I have been having great fun adding to my UT2 planes but there is one plane that I just cannot find. I am looking for the AIA 747-400 PW base package. Every link I have found has been broken. Does anybody know where I can find this plane?

Hi there are two stars I need help with to understand. One is the Lynnx eight arrival into KBUR. It says after VNY got to expect vectors. Now I don't really understand this since from VNY got to KBUR is like 7 miles. I've seen a few other stars like this where it takes you to a got or ndb near the airport that is only a few miles away and then to either turn final or expect vectors. I don't see how this is possible. I'm also using radar contact to fly this star. Thanks in advance.

I have Traffic 360 and for some reason it is no longer generating traffic like it use to. I've had my sliders in FSX turned up 100% in airline density, general aviation, airport vehicles and the most I can get is about 30 %.I have the latest version of Traffic 360.

Hello, does anybody know if it is possible to change the metric units used in aircraft panels (such as in Vertical Speed for Autopilot in FSX? From meters to feet, for example? Thanks!

Hi I was doing some flying in the Q400 today and had this problem. The wipers will not park or shut off. I have never had this problem before today... Also I am running the latest hotfix Any ideas? Lee

I always get this error in my flight report, no matter if I put it on or take it off (I took it off, cause I thought, maybe that was what it was looking for). Is this a bug in the program, or am I doing something wrong?

About to click purchase on this one! Just want to here some final opinions. As much as I enjoy flying the big tubeliners I love flying shorter routes a lot more, so I was checking out the Q400 from MJC. I've seen the aircraft in signatures and other various mentions of it. The Dash 8 is my favorite aircraft, so I'm surprised I haven't picked this one up yet. Can I hear some opinions from some that have purchased the aircraft? Good day gentlemen, I have a slightly annoying issue with FSX and I was hoping someone here has a solution. My system is running three monitors on a Diamond 6950 HD 2 Gb card and with Track IR5. When the sim first starts, all of the views (internal and external) are zoomed completely in and I must fully zoom out to achive the field of view that I prefer. Is there a way to set this zoom level permanently? Regards, Rick

Hello, at first I want to appologize if my english is not the best because Im from Germany :-) I have a question and I hope you can give me some answers. Im not a proffesional Pilot. Okay the concorde X ... I can start the Concorde X ... I know how to fly the concorde X to maximum cruise ... But to land the Concorde X ... this is really difficult for me ... So with other planes an ILS landing is for me not a problem, but with the concorde X ... this is really an adventure. I need your help in the following Situation. I have tried the Multi Player tower into a flyable aircraft using the information provided by spokes2112 posted 17.May.2013 in which he states '4. Copy the .air file from the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aircreation_582SL and paste it into the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\ControlTower folder.' I have posted a request in this topic but as yet no reply. Can anyone please help me with the following. Where do I find this ".air" file as I cannot find it in the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aircreation_582SL location or could someone post me the file?.

Hey there. I have always been a solid fs2004 user but as i have a decent PC i decided to give FSX a try. After tweaking around with the default settings, installing service packs and using an additional booster program. I was able to get FSX running a smooth 60fps in all areas of the game. I installed the project airbus A380 and didn't have any loss of frame rate at all. I was excited to begin installing add-on's to get going on a flight. Sadly, after i installed world of ai my frame rates dropped. I am not used to playing a flight simulator below 60fps and i am disappointed as i have a good spec PC. Is there any fix to this at all? Question ... Do you have Butkicker? We are contemplating adding a Butkicker interface (sound control) output for Butkicker devices and allowing the LWE to control the level of Butkicker turbulence, all coordinated with the existing DHM and Bump Aircraft turbulence. Hi all, Just wondering if the Shader Mod 3 is still generally accepted as a good idea? I recently re-installed my whole PC and have not put this back on. I am using Rex Essential Plus. Am I missing out by not adding this back? Doing my best not to install stuff "just for the sake of it" now that I have a perfectly clean and new PC setup for FSX. Thanks

OK so I'm a rookie to the A320 and my landings are pretty poor usually In the -350 to-250 rpm though these aren't bad I usually land the 777 and NGx at less than -100 fpm.

Hi All, Tried searching but most topics don't seem to address what I'm looking for. Back in my earlier flightsim days, the VA I was in required pilots to perform a checkride and I, as training instructor at the time, would analyse those results with a program (VISOR or NAV). If I wanted to do this sort of thing again, what do I need to do? Mind you I'm now running FSX and this was back in FS 2004 days that I recall those utilities. I've found some downloads for VISOR but for the life of me I can't get current instructions on how to get this program (or any other) up and running to view the files output from FS Recorder. Have installed reality XP Garmin 530 into my planes in FLT SIM - X from online download . W/ my pay ware planes on install I get error message "FAILED TO LOAD WINDOW [00] and 530 does not install into these planes .These planes are " real air legacy & Carendo 210 . All other planes in FLT SIM - X - sim , the program installed , you can open plane and pop up the 530 , the 530 will boot up and the " OK" signal come up in 530 , once I hit the OK to get into the 530 to view my plan the Garmin disappears , this does not let you work on your flt-plan . Have tried to contract REALITY XP several times thru e- mail but they will not respond , have read their support pag…

Hi guys, I love having AI aircraft within fsx as I feel it brings the sim to life a bit more, however the problem I encounter is AI traffic lining up on the active runway when I'm about to land. Are there any programmes out there which can manage and prevent this? I have AISmooth installed already, and I don't want to go onto Vatsim as a solution. I don't use the default atc, and I've had addons such as radar contact but didn't really like them. Any suggestions much appreciated, Kind Regards, Danny
