Hi everyone, i'm having a really hard time installing and running these two mods i really don't know what to do anymore as soon as i spawn a missile hits my plane then the plane just won't start and a message appears on top that says demo version and pauses the game constantly i'm desperately trying to contact support but they won't reply both my plane's are grounded since i installed them and i've never been able to take off thanks for your time and have a great day

I have the updated version of FSX:SE but whenever I try to install PMDG products the installer says am using the outdated version of FSX, asking me to install Sp2.. What could be the problem?

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question and I apologise if it isnt. I have been using FRAPS to capture video. However, this does not allow me to capture in video, overlays such as charts from Navigraph etc. I have seen this done and I wondered what video capture software is capable of this? Thanks John Earl

Hello, when trying to run the fsdt klax installer it says that it requires fsx sp2 or acceleration to be installed. But i use fsx steam edition. I am not sure why it asks for sp2 or acceleration when i use steam edition. Can anyone help?

A post on the official BBS Widebodies forum last month alerted me to this issue. Yes, I still visit that forum in the forlorn hope that I as a Widebody Prologue user can somehow help the lost souls with my limited knowledge who wander by and post up a query! Someone posted that they cannot get the A340-300 off the deck at SEQM even when setting pax and fuel loads to ridiculously small amounts.. I tried this and the takeoff was.... problematic... . I used the (excellent IMHO) BBS Pre Flight Manager to send pax and fuel calculations for my flight (SEQM to LFPG) to the A340 in the sim. I think I had just over half capacity on the passengers. So i just freshly installed FSX SE and am having this issue with GSX detecting my sim as an outdated FSX and cant let me select the version am using. Its the same as the PMDG products i have which are telling me to have the latest sp2 installed when i have FSX SE already, they are all fraustrating me. Checked the registry, it looks fine Any solutions?

I wanted to use BIKF the other day in FSX, but found trees and shrubs all over the taxiways. Is there anyway of getting rid of these? John Earl

Hey, I hope somebody can help me out with this. I have been having a problem for weeks with a 2d 757/767 panel on the Project Opensky 757/767 series aircraft. This aircraft package that I downloaded consisted of the following aircraft: Project Opensky 757-200/300 & 767-200/300/400. I got them from Simviation.com, along with a 2d panel for these aircraft that was designed by G. Munro. Here's a description of the issue I am having. I am able to work the Nav 1 & 2 frequencies for this panel on the Boeing 757-200, but on the 757-300 & 767-300, I recently found out that I was unable to change the Nav 1 & 2 frequencies. I hope someone may be able to help me with this problem. I have added a ILS to Runway 22 at Catalina Island airport. I did it via ADE and it was on the ORBX Catalina Island airport scenery file. I used makerunways.exe and it shows up fine on LilNavMap after I ran the scenery compiler. But when I file a flightplan to land there, I see the ILS feather on the GPS screen but ATC does not offer me the ILS Rway 22 option. It gives me choices of Visual approach Rwy 4 or 22, and several "GPS A" "B" or "C"? I have done this with several other airports (adding ILS with ADE) with no problem, but nothing I try seems to work here. Any Ideas?

Lately I've been losing interest in Flight Simulation, but I still want to keep FSX (and all of my addons) installed on my computer. However, I want to see if I can "clean up" my FSX installation so that I'll have more hard drive space for other things. By far, the biggest culprit in my FSX folder is Simobjects- it takes up roughly 26 gigabytes of space. After looking at various folders, I found that many of the repaints I had installed for each aircraft seemingly included every single texture the model had into their folder, regardless if the repaint modified it or not. With my new computer was just updating some new scenery that I purchased from Orbx, and now all of a sudden I have black square running in all of my fsx scenery. I deleted cfg but still had the black squares. Never had this before, its everywhere. The process of creating this addon was started in september 2014. It's been a long journey, but worth the effort. I recently did a clean reinstall of FSX Gold, but now I am unable to reactivate it. When I open the software, I get an error message saying "We're sorry, an unexpected error occurred which is preventing product activation from being completed-Error code 1-80004005. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

I decided to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of FSX, and i'm encountering a new problem. When I insert disk two in the setup process, I get an error saying "Error number: 0x80040702 Description: failed to load DLL: Gameeuxinstallhelper". Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I have FSX Gold and I wanted to install the SDK off the Acceleration DVD but the disk seems to be bad even after cleaning? FSX is not a retail product and I am wondering how to get a replacement image for Acceleration? If possible?? Thanks... update.. I uninstalled Accelerator and all Sim Connects.. Which type of peripheral connection would perform better as in least impact on Simulator performance? A USB connected peripheral likes Saitek radio or autopilot or a wifi connected peripheral as in a tablet running an app like FSradio panel or IFMS? Anyone have any knowledge? Thanks

Hello everyone, I am trying to figure out an issue with my FSX setup. I removed McAfee Total Protection from my system, because it was using up a lot of RAM, making it impossible to run my simulator, but performance problems persist. The simulator keeps freezing in spurts as I am running FSX. In addition, the frame rates are constantly fluctuating between 41-50 fps and 3-4 fps. Utl_client, Host Process for Windows Services, FSX, Couatl and ASNext apear to be using most of the RAM, but I am still puzzled. Hello I am using the fly tampa Copenhagen for some time now. But there is no Ai traffic at that airport . I installed the SAS airline traffic and I am using World Of Ai as my software. Can anyone tell me how i can get AI traffic at Flytampa Copenhagen?

I am re-installing my FSX I am trying to install the latest service pack via Acceleration as I have FSX Gold DVD sits and spins. I have cleaned the DVD and it didn’t help. I assume I need the latest service pack to install the latest SimConnect. I was able to install FSX Deluxe disk 1 and 2. And Acceleration. But trying to access the SDK folder on Acceleration the DVD spins. I can’t get SimConnect to launch with FSX, at least it won’t create a SimConnect log file enabled in the SimConnect config file. Apart from elevator trim effectiveness (which I have increased slightly and it seems to help a little), how useful are other autopilot parameters such as max_pitch and _bank_acceleration and _velocity, and max_throttle_rate? How much can I screw them up? LOL I'm trying to see if DC Design's Concorde can be made more responsive to stop it hunting around, overshooting and porpoising when trying to get established on an ILS.. I can horse it around to get the job done, but that's not exactly the point and it upsets the passengers LOL. Hi Guys! I could find traffic on roads in regions like LHR, JFK, DXB, Muscat etc upto some radius of the airport... But in India Roads are all empty in fsx (maybe other regions as well) Is there a way I can activate road traffic in India as well...? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Am looking for some advice regarding the sounds for AI planes, ( i use Ultimate Traffic Live on one of my set ups and Ultimate Traffic on the other). Both of them procude the same sound, they are more like hairdryers than aircraft. I seem to remember that there is a setting in the CFG file ( Soundlod?) that you can change from 0 to 1 and this is supposed to have some sort of effect but they still sound like hairdryers. Just want to have an immersive sounding airport, any ideas?
