Here are some pics of Lunken Airport TM Scenery for the OHIO Scenery Package Randall "The Rock" Rocke and I are working on. About all I have left is to add the taxiway/runway signs and this one is out the hangar! I'll be doing scenery for about all the local airports in Ohio for the scenery package, going to do the sw corner first then work my way around the state. Last night I decided to use fly2 flight planner and noticed that it does not load the flight plan into the gps or radar screen. It takes me to the departure airport, however. I've always used VolNav or Fsbuild with no trouble. Yes, I did "generate" the flight plan and the map shows departure and destination. I am patched up and very happy not to use it for my flight planning. I am, however, curious to know if anyone else is having similar problems with it. tony

All of them are TerraScene Project Packs and include all rendering data (USGS data, Tiger Census shapefiles to update water, roads, and landmarks, and a custom water mask). Does anyone know what causes this?Here is a problem I have been having with Big Bear Lake, CA. In the foreground is the lake, the furthest portion of which we are seeing through. Behind that, the mountains which surround the lake. I recently found a scenery set that I wanted. The only problem is that it is a Fly!II .tsp file. Is there some way I can use this in Fly!2K?

Hi all,Several months ago I built a new computer and also installed WinXP. That was a big mistake. Went back to WinME. Anyway when I had XP some how I lost everything on several drives including FlyII. Today I decided to reinstall FlyII. I think I have everything updated correctly (four patches). When I start the program and get to the main program and move the mouse, there are plus (+) signs left all over the screen. Could someone post their render ini file for an ATI 9700 pro? I think this is the one that is giving me this problem.Thanks,Ed

Is there any way to tweak FLYII to run at 1280x1024? I found a recent discussion in the archives referring to possible problems when running higher than 1024x768 but it did not mention how to get higher than 1024x768 in the first place. I've installed a fully patched FlyII on a new P4 2.66, GeF4 4200 with a 18" FP display and I'd like to give FlyII a try after a long hiatus...Thanks

I had to reinstall FlyII.In reading the post for "First Time FLYers" I understand that the patches I have to install are Fly152-210Update and Fly2Patch240. Are those the only patches that have to be installed? I thought the FlyUpdate4 patch had to be installed.When I start FlyII the opening screen gets to the 90% load mark and then freezes. I have to reboot the computer. I have tried using the FlyStart program and get to the picture of the plane on the runway and then the computer freezes.Any suggestions?

I'm going to upload a throught UNtested version of C4TO version 3 today (well that's not entirely true it is tested up to a point). What I would like from those brave souls using the DLL version of C4TO is to have bug reports sent to me directly. I'm having trouble keeping straight all of the things you guys are having problems with. But most importantly, you must send me the C4TOv3.log file that is created in the Fly! II folder. This will help me immensely and allow me to get fixes out the door quicker. Thanks for all of the great feedback.Cheers, Tony

Hi, Tony. I was flying the PMDG 757 to Rochester, NY(kroc), and at one point (some 15 miles from ils)approach began to ask me to turn right endlessly. I thought that it was placing me on a holding pattern( at 3000?), but after 6 turns, I realized that ATC was stuck. It kept asking me to turn while giving me directional instructions(so that I would turn 360 dgs). I landed without Approach asking me to switch to tower. tony

I notice the runway numbers are models and they're mapped with a white .raw file. They are a nice bright white, but the runway edges and piano keys are dull gray.Is it possible to fix the runway markings to brighten them? Or is the only possibility to darken the numbers?I found the .raw file used to color the runway edges, but apparently they lack the right environment mapping flags or something. Are rectangles like taxiway segments and the piano keys a model file, or only built-in to the sim code?

Being away for a while now and after a series of pc crashes, I just recommence to fly II.We have installed FlyII on my son's pc using my complete install (and all add-ons) through a home LAN network. His system : AMD 1800+ XP proc., MSI Gforce 4200Ti - 64ram; DX 8.1; WinME 384 RAM; MSI MB with sound on board (AC97 with latest via sound drivers).He has good frame rates, but the following problem :-after a few minutes in FLY II he got a "stuttering sound" problem (sounds then like a sort of echo) and at the same time a stuttering in frame rate.Could this be related to the AC97 sound on board system ? I've just installed Cto4 V3.1. I love this program since the previous version. After 3.1 was installed I started receiving two responses to each request. The two instructions starts with a very small delay and it is impossible to understand the instruction. Need help, I've been using Fly2k for several years and the mouse cursor(the little + sign on the screen) disappears after a few seconds. However, as of the other day it just stays w/o disappearing. Any idea what's wrong? Thank You, Andy
