Hello all, I have a small problem with the Probts 727 panel. When I load the panel the sim crashes. It says "Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 was unable to load some 3rd party software. You can continue using Flight Simulator but your 3rd party software will be disabled.File: GAUGESRP727.GAU "when i take the gauge out of the gauge folder i can load the plane and panel, but the gauges do not show up. When I put the gauge back in the folder it crashes again and locks up FS2002. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?Marc

Does anyone know how to tune aircraft for flying as AI? I've got a few problems I'd like to tweak away.1) One aircraft comes in on a nice approach, pulls up right before landing, then dives at the runway, raising its gear and belly-lands. Ideally, I'd like this aircraft to be able to land on very short airstrips (if that's possible).2) Another aircraft porpoises through the air and lands hard enough to bounce.3) A third aircraft comes in on what looks like a perfect approach and makes a beautiful landing, about half a mile short of the runway. It's not for lack of power, since this aircraft has the shortest takeoff roll and steepest climbout I've ever seen from an AIAn…

Can anyone tell me where to get an alternative .air file for both Beechcraft Barron and Beechcraft Kingair? Since the default once don't feel right they have very stiff feel to the flight dynamics and they stick to the runway then jumps up in the air during takeoffs. Slightly OT??I recently lost the ability to move or resize windows inside FS2K2. Example, re-sizing and moving the ATC window, the GPS window, etc. to a more convienient location. I'm able to do these tasks anywhere outside of 2k2 so I was wondering if there is a "set-up?" somewhere inside the program (2k2) that I might have messed up and lost this function. Other than adding 3rd party add-ons, I did install the newest version of FSUIPC. Not that I'm blaming Pete's program, but it does do a lot of things I'm not up to par on.Any help is appreciated,Mike

jerrycwo4Thanks to the ones of you who tried to help me get this program running, but it just ant going to happen. Have spent two full frustrating nights trying to get it to work without sucess. I have almost ALL of LAGO's flight sim products and love all of them but this isn't going to be one of them.The two 'samples work fine, but no one else's will work with locking up my computer everyime with an 'error' message. All i wanted to add was a few trucks and luggage carts, but could never figgure it out from their instructions.I UNINSTALLED it from my system and gave up. It sure looked good on YOUR machines.Jerry

These are really good skins, tho they lack some finer details such as that "dirty rusted look" and or rivets or the seems where the sheetmetal actually meet.I was wondering if Mr. Stone or anyone has thought of this. I enjoy this plan alot, and would like to see some used dirty textures for it :) I like the choices of skins so far, but they lack that one simple detail. i dunno maybe its just me, but i like that "used look" One good example is the "Albatross HU-16"....TIA........=Swivet=

I downloaded ONE file from the exchange, for Meigs and the added scenery shows up when I "Start the Player", but then the error message below keeps poping up and locking up my computer. Hi All, I am the owner of 3 lago products, the last one I purchased being Fs maintenance. I am more than pleased with the first two, but I'm not so sure about FSM. My reason for this is I have to question the frequency of failures that have occured and whether they would occur as much in "real time" I've been flying the Commander 115tc for about 23 hours in that time I have done all maintenance checks, and had two complete electrical failures. The first time I managed to land o.k. The second time, not so lucky, as I was over water, the second time was one hour after the B maintenance check. Now I would have to question whether using FSM is really adding to the realism o…

Following my previous post about Failures (of which I didn't get many replies) I did find a little programme called FSNasty, which sets a random failure element into FS2002.Can anyone tell me how effective FS Maintenance is when using GA aircraft? Is it worth purchasing just for GA use?I really don;t want to waste money on this if it's no use to me... mainly because I never fly airliners.Cheers,Simon.

Is there a problem with using the DF737 panel with other 737's. I know the 767 PIC can be used with the merge program. Thanks for any help.

I recently downloaded and installed the above mentioned aircraft and panels by Espen Oijordsbakken (Fokker 50 Panel) and Oleksiy Frolov (Dash 8). Both are excellent products and my thanks to the authors.I can't seem to set the course in either panel in anything less than10 degree increments and can't find any info regarding this in any of the documentation.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.Craig [email protected]

Hi, i don't know if this is the right place to ask, but would it be possible for any you painters out there to do do a opensky 747 in all white. I know you can use the paint kit from openskys site but what i'm looking for an all white 747 with night lighting i.e windows. The reason i'm asking is because i can't paint to save my life and i have watched on several occasions the all white 747s land at manchester. Thanks if anybody could complete this request.

After installing Flight1's "Isles of the West Indies" I found that the default Virgin Islands' St. Thomas and St. Croix seem to have extra land than they should have. Basically their now mire square blocks in the middle of the ocean with texture and trees than the contoured islands that they should be. I hope this problem gets corrected soon...Les--

It sounded so easy, just change the name...but......that obviously isn't enough, for when I did just change the name of the .air file the a/c wouldn't even show up on the roster list anymore! Must be more to it. I changed back to the original file and now it shows up on the roster gain. Un-flyable, but it's there!I want to keep both the ATR-300 and ATR-500 by Sanchez, but the plane won't even get off the ground. In Bear's review he suggested swapping out the air files from the Dash-8, but apparently I don't know what I'm doing. Could someone please lend a hand?Thanks again!MrMertz aka Jeff

Is it my imangination or is FS2002 more jerky after upgrading to Win XP Pro? I did a fresh format & installed XP from scratch. I installed FS2002 on the new drive but copied my old FS2002 over the new one. The hard drive seems to access more in XP when I am flying also. Any comments or ideas? Thanks.Pat Callaghan
