All,After looking at Jim Donlin's gorgeous KATL, I decided to get the KPHX project wrapped up. With a little help and advice from the more seasoned Terramodeling hands (Jim included), here it is:

Q1, How can I get FlyII to remember the setting for my CH PRO YOKE and RUDDER peadals?, every time I restart FLYII it seams to forget what Axis I am using and I have to set up all over again, and I dont have problems with other sims.and Q2, Can I use Roberts V88s in FlyII? if so then how.Thank you for you support everyone.

Is it just me? Or does it seem like RealAir Simulations and PMDG have abandoned the Fly! community?RealAir has been hyping their FS2K SF.360. And PMDG have a new announcement on their homepage promising news about an upcoming FS2K TurboProp.What happened to the Seneca, TB9, and SkyArrow? I can only guess that the Fly! community has crossed the economic event horizon into the vast economic black hole of a dying product. Seems a tragedy. It really is a great simulation engine. Too bad we couldn't get it into open source or something like that...Ah well, at least we have the great folks at ROTW...

All,Since I have been using Fly!II, I've noticed that the brakes have minimal effect. I mainly fly the 757, so I assumed that it was because I was stopping 80 tons, but in recent flights with the ROTW Warrior, I find that I can't do a pre-flight run up because the parking brakes don't have the "grab" required to keep the plane stationary at 2,000 RPMs. (Seems to work fine with the C172.) Now, I'm told by another pilot at AWVA that his brakes work very well on the 757, which leads me to wonder if there's a setting somewhere that I should check to "stiffen" the brakes.Anybody know of anything?

I am thinking of purchasing thise cool 3D glasses. What should I know?Are there any negatives with using this product w/FLY2!? (i.e. - lower frame rates, not compatible for some reason, need to get new drivers.... whatever)What are the pros & cons? Is there anything I should know before buying? I only get average framerates, & get low framerates with the really busy airports. Am I the only one who cannot connect to even get a list of multiplayer servers in Fly! II? For the past 3 days when I enter a name and hit connect it fails to give me a list of available multiplayer servers. An error message appears that tells me to check my network connection. My connection is fine.I don't play multiplayer, at least that way, but making that initial connection is necessary in order to download the latest METAR from within Fly! II. I'd hate to go back to using an external download program again.Anyone having similar troubles?Scott Millhisler

Please will someone help me out. i am haveing a promblem with my 3DFX Voodoo 3 card and fly 2. every time i go to use it with DirectX 8 it gives me an error. it is in the Render.ini and it is really makeing me mad. and it says 1024x1024 8888 is not working with your card. this has to do with the textures. so the game does not work right now. will some one tell me how to fix this.

I haven't been able to even get a server list since last night...Could someone else try to get on multiplayer, and let me know if you are having the same problem...

Richard:A long time ago I got a FLY!II disk labeled FLY.Godgames.com.I believe theis is a European version.If I am correct I need a Globeupdate1 filein order to re-install.I cannot find this file in AVSIM library.If I am correct what are your [email protected]

I just started with the next small Arfield in Austria. It is Dobersberg in the NE of Austria, 2 miles south of the czech border.It will take some more weeks to finish, because i spend most of my evenings at LOAN Airfield.Harald

G'day all,Trying my hand at producing some cockpit views. Decided to start with the side views first ( the easiest :-) ). The *.tga files didn't cleanly convert from RGB to indexed colour so there is a bit of touch up work to be done.Cheers,Roger @YSSY
