How can I get rid of V-Sky in FS Sky World. I cant stan that line over the sky. Anyone who knows?Mery Christmas by the way.ThomasESNN

Will installing this affect other parts of the FS worold, or otherwise impact FSGenesis Landclass (its a bunch of BMP files that replace files in teh World/Texture folder)?Anyone try this yet?

Do you just move the two sound sliders (on two different pages) all the way to the right and then disable music acceleration on the final page? Or should some of that stay on?Thanks

I don't know about anyone else but after some time with both of these weather generators, I have to say FSMetro if far better on framerates when it comes to my system. The new ActivSky has more bells and whistles but FSMetro doesn't decrease my frames... Maybe it's just my setup. I have all the latest drivers (NVidia 41.0x and DX9, etc.)Dell P4 1.5gig1gig RDRAM100GIG HDGeforce4 TI 4200 64Meg

I just found some of my files at surclaro.com. As AVSIM is the only site that I have uploaded my files to, I can only surmise that they are trolling other FS sites for downloads.I have already requested that they remove my files. Let's see their response.Jim

Hi,Could someone tell me which FS2002 aircraft types uses Magneto's ?It probably depends on the engine type (Props do, Jets don't), but does it also depend on the aircraft model ? (because I've noticed not all Prop aircraft use Magneto's).Thanks, Rob

This would be a fun little game.If you have a laptop that runs fs2002, and your on a flight, try to fly the same flight you are taking with an airline and see if whats out the window will match whats on ur screen.?? Or can u beat the pilot home..But then I began thinking u cant always have your pc on during the flight

Hi folks,I know this issue has been beaten to death, but I never really gave notice to previous discussions due to the fact that I was one of the "lucky ones" that really never got them.....until recently! I recently upgraded from a G-Force2 GTS 32MB card to a G-Force 4 TI4200 card. Since then, I have had a serious case of the dynamic blurries. Or at least, that's what I think they are? Everything around my aircraft and even off in the distance is extremely blurred. I am currently running nvidia's 40.72 drivers. I have downloaded the America West B737 and at First use I thought it was brilliant. My Frame rates are up 2-3 per second (important because gary summon's Gatwick drops mine to 5-8 fps). The Callout gauge is small neat and much needed and the wing views, although looking a little flat, have operating Flaps and spoilers. The Only Problem is that when I made a Taxi turn at 6 knots GS, My airspeed indicator read 186 knots and the aircraft flipped over. Hi all - does someone have a working email address for Project Open Sky (POSky)? Both their websites are a mess right now, and the only email I can find is [email protected]; an email to that addy three weeks ago hasn't produced a response.Failing that, does anyone know if 'blank' white textures for the POSky C-17 are available? There's nothing on POSky's repainting kit pages, and nothing I can find here in Avsim's library. hi all , how can i replace fspainter's AI aircraft with the defaut AI of project AI without problems?i have many liveries in the a320 directori for exemple but must i download all diferent liveries for fspainter a320 to replace all older project Ai a320??i think this addon is a good stuff but again 1 time, it's a lot difficult to understand which files we need to download .....

Here are the final colors for the GIV. Anyone can tweak the colors as they se fit, its pretty easy to do. There may be some small detail changes but these will basically be what I upload tommorow or the next day. Merry Christmas :) These will all work with Rick's version 3 GIV which I highly recommend. He fixed a bunch of little things and its improved even more from the original since version 2. Hi, Please tell me if I am dreaming or becoming crazy :) I remember that FS2002 has a sun effect. When we look toward the sun the screen becomes brighter? Is it an option or am I really becoming crazy!CheersMichel

Hi,Somtimes I open FS2002 and my CH Flight Yoke LE USB isn't working, I check the control panel and it's installed, but no response.If I unplug and plug again the USB cable it works again.I'm using a generic winXP driver, I couldn't find a CH driver for XP. Any idea ????Thanks,Ulisses

For some reason on these third party aircraft I can never find the spoilers / airbrakes levers..The Dash 8 comes with the spoilers / air-brakes set. Hey gang,I've downloaded Barry Blaisdell's Dash 8-400Q with updated flight dynamics, but I'm having a bit of a problem with it. Whenever I engage the altitude hold of the autopilot, the plane will climb like normal for about 5 seconds and then all of a sudden pitch up somewhere in the neighborhood of 50-60 degrees. After overshooting the dialed-in altitude by about 3,000 feet, it then nosedives about 50-60 degrees. All efforts to regain control of the bird are futile.Originally I had an add-on panel (Ian Grant's) and I decided to try switching out the panel, thinking that perhaps there were something wrong with the A/P gauge. I'd love to see a JPM style gauge on offer, with one pot peaking before the others.Somehow I think this one would be low on the priority list, however. Does anyone know whether it would be possible for a developer to achieve something like it after-market?

Is there a place on the web that will create a flight plan (using the default FS2002 planner) on demand. For instance I would like a real world flight plan for KSTL to EGKK.Thanks
