My sound blasts to full volume when I restore after minimizing the Flight Simulator screen and also when returning from another task. It happens on any aircraft in use.Tried 3 different sound cards and I don't have any trouble with the sound in other programs. Can anyone please help?I'm using Windows XP Pro. Thank youLitow

I Am really curious what the opinions are about the 737 VC panel provided with Airport 2002.Now i already heard some reactions about the crapy model and the poor frame rate. What i want to know is how you experience the panel it self.Cause i really love it. ofcourse the systems aren't modeld in that detail but A320PIC will solve that.What i love is the abillity to pan around the enitre cockpit.you can really create the feeling you are the captain or the first officer. furthermore i think the graphics look really neat.So i can't wait for A320PIC to arrive. Well done on your Cathy Pacific repaint, It's very good, but which aircraft is it supposed to be? It's advertised as B-HUA, B-HOY on the cfg. and B-HUR on the aircraft. I'm confused.Regards,Russell.

I keep trying to attach pictures, and after the 'upload' button I always get a 'script error, contact your administrator.' message.I emailed Avsim about it, but never got a reply. Wassup wid dis?WinXP, and trying to upload Jpeg files.

Does anyone know if there is a way to assign the throttle on my CH Yoke to control my speedbrakes? I have a stand alone throttle that I use power settings so the throttle on the yoke is never used. Thanks!!

Would someone please post for me a list of all required textures,i.e. NOVA, VOD, etc. and where to find them. Just the titles of the texture package, not each individual file.While over the years using MSFS I thought I had ALL textures installed, however, I just installed two very nice 3rd party sceneries and keep getting the infamous "Scenery library object not found, etc., etc. I've attempted emailing the authors but get no replies.Thanks,

It seems like I can only set the local weather for a reporting station like an airport and then the local weather is only effective for a few miles around the station. Is there any way to set the weather for a large geographical region like Northern California (without having to set it for every station in Northern California)?

CPU speed is more important than the video card. I won't buy the CaptainSim 727 'cause it only has three engines. The Memphis Belle is more worthy of financial support than the Vulcan (see www.memphisbelle.com - shameless advertisement.) Intel is better than AMD. You don't need a 128MB video card for anything. I'm thinking of upgrading my current Athlon XP1600+ chip to an Athlon "Thoroughbred" XP2400+. I've checked my existing motherboard will work with a bios update and hoping to leave all other specs (listed below) alone. My system is getting rusty somewhat, so I'm in dare need to ask for advice on proper combination for upgrade. Since, nVidia FX will not be available until Feb 2003 I will either stick with my GF3 Ti200 for now, or go for GF4 Ti4600 (is this card OK for multimonitor setup?)The bottomline is motherboard and CPU. I've been looking forward to Flight1's DC9 since it was first announced. The preview pics look good and no one has really attempted this popular bird since Eric Ernst (well, I'm sure there are others actually). Hi All, i am finding that alot of my AI flights are repeated! I have done Tools / Analyse / Duplicate! in AITM It brings up all my KLM, Virgin and Swiss Air flight! What do i do with them? Do i delete them? Will this only delete the duplicate? I have found this feature by accident in AITM and although i have looked in the supporting readme there is no reference on how to use it! Your help is appreciated!Daren

Anyone know if there is a decent Piper Arrow out there, free or payware? I've searched the web intensively, and could only come up with Warren Baier's.
