Hello,Antialiasing is not working at all on the Radeon 8500LE 128MB and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 (FS2002) with Windows XP. We tried several settings combinations with no success, using all the catalyst releases, windowed, full screen, 1024x768x32, 1280x1024x32, sampling at 2x, 4x, tweaker, no tweaker, etc. the jaggies are always there, it seems to work for a while with stunning quality but when you change the view angle the jaggies are back.Please help.

Can anybody help me? I have been struggling with this problem for several months now. After I land one of the big jets and try to view my landing using the instant replay, the landing gear mysteriously retracts along with the flaps and the aircraft lands on invisible wheels. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? This is driving me crazy!! I have a Dell Dimension 8200 2.2 GHz P4 with 256k of RAM and an NVIDIA Geforce 3 Ti 500

Well as i was flying about minding my own busness in MSFS helping out in the beta testing. I finnaly got to a airport with some AI (im using MyTraffic for AI) MMMX now mytraffic has usually one runway for leaving and another for approching traffic.. first time i came in was about 15+ miles away and got passed by a Areomexico jet lost control and smashed into that 12000' peak.Second time made it to the runway got bounced about and ate the tarmac.Third time i actually managed to make it to the ground but just before touchdown got my nose smashed into the ground...lucky i managed to walk away from that one... see pic.All in all its sure a new challange getting to the ground.…

I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything from ASA Designs on the forums? Is there MD-80 series coming along? Also does anyone know there website address? I would like to know.Thank You,

Hello,I just reinstalled fs2002. I create a flight starting with cold and dark cockpit and select the starting position at the gate. Once the flight loads I don't see the gate or airport. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this. Any help would be much appreciated.ThanksKarl

I use FreeRam and lately I've been having a drastic slow down in FPS in FS2K2 after long flights. When I check FreeRam it says that I only have 70 MB of 512 left. I did an upgrade and now used 512 DDR and before I had 786 PC-133. I never had this problem before. Just trying to nail down the reason for the major reduction in FPS.Question:Is 70 MB getting low enough to make problems for FS, or should problems only occur when one is just about completely out of memory?Thanks, Adam

Just 1 week after I give my underpowered 500 Mhz laptop a much needed boost of RAM to 320Mb, and FS2002 starts running with just about acceptable framerates (10 -15 on medium detail), my display goes kaput. Hi,I hesitated to request help for this issue, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem.I have North America and Europe default sceneries installed, but I can see the roads only when I'm in America. I've started using two monitors: one for full screen 3-D view on top, and one for panel view only underneath. This works well with some planes (e.g. MS Cessnas, the SF260 or Nick's F-5) where the panel takes up the entire undocked window, but not with others (e.g. Jordan Moore's Huey, the Dash 7 or most Heavies) where the panel view is connected to other images that surround the 3-D view. When windows containing such panels are undocked, you get a wide, black space in the middle and it is impossible to move the panel up towards the top of the monitor to compensate. After recently downloading an America West 737 by Brandon Williams I was very pleased to discover an added friction/drag sound after lowering the gear on final, much like that heard during a real approach. I was wondering if anyone has noticed (or added) a similar sound file for the howling effect when deploying spoilers in flight. This is mainly noticed when used for slowing the craft to 250 knots before descending below 10,000 Ft. These sounds will hopefully be incorporated in FS2004.Thank you,John Marino

For some strange reason the HSI on my Debonair is missing! I checked the panel.cfg and there is no reference to this gauge. I also checked the panelxp.cfg and there is an HSI gauge there. How do I fix my panel.cfg to include the HSI gauge? I only use the freeware RealityXP gauges.Thanks for your help!Airbus

Hi guysAs much as some of you love the twin otter...I just purchased the Lago Twin otter and I have some issues. Now that it is installed, my FS2002 Framerates have gone nothing over 10, this is with default aircraft aswell, NOW. Is anyone having this problem?Personally (No offense), I have seen better models and VC's and FDE in freeware aircraft.Regards,Shane

I want to reduce number of entries in my scenery.cfg file and I was thinking whether I could combine a couple of airports into one entry. For example putting all *.bgl files into the single scenery folder and doing the same with texture folders. What do I have to watch for ? Files that have same names ?
