HiI was just finishing a flight KMIA-KDFW. I was cleared for landing at rwy 17 R, and i coul see lots of traffic. Of course atc was unable to handle them well so i had a AA MD80 passing just a few meters in front of me. That's not the problem, i'm used to this kind of crazy stuff, the problem was that suddenly FS freezed and a window appeared saying Out of memory! FS2002 now closing. So i lost two + hours for nothing. I was thinking that if i turned off AI traffic during approach, this would at least let me land peacefully, but i haven't found the way to turn it off and immediately see the changes. If i disable dynamic scenery on the display settings, it's like doing noth…

I'm planning to send an email concerning a suggested improvement that could be done to the GMAX program which would have quite noticable improvements from within FS.You ever wanted apron, or parking bay lights to reflect off your a/c's body as you taxi in/out?It works with light reflecting off the ground, so why not a/c!?At the moment this hasn't been possible but i'm sure that Gmax would be able to do something like that.Should I be sending this email to MS FS group (if so whats their email) or should i send it to the makers of Gmax?CheersWill

I'm trying to find a list of all airports in FS2002. I need at least the airport ID, name, latitude, and longitude. Any additional info would be a bonus.I'd also love to have some sample code (C++ preferred, anything would help tho) for extracting this info directly from the .bgl files. I've read the scenery SDK, but it was less than helpful for what I wanted to do. I can't tell if it's just out of date for some info (it refers to pointers that should always be zero, but aren't in the files I'm looking in), or if it's just designed for "normal" .bgl files that are compressed. i'm having a problem now with EditVoicePack. it worked fine at 1st when i just installed downloaded files. now everytime i try to "update voicepack" i get an error that reads:"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"if anyone knows what this means or how to fix it, i sure could use your help as i cannot hear anything new when i try to update now.thxchris

I have a problem with the display. I am always having the horizon blocked by an extension of the blue sky, as if visibility were reduced even if I set unlimited visibility in weather settings. First of all, let me congradulate Flightcraft for designing such an excelent A340! What was even more surprising was that textures were included for BWIA in the first release. I suspect I know why!Is Flightcraft doing any work on the 300 series, as this is the actual model BWIA flies, not the 600?As a novice to the Airbus planes I am unfamilliar with the cockpit systems etc. Are you going to release a more detailed instructions on how to use the panel?

Hey Gang!I've been having a hard time parting with all my 757's that I've collected over time. Alll of them are out of my FS2002 folder now. Mike Stone's are in. I've sent all my old ones to the desert (he he he). I'm loving this 757 - it's awesome!Oh oh oh oh! Mike! The lower left nose gear light is 3000 mm off center!!!!!! Ooooopppsss Mike! Hello Gang!I have downloaded a couple of Splash Screens that appear to show a Mike Stone 727 with the hush kit extensions in the engines. Is there a new 727 model for Mike Stone's 727 that I missed? I know Mike's original 727 did not have the hush kit extensions, but I'd like to get my hands on any model that may offer that, especially since most airlines operating 727's now a days in the US use the hush kits.Thanks for any insight!Sincerely,Dennis D. Hey folks,What's the deal with the pop-up on some of my Project Freeware and other types of aircraft? "FS2K2 was unable to load some third party aircraft, you can still operate FS2k2 however your aircraft will be disabled"? Consulting the Readme file..I am not sure what to do?Is this something to do with aircraft optimized for FS 2000?Or something I need to redo?It is ulcerating to see the message pop-up on while flying.Help always appreciated!sincerely,travelonestar

This may tick off most of the FS community but someone has to say it.I wrote Kevin Trinkle a couple of days ago wondering when his GMAX 727 was going to be released. He told me that since he received so much negative hype about his design that he was now out of the FS Design arena. I do remember awhile back we had certain users complaining and griping about freeware aircraft and in turn pissing allot of designers off.
