was able to test them).Several times I changed the keyboard definitions for the "acknowledge" command, restarted FS9 and RC4 again, but the problem remains. Therefore I am not able to proceed.Is there anyone, who can help me to solve this issue?Many thanks in advanceArndt

Hi,Just got fsx and I see from a previous thread that it's compatible using 4.3 update. Is this update on general release, or just as a beta? On the rc4 web site and google groups I can only see 4.2. I take it 4.2 won't work and i'll have to wait for 4.3 is that correct?Thanks in advance.Steve

Hi, I've just built a new PC, originally intended for FSX, but due to a few 'bugs' and annoyances in it decided for the time being to fly my airline flights on FS9. but I digress, I reinstalled RC4, then launched it to update my reg. key, but all I got was the following error message:Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.Help? Please?
