1) I'm not particularly interested in realistic flight plans, I just want to see a variety of commercial aircraft flying around. What would be the easiest way for me to accomplish that? Project AI's auto installers?2) With regard to Project AI's auto installers, do they just add the routes and aircraft to what's already in your aircraft folder? They won't overwrite any of the default stuff will they?3) Is there a way to remove GA traffic from the files altogether? Hello i want to know is there a A340-200 or 300 for fs2002 made by gmax or is there one coming out for the fs2002 system and where can i find one if there's one out?

Hi I'm using Virtual Pilot Pro and i can't set power to 0 with throttle.Because off this i can't reverse engines. they want they don't want etc etc ...I'd tried to calibrate throttle with fsuipc with a lot off combination without succes.I'd tried to add null zone with sensitivity without succes too.The only thing i'm remember it's working is to change value in fs2002.cfg in line : axis_throttle and something else but i don't remember and this line doesn't appear in my fs2002.cfg.Can somebody help me ?Bibendum

I am having trouble figuring out how the A/P of the new Dash8 is meant to be operated. I have heard people say that it has bugs - but I suspect these bugs are more a matter of not operating it properly. I have read and reread the docs provided by the designer - but as he is obviously not a native English speaker (no offence meant!! :)) , I am finding it difficult to understand the various modes and the sequences in which they should be operated. This , combined with the inability to "save " a situation makes it a slow learning process.Thanks Barry

On sept 3 there were a couple of WestJet 737s uploaded that state they come with VCs. I dl'ed the 800 and I don't see one. Am I not doing something right or was it a missprint?

Hi Since few day, my FS2002 don't want to start correctly. i'm using windows XP. Some time in begin screen when i want to create fligh, if i do nothing, FS2002 exit himself to windows. If i create fligh quicly, it's blocking after, when downloading "AI environnement" and i must kill process. The only thing i find is to run FS2002 in compatibility mode to Windows 98. Is somebody have a idea to repair this that i can run in normal mode like before ?I'd tried to uninstall all FS2002 and addons and check with new install without addons, it's the same. I really don't understand what's happen. Perhaps some dlls in windows XP who are corrupted ?Thanks for your help.Bibendum

MyAi traffic is'nt there anymore!!One day I'm sitting and playing Fs2002, and suddenly, the next day, everything is GONE... total silince...not a word on Los Angeles Center, every airport is empty...Whats wrong? Folks,I have a new PC, fresh installed FS2002 and have transferred my favorite aircraft files(mixture of FS2000 and FS2002 some GMAX) from old to new..however, the pop-up message concerning third party add-ons is instructing me to enter aircraft title.DLL=1 or 0 turning it on or off...What happens is that I will be able to begin the push back and a little taxiing..then the pop-up shows up-- about third party and my aircraft will NOT be able to fly or something like that..and sure enough it locks upNot sure what I have to do...to have these transferred files fly..?Any suggestions would be welcome.thankstravelonestar

I installed Paco's terrific ATR42-300 and ATR42-500. I absolutely love both aircraft, but I am having a problem setting Course and Heading in the Autopilot. I can only dial in numbers in increments of 10. This is not happening in any other airplane, so I have to assume its an ATR issue.I searched for posts addressing this issue, but could not find any.I have FSUIPC (latest version) installed, if this has any bearing.Thanks for any help.Joe

I have been out of the FlightSim community for like 6 months or so, and I was thinking about starting to fly again. But when I started reading some of my old haunts I found out that Microsoft never released a patch for FS2002! I honestly can't believe it. It shocked the heck outta me.One of the main reasons for getting out of flying is the performance and bugs in FS2002. Hi there,if one downloads real weather from within flight simulator, there is no visibility information for europe.I think, it is because the interpretation of the downloaded weather (and there the visibility) is in nautical miles (while in europe we have the visibility in meters in the METARs). That means: If i have 1000 meters visibility in Cologne, FS 2002 interpretes this as 1000 miles (that means "almost unlimited" visibility :-) )OK, i gave RealWeather 5.21 a try. Now i have a very nice looking weather. But a new problem occurs:I get my landing clearance to rwy 18, and while i am on my approach, AI traffic is taking of rwy 36 (obviously because the weather changed; …

I have noticed while flying the Sim in the US that the VASI lights are very clear and easy to see. And they work as they should - all red for too low, all white for too high and a combination of the 2 for just right! :)BUT - flying around Australia , the VASI lights are terrible. Very dim and difficult to see - they also don't work correctly . They go from 4 reasonably bright red lights for too low to 4 very dim white lights for too high - and nothing in between!! Any other Aussie simmers notice this - and how to fix it??Barry
