With both of these great aircrafts I have a problem. When I apply full throttle to them, the fan blades in the engine stop spinning.When they are sitting at idle they start to spin.Is this a bug or am I doing somthing wrong?

Hello Gang!We need to bow to Simbuild! These folks have created a magnificent aircraft - one of the best freeware addons yet created for FS2002. I love POSKY and their magnificent work but these guys are gonna give a serious run for their money with their A-340's. There are however, two minor observations I have made with the Simubuild A340 and wonder if anyone has noticed it and if there is a fix for these:1. The elevators sometimes look like an F-14 Tomcat is getting ready to catapult out of a carrier. They do not look realistic at all when a lot of trim is applied either up or down. Any way of fixing this and perhaps enterig some motion limits for the trim?2. I …

Ok if that title wasn't cryptic enough. :)I took a picture, sorry I don't own a scanner yet, of my current (June/Aug 2002) FAA cruising altitudes chart for enroute high altitude flights. There has been, even on my part, some confusion of the proper flight level restrictions. Hi, Has anyone heard of the AI Traffic group? They have website that deals with AI flight plans and how to create AI. I can't seem to bring up their website. I had it but each time I try to bring it up, I get a message that website is unavailable. Thank you, S.

When I run FS2002, I have borders on each side of my screen (black boarders) when running in 1280x1024. Any clue as to why? I am using the 30.30 detonator drivers, 19 inch monitor, and a GF3. Any other resolution, I dont have these annoying borders

Is there a good scenery out there for this airport? I saw the Mice scenery but it looks pretty FS2000ish. Is it any good? I would like something with static aircraft and good framerates, like GAP or Austrian Airports.Thx,Alex

My local scenery is appearing as a minimum and I find I have a corrupted de060n90.bgl file on cd3 for fs2002fs pro.Can anyone send me by email a good file to [email protected] and what does this file do (it appears to control local scenery)

How could props interact with the speed mode from the autopilot?For example, i'am not able to select the speed on the auotpilot for the Fokker 50 or Saab 340!.Thanks

Hi, I was wondering what the difference between the MD 80 and DC9 flightdeck was, they look identical.Also were would I be able to find detailed info/pictures, I ask because I might get a slot in a DC9 full motion sim and I want to go in with some knowledge of the instruments and particuarly the systems.I don't really want to buy an aircraft opertations manual, it would probably be more expensim than the sim ride!thanks

I want to start-up a challenge like Tornado Wilkes did with the Around the World flights... it would be to touch all 7 continents in a propeller driven aircraft... BUT, I can't find out if there is an antarctica land mass??!!

Hi, This may seem like silly question to most, but I never installed flight plans before. I see that are plenty to download. After a flight plan is loaded, then what? Do you go to the airport for which your aircraft will be using? I don't know about these things. I downloaded the how to tutorial for TTools that avsim released yesterday and in this the writer explains how to install a flight plan but after this I don't know what to do. I'm scared guys, My FPS on the ground at an airport are real low. My sliders aren't maxed. I get around 5 from the cockpit & 3.5 - 4 from spot view. A slide show! I feel that one of the largest shortcommings of FS2K2 are the Aircraft Failures. If I am correct, a failure can only be set between 1 and 999 minutes. 999 Minutes is a little over 16 1/2 hours. And considering there are about 4 or 5 systems you can set to fail, the odds of having at least 1 failure is relitivly high on something as short as a 3 hour flight. Much Much higher then realistic odds on the average real aircraft. One of the hardest factors with dealing with in flight emergencies are their element of suprise! And this element of suprise is not realisticly simulated with a 999 minute limit on the timer. It seems to me that this would be a realitivly easy thing fo…

Just announced on the news is the apparent crash of a Su-27 into the viewing crowd at an Air Show near Livi, Ukraine today. Early statements by officals have said that dozens on the ground were killed and many more dozens injured. Both pilots of the Su-27 ejected safely.
