I just noticed I have no Airliner Traffic in any major airports. I see GA Traffic flying around. Not sure what happened. When I start FSX, I hear the big boom sound of Ultimate Traffic II being loaded. I tried sh!ft-F12. No luck Anyone knows whats going on? Manny

HI! I'm using OpusFSI on TWO computers: SERVER / P3D and CLIENT / second Notebook via WiFi. All works good, green labels, weather update etc. Problem is with LWA map on client and Weather Maps. I see only moving plane without symbols.

In the majority of life's areas, if someone wants something, it's readily available or doable. It may be expensive or rare but it's available or there are good other options. Every time I fire up FSX I grumble to myself about the fact that there isn't a fast enough CPU in the world. I'm happy as heck with FSX but it runs just too darn slow. And NO, I will not lower my settings. Its 2014, I require/demand visuals of today. Problem is, there is not hardware 'today' to run it at today's visuals. :( Why can't someone smart figure out how to use today's available tech to force any program run way faster. You know like how Raid 0 works with hard drives.

Hello, I use the windowed vsync tweak in my fsx, i have the forcewindowedvsync in my .cfg and also created the batch file. My question though is what do I set the vsync setting to in NI? Currently I have it to force off because of the tweak in my .cfg Is this wrong or correct? Thank you!

Hi all, Please forgive me if this is not in the correct forum!! I'm kinda new to FSX and not really a computer whiz, but was wondering is there anything (settings wise) I could do on my PC or FSX its self to get the best out of it. I currently have installed ORBX Aus, ORBX AI traffic, OZx textures for Australia, Qualitywings BAe 146 and the Aeorsoft Airbus X extended installed. Hi I've created some custom ai flights using the ai flight planner utility. I'm using add on aircraft and add on scenery. I seem to have a problem where traffic that I have created will take off and just continue to fly on the runway heading without turning or anything. It continues to fly on this heading for ages and ages (well past the time that it was due to arrive at its destination) and if i go into a menu and edit something or look at the map when I come back the traffic has jumped to it's destination airport. I'm using the latest version of ai flight planner and fsx acc. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers 85tromby

Last night I noticed that my throttle will not open via the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke Throttle Quad to more than about 75%. It used to be fine and the keyboard works OK. I did the FSX calibrate and reset the control axises. What settings could I have messed up to cause this?

Hey guys, As a long time user of ezdok with FSX, its fantastic but i was wanting to use Track IR 5 with it... As track IR is $150 - 200 depending on websites / shipping i just wanted to ask before i go and buy something that costs that much money, is it worth it?? I use mainly the heavy jets like the PMDG 737, 777 ect... Does it work well with Ezdok ? Any suggestions are greatly apprecuated

i am having a taxi/landing problem, seems that the throttle has a mind of its own and goes up to 20-25% (even after i press F1 to reduce it) and this happens when i taxi and when i land (i activated the speedbrake and upon touchdown and i try to slow down using the "." key) and throttle still plays games with me is there a fix for this?

I have a strange problem lately with a few FSX addons - they show up in the Task Manager under "Processes" and not under "Applications". Thus means that I cannot see the programs. One is PFPX - I started it and no window shows up. The other is EZCamera - though it is OK in the exe.xml, I cannot see it in FSX neither it is listed under addons in the FSX menu bar. It seems that a Windows update or so has messed up my FSX! (Windows7, 64 bit). Did anyone ever face such an issue? Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks Edmundo

Apparently there still is no fix for the PMDG 777 Nose Wheel steering and GSX Push Back Tug fighting each other? Getting a little tired of the rudder pedals and tiller violently moving about in the cockpit. Please tell me there is a fix without some ridiculous work around.

Hi gentleman, I have just tried to list all of my own created and exported flight plans in PFPX route database but the "own routes only" check box does not deselect any of the standard routes. I intended to get an overview of all my flight plans that I have exported and I would check their accuracy. I think that feature could be very useful in general to manage all your routes, so you can create in one step all your routes that you fly often and just load the flight plan into your FMS, instead of going to export your plans all the time. Is it actually possible that PFPX shows that company route on your OFP, automatical ? Something like: "CO ROUTE: JFKMIA-01"; …

I've been reading trying to decide for a while and am kind of stuck. My first pay ware purchase (Wilco crj next gen) has me nervous about buying another because it had tons of bugs. Waste of money. I prefer that it has a FMC with updateable navdata, radio/autopilot that somewhat works with the saitek multi-panel and radio panel, vast amount of useable buttons/switches in the VC. Right now I primarily fly default LJ45 and 737-800. I am tired of tuning to VOR's and having to look up DME of every airway etc. To navigate intersections. I am really liking the business jet size aircraft but love how smooth the 737 flies. I guess something good on frames although …

I have just bought the Milviz P-38 only to discover there is no RXP Integration (on their website it says there is) - you have to do it yourself. So I have tried for 4 hours to get it working to no avail. Before I throw in the towel and ask for a refund I thought I would just check if someone actually has it working ? Folks I downloaded the latest version of the Majestic Dash 8. I had issues with it pausing. I checked out the Majestic forum and found I wasn't alone. I narrowed it down to FSX ATC. Often, when it was talking to anyone, it would pause. Hadn't run into it before, and since I wasn't alone, I figured it was a Majestic issue. Nope. Now it's happening with my QW RJ. My current log book has 70 hours with the thing, so if it was a QW problem it would have appeared before now. Something is not right, and it's really, really annoying. Hey ! Whenever i try to install SP1 i got several problems with the game.It will normally turn on and i can fly BUT : -plane windows dissapear -no advanced animations -ugly white thin cloud layer somewhere at 8,000 feet -some textures , like propeller aerodynamic tip (that silver thing at the front of a proppeler) gets incerdibly ugly -some panels in the default 737 are not working properly Thanks for any help !

Hey guys, if you have been to A2A's main page, they have been taking measurements of the PA-44 and AT-6. Whether or not these planes actually become projects or not, time will tell, but if they are done, they should be great releases. The PA-44 makes a lot of since the flight training market is a big market for A2A. I remember how much multi training cost when I did it, I would have loved a fully accusimmed Seminole then to help me with procedures and such. Hi, After 5 years I am getting back into the world of FS. I was an avid FS-er first with FS2002 and then with FS2004. My knowledge back in that day is tied to FS2004, so a few of the questions are probably validation of what has changed. SCENERY 1. AFCAD files - I know these were significant in FS9, were almost required to match third party scenery, make sure correct airlines are parking at gates, and there were enough gates at each landing airport. My understanding is that in FSX these are now called ADE files. Is the set up similar to AFCAD (i.e. will need to download matching ADE for each airport to ensure aircraft are parking correctly?) Hi guys, sorry to roll out this topic again but these blurries are starting to make me crazy! I tried so many things (read about 50 pages about blurries) and also created a new .cfg but it all does not help at all. I still have bluerries the longer the flight is going to be. I got blurries usually when I am enroute at cruise on a flight which takes longer than 60 minutes.
