Hi to all forum, I have was far to simulation

I have reinstalled my Fly II package a few days ago after not having flown in Fly II for years.After a few attempts I was able to install it from the original CD, I then used the patch to upgrade to version 210 and that seems to be OK.However, I have a few questions and problems and someone here might be able to help:When I jump into the cockpit of any plane the scenery appears in strange colors like a rainbow, in particular the runways are greenish and water is more or less white. Also there is a constant flicker....When I leave the program I get to error messages. THe first reads "runtime exception code c0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at address 63554F7E. File win…

I've just been catching up with Fly 2 and have downloaded Seneca V and FGTFR from ROTW. All I can say is , what beautiful aircraft!!. I havn't flown a twin in real life but if they are anything like this to fly perhaps I should have. Too old in the tooth now though.I have only one question. I notice the most of the instrument popups appear in the Seneca V but not in the FGTFR. Could someone confirm that this is the case as maybe I have made some error in the installation. These are useful particularly when the eyesight is not the greatest. Regards to all Richard.

I was walking around in Richmond (BC) the other day, near my university. For those that don't know, Vancouver International Airport is in Richmond BC. My university happens to be right underneath the approach path for arrivals.So as I was strolling along the road, I hear a turboprop coming in for approach. I always stop to look at what's coming in, I never get tired of seeing planes land. What I saw though was amazing- a PC-12 in all its glory. And let me tell you, this is one BIG plane. Just a curious question if I may.I the origonal version of Fly when you were enroute, landing, taking off, taxing..whatever, you had other simulated traffic to deal with with various type of aircraft included. In Fly II your all by yourself unless you're on a server or using squawkbox, is there no feature you can enable or file download you can get to put additonal aircraft traffic in to the simulation, landing, taking off or enroute like in the origonal version of fly.Just curiousAli

As you've probably noticed if you've tried to access the site for a while, the Wiki server availability hasn't been very good lately. There are a number of factors at play, so all I can say is that access will be intermittent over most of the summer. I will try to find a more stable hosting arrangement in the fall. The problem is that the server uptime is dependent on a lot of different things, any one of which can result in loss of access. I love the way it flies and sounds (up elevator required during initial parts of takeoff and end of rollout esp. below 40 kts to avoid ground looping). But I couldn't find the manual, and all the manuals on the DVD that were included except the Dauphin were in French. I was looking around FLY.simvol for a manual, but it seems like it isn't separate from the plane.My problem is I can't keep the engine running. I suspect the problem has to do with the fuel tank selectors, but I can't find them anywhere. I've panned all over the aircraft, does anyone know where they …

Hi,I have Squawkbox 3.1 installed and have very limited space on my HD.I understand that it is essential to have all the aircraft listed in Squawkbox 3.21 to prevent a CTD.I have the TBM 700; PMDG 757 and 777; pa28 and Seneca V installed.Can anyone give me an idea how much memory the extra addon aircraft take up.Is it possible to only install some of the addon aircraft files and get 3.21 to function?Thanks,

Hello to all. I have installed SB3.21 for FLY II and all the XXX.sbx in the C:... SBOX. When I connect myself to IVAO/VATSIM, if there is not traffic in platform, it works fine, but if there is some traffic or some other one, FLYII is entering it stops to work unexpectedly. Please, can he/she give me some an idea of what happens? Is there some file that I have not installed correctly? FLYII is update to the last version. A greeting and thanks to all.Israel Abril
