I bought an app several months ago that I could purchase e-versions of this magazine, it worked fine for the last publication of this magazine but now I am having trouble with Apple ID's when I try to buy the e-version just published. I've tried to sort out the ID issue and have concluded that it's easier to re-download the app and start again. But now I can't find the app, it doesn't seem to appear in a search on the App Store. Does anyone else receive this magazine in this manner, and if so, where do I find the app to buy? I've tried googling this but just get sites for PC Aviator that are selling FEX addons. I want to uninstall FSX from my computer and then re-install it again, at a different location. When I go into the programs and features under the control panel, there is no FSX, and if I try to insert disk one, I don't get a message asking if I want to repair or remove the files, instead I just get an option to install the game again. Any help I could get would be appreciated.

While preparing for landing at KSFO today, FSX stopped and a message showed up telling me "Your FSX Trial time has ended. To continue flying put in your Acceleration Activation key. " First I had to remember where I put my DVD box which I finally found it. Gosh! it has been several years since I installed Acceleration and when you get my age you forget things. Anyway I put the Key in and I think all is well again. I was thinking if I couldn't find the Activation key. I could be in big trouble. Just wondering if anyone else has had this to happen

Hi Opus Team. I have been playing with the demo for a bit now, but it didn't take me long to decide that i'd be nuts not to buy this software. I only have one question at this time and it has to do with backing up my purchase. As i understand it, this product is purchased and activated through the Flight 1 purchase wrapper. I have always been fussy about backing up my download purchases and wonder, once you purchase this software and the licence key is unwrapped into the appropriate folder, can that folder be backed up in the event of a system upgrade or O/S re-install? Or do you always have to go back and use the Flight 1 wrapper system again, as in UT2, LDS7…

Loving this software add-on for fsx. Don't know if it is possible but it would be great if in a future upgrade, if cockpit shake during engine crank and idle could be written in to the software. Would take me ButtKicker to another level. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2

I save the FSX flight with radar contact as ATC after receiving clearance that changed my RWY and SID that i have plan at the beginning. How i can change to the new SID so radar contact ATC will flight the new flight plan? Michael

Hey folks, what I miss is a little feature to look up / check the valid metar for my destination, prior take off and enroute. Another neat feature would be to insert a flight plan, generated by fsbuild or anything similar to that. So one can check the winds, temp enroute, likewise for the PMDG NGX PERF initialization page within the FMC ;-) Just some thoughts. Keep it going guys! Maik

Hi All Just wondered if anyone has removed any of the default aircraft from fsx, I'm thinking of removeing some as I will never use them again eg the 737,747 as I have the pmdg versions. Would it be as simple as removing the relevant folders in the sim objects folder or is it more complicated? thanks

Hi guys, This problem confused me all the time....I found the terrain of the default scenery area looks terrible when I cruising at FL330. The town area just repeat and repeat, made my FS terrain just like a patterned carpet. Not only in the daytime but also looks terrible in the nightime flight. How can I solve this kind of problem? So basically I have been flying the PMDG 737, Airbus X, al carenado products, orbx, FSDREAMTEAM, flytampa.... and yes its great, but I need something NEW And exciting!!!! Anybody got anything that is really the jawdropper when it comes to FSX? I basically have all of the addons you would normally see... pretty much all of orbx, PMDG, etc... (BTW I think this issue will end once the PMDG 777 is released lol)

Hi, When i'm doing a manual landing the plane is really hard to fly and slow to respoond. Maybe about 200 feet before landing the controls become a lot easier to fly the plane....Why is that? Please help. TY

I've been looking high and low for a dash 8 Q400, and found the premier aircraft to have a nice external model with a decent virtual cockpit, but I have a hard time getting past how much raw power the aircraft has. I reach 150 knots before realizing to rotate and get the aircraft off the ground, and when I do, it keeps increasing the airspeed dramatically! I have to keep a 4,000 FPM climb just to keep it below 250 knots under 10,000 feet. I don't want to ditch the plane completely so I'm trying to figure out to see if I can reduce the power the a…

Hi Landed told FSX to give me progressive taxi to gate 335 asked GSX to take me to same gate using follow me On arrival fsx taxi line takes me to exactly what is marked on the ground , GSX's idea of same gate is a few metres to right. So GSX marshal is standing offset to right, then insulted my parking, for parking as shown on the ground. Also the follow me car seemed to prefer to stick to grass all the way. I have read about solution to this regards scenery library priority for MyTraffic which i use and addon airports.
