Changing Landclasses (thanks JohnCi :-)), downloading planes, looking for panels fo these planes, downloading scenery, trying to get old senery to run properly on FS2002, the same with old planes and panels, creating new taxiways, creating new parking spots, creating ai flightplanes, changing system settings, tweaking here and there, trying to repaint aircrafts, editing aircraft.cfgs, FS2002.cfg, cfgs in general, off course reading and posting in sim-forums, reading sim-news, and...and...and...No time left for sim-flying itself! :-lolWolfgang

Hi folks,In a previous thread on eye strain someone mentioned that setting the monitor refresh rate under the display properties in Windows XP does not affect the refresh rate for 3D games that run in full screen mode.If this is the case, how would you set the refresh rate for 3D games?Thanks,

just downloaded the ifdg 757.is there a problem with the virtual cockpit.seem to be twenty foot behind it,at floor level.anybody else have similar view. thanks steve

Just want to share my oppion regarding the new release from Perfect Flight.If you are a old user of the Mad Dog the keep away, this release does not even come close the old releasefrom Lago. Panel and airplane should be freeware, the quality is so far away from the standard today.Think twice if you concider this release !Claus

I got a problem with it...... How do I fix it so the NAV1 & NAV2 settings can be changed?When I move the mouse near the settings, I get the hand +/- cursors, but clicking does nothing, the gauge remains fixed at 111.90 nav1 and 113.9 nav2.This, of course, makes it impossible to do any ILS or non-GPS navigation (after a minor modification to add a NAV/GPS switch :) )How might I go about fixing this? Am I doing something wrong?

Help me. I've lost all my AI traffic. I set ATC traffic to 100%, I have enabled dynamic scenery but.... nothing!!! where is?!? I don't Know what's happened, I don't want to reinstall all fs2002 :(. one wwk ago were all ok, today AI traffic is expired...why? please help me.Thank you!Mark

I'm trying to recreate a typical autopilot control for my home cockpit but wonder what the up/down switch is for on a Bendix/King type. Is it to change the altitude setting or the V/S? Or is it something else entirely? Thanks!David

Can someone explain why I always have blue water, and on many scenery screenshots I see turquoise water???Especially in Tahiti or in Carribean, my water is blue and it should be "green" or turquoise.Thanks for any help !!Eric

I'd very much like to offer up a big thanks to Matthias for the really outstanding Avro RJ panel he released recently (here and other locations). Unfortunately I haven't found an email address in his documentation, so it is difficult to write him directly. I have been considering to invest in a CH rudderpedals.I have tried turning of autorudder and using the twisthandle onNS Sidewinder Precision 2 joystick. I must say it was very awkvardto control the aircraft. Therefore I would like to ask will it be easywith rudderpedals? Is it giving some extra experience regarding realism and better control? I would say that with a Joystick theanswer is NO. It only made it almost impossible to control the aircraft (I had the standard Cessna). Will the money for the CH rudder pedals be worth spending?

Hi I just wanted to know if anybody can help with a problem with my monitor. It has these very faint lines going across the screen after I installed drivers for my video card. Is there any way to clear these up? It was very clear before when I had the default drivers installed but I cant go back to those because they dont work with the video card I have now. It is very annoying when playing a game like this. I'll post a screenshot so you know what I mean. Sorry for the size it was the only way you could really see the lines. For example, at KSAN, I'd like to create an overlay for different airlines. Say airlines A, B and C park at a particular terminal, or let's say a particular airline only uses a few gates and they are designated gates. I know we can split the airport and use different runways for each overlay, but how about using the same runway, but with an overlay for each airline?
