Any decent YVR scenery for FSX? I know FS Dream Team has one in the making, but is there anything I can use in the meantime? Chris

At the opening screen of FSX I get 2 error messages appear that says; Scenery CFG error. Invalid remote scenery path in secenery area 0.70 Click OK to continue, Same thing for area 115 ? How can I get rid of this ? While I am here, another question, I am running VFR Gen X and VFR Airfields for the whole UK, all work fine and I only fly in the UK. In the scenery Library, all my add on scenery is listed OK but below is a whole list of what I think is default scenery files all checked. Should I un check these ? Is it possible to delete the default scenery in FSX or does add on stuff need it to work ? Help appreciated.

Over the last couple of weeks every time I load FSX a message pops-up telling me that there is a problem with my LVLD.dll gauge causing a conflict and giving me an option whether to load it or not. Have also had FSX crashes relating to a utility called FSXsave. Have removed FSXsave but Level-D conflict continues even after a fresh re-install. The thing is that everything worked wonderfully for months on end. Any ideas what can be causing all this?

BTW..I am looking for good approach plates for this airport, VQPR. Like the one he is using. I found some, but the PDF is restricted to viewing..Can't print em out. MAnny

Hello everyone, I'm currently running on i7-960 @ 4.00 Ghz.. My FSX settings are somewhere moderate: LOD Radius: Large Mesh Complexity: 69 Mesh Resolution: 5m Tex. Resolution: 30cm Water effects: High 2X Scenery Complex. Very dense Autogen density: Dense And with these settings i have 16-25 FPS with NGX on Cairns from ORBX, also same FPS on KPHX. Should i overclock more, risk stability until 4.2 ? Will it give extra 3-4 FPS so i can use NGX almost smooth ? PS: I also dont understand how youtube people have extreme smooth flight with NGX, looks like 60 FPS or something on extreme sceneries.. The system BTW: i7 960 @ 4.00 12 GB Ram @…

Hi everybody, In order to save space on my SSD harddisk, can i delete the Flight One software folder without causing problems to FSX. I believe that it only contains Flight one software installers but once all software are installed into FSX i can cut and paste it to another HDD. Right?. Thanks (i would save 11Go).

I mainly fly offline and therefor use the default FSX ATC. While using the default ATC there are random options in the menu to either, Select a new IFR destination and or cancel your IFR. My question is, how do I delete the option (Select a new IFR destination) from the ATC menu, so I can work with the ATC without accidentally pressing that option and crashing FSX!? regards, Ciaran

Just 2 problems I've been having with AS2012 lately. Whenever I'm flying over a large distance with DWC on and there aren't many weather stations in the area (mostly Alaska, flying from PANC to PASI right now over the Gulf of Alaska) I get extremely annoying weird cloud patterns. Big square areas usually with square holes and it just repeats itself over and over. Also right now when I'm flying over an overcast area clouds only show up in a about 20mi circle around me and appear and disappear around me as I'm flying. Not sure if there is a setting somewhere that I'm missing or what.

Is the Quality Wings BAE-146 better than the Just Flight airplane? I bought the Just Flight version, and now I'm just wondering if I made the right decision. Stan

It had been awhile since I messed with tileproxy.. so I tested it out again and afterwards I noticed that it generated a ton of scenery library entries, all enabled. Is there anyway to have those automatically removed after tileproxy is closed? (I guess i could have a batch file that copies a backed up copy of scenery.cfg to where it was changed?) Also.. I started testing out Scenery Config editor.. at one point I must have installed a new scenery, as afterwards all my groups were lost. (used ftx central i think) Is there a way to avoid this? 1st WoW - was way back in 2002 when I tried FS for the very first time. Was looking at the side profile of the default 747 when the game came up. Hi lately have been doing some work around with this ENB Series MOD.I am new to it so i have been getting issues that i couldn't find the solution no where else . I know most simmers experience crashes with this plugin but in my case i don't receive crashes . What i get is this black screen issue but fsx doesn't crash an it seem like all engines are running. This is what i try an i have not solve this issue . What i try so far : 1. When using fspassengerx i try to turn off the ENB setting by pressing shift + F12 but nothing seems to happen . It seems they're putting out FS2004 and XP stuff in front of FSX projects... sort of backwards isn't it? Maybe it's just me... from the looks of their web site neither the TBM nor the SR22 have had an update in a while... Thoughts? Speculation?

I use egcc as my home base I have jst populated it with ai traffic, by default the wind direction is set at 60 and so traffic is directed to 05L however all arrivals land on 05R this is not equiped with ILS, without stating the obvious, is there a way of changing the landing pattern of the ai aircraft from 05R to 05L many thanks for any suggestions. frank cann
