    I'd found this error dialog about fsuipc_wait during a previous flight and it didn't seem to adversely effect the flight, however, last night it happened twice and appeared to cause RC to pause: no ATC calls, no AI calls, nothing until I selected OK. After that, RC chugged along. I am curious about what this is trying to tell me and if there's anything I should be doing. I have FS9 and registered FSUIPC on an XPSP3 machine.Cheers!!

    Hi JD & GuysI'm pulling my hair out here, 'cos I can't seem to do what i've done before....After a reistall of everything on my main PC and WideFS client PC, I can no longer get RC to work again across the network.I can get as far launching RC, and even load a flight plan across the network from the main PC.However, after selecting 'Controller Info' and then clicking 'OK', I get the 'Run-time error 75 - Path/File access error'.I've been through the manual again and double checked everything i can think of before posting here.All my other WideFS applications run correctly.But now i'm stumped - any ideas please?

    Dear RC developers,granted that RCv4 is a good software, a real improvement compared with default FS ATC, I have some suggestions for next releases:1 - RC should say: "turn left" or "turn right" during vectors.2 - It should recognise terrain altitudes during arrival/departures clearances in mountain areas.3 - RC should call back if pilot forgets to acknowledge. At the moment any further instructions seem to be frozen until key 7 pressing.Other less important improvements maybe:1 - add "direct to" short-cut instructions without pilot requesting.2 - "direct to" sometimes could be refused by ATC. 3 - add "number one/two/three to land" and "no delay" sentences4 - improve voic…

    Today I took a flight from KSAN-PEBLE3-SXC-VTU-RZS-J501-BSR-BSR2-KSFO As RC vectord me down it came to a point where it told me to decent to flight level 110. So i did. As i leveled off to FL 110 RC then told me to turn to a heading of 351 which was in the complete opposite direction. I said OK maybe it something that they do. So i did and i kept going and i kept going and i kept going RC would just call up telling me to contact OAK and i did telling them my Altitude but never did they once tell me to turn around. after going in that heading for 97 NM i turned of the simulator off. AN hour and a half flight time wasted. Very annoyed

    Hi thereI never use Radar Contact V4, because the interface look like horrible for me, "my point of view", but everything else is just awesome from all the review i read.If RC could replace the Unicom or more on the Ivao or Vatsim, it would be great, even for a monthly subscription.It is possible ?Benjamin

    hello folks im needing to know what is the proper procedures to change flightplans in mid flight.for instances im going from kind to ctty and i decide i want to change course and go to another destination say kjfk.why does it have to be an emergency, and then it ask me what flight level to fly at.im sure in the real world if the boss ask you to change plans and go here instead, that you can change a flight plan in mid flight without it being a emergency.or perhaps im doing it wrong.what is the proper precedures to follow.thanks............Robert

    I am new to RC and I have a very basic problem and hopefully there is any easy answer. I am running FSX on Vista 64. The RC menu is not responding to any keyboard commands, e.g when I press "1" on the keyboard I am not getting any communication response for clearance. I have checked to make sure that the com radio is tuned to the correct frequency although I have to manually tune it because with ctrl+shift+L my com radio is not automatically tuning into the correct frequencies. It just seems that FSX is not recognizing any of the hotkeys for RC. I have saved the keyboard configuration and restarted FSX, but still nothing. Thanks for any help.

    Hi,After a six hour flight I was descending with the Level D 767 towards Istanbul airport.Approach vectored me on an intercept with the rwy 06 ils, which the AP capturedI was using manual throttle with my Saitek joystick. My approach speed was high I admit-3 miles from the rwy I was at 170 kts. So the g/s was a relative steep descent at 1000 ft/sec.Just a mile from the the t/d zone, RC told me to go around.     Why does RC vector me to a runway that is 2678ft, when I'm flying a 737-400? There is a more suitable runway which is in use for said aircraft.

    I have tried several times to do the tutorial KMSP-KORD flight with the Wilco/FeelThere 737PIC. Everthing works great until I am vectored to a runway approach. It seems that I am being told to turn into a heading to intercept the localizer almost right at the extended extended center line, rather than sufficiently before it. What this means is that I am consistently missing the localizer because I overshoot and wind up on the "wrong side" of it.Let's use my last flight as an example. I was given RWY 32R ILS.     Now here is the thing every time i fly i use a sid and star everything goes fine with the sid but when it comes to the star ATC steers me away from it from a far distance and then it does not follow the Speed restrictions. If ATC always takes you out of your star then what is the use of using one :( ?

    Hi All,Am a new user of RC but have not installed it yet but I've been going through the manual and also the forum looking at variuos posts and just have few questions I'm currently using FS9 ?1) On the tutorials does it matter what 737 / Aircraft you use as I noticed it says sending the flight plan to the B737 GPS as I was thinking of using PMDG 737/747 as example?2) Am I still ok to export the flight plan to ASV and still ok to use ASV?.     A few things I've noticed with RC which I hoped for better are things such as, not having to get permission to cross a runway where to taxi to the active runway or the ramp would require so. I know it's not the real world, but in the real world, you'd have to 'hold short of' and then get cleared to cross. And I've also had other aircraft and vehicles taxi past me with no ATC intervention, even other aircraft on approach.Another thing is if you're 5 seconds late in climbing to the next altitude, ATC get angry and 'say again' and if you accidently press '1' instead of '7' when told to exit at the next high speed (which doesn't even exist on most airfields, not all have a hi…

  24. Hi,Have you guys ever though about creating your own Navdata the way other commercial developers do? That would make life (and ATC realism) much easier. The user would have a certain flexibility with requesting DIRECT-TO vectors in flight or using predetermined fixed and NAVaids.What do you think about it?
