Hi,I want to by a neew video card for my sytem. I have heard so much nice about the GeForce 4 ti4600 so I have now decided to buy it. But when I arrived to a Intenet computer store they had four different "manufactors" with four completely different prices. I am so confused, is it the more expensive the better or are they alle the same!! This is the manufactors: Gainward, Crative,ASUS and Albatron. Wich is the best?? Wich should I pick???? Greetings - I just installed a new batch of Bush sceneries, and they work fine, but now I find that in my 'Map View', all the coastlines and borders no longer show. They're still there in the GPS view. Any suggestion of how to fix this? This is a new one on me, and I'd rather not do a 'Go Back' on my hard drive if it's an easy fix. Many thanks!tk

Hey all, I just recently got my new PC, and I went to play FS2k2 on it, and I wouldn't get any antialiasing. I have a Radeon 9700 Pro, and even though the antialiasing setting was set to "Application Preference", i wouldnt get any of it, I would have to set it to a flat setting (usually 4 samples). Anyway, here is my system:P4 2.66GHz512MB RamRadeon 9700 (Driver Version: 6.13.10.6193)DirectX 9Any ideas? Thanks.

I get constant crashing when I play on VATSIM. I always get a G3d.dll crash. How can I resolve this?Thanks

First of all happy Christmas to everyone here!I'm using Mirko Masiero's merge file for the Ariane 737-400 so it can be used with the Dreamfleet 737.I'm also using the merge for the Ariane 737-300. Can anyone tell me what settings to use in the LIGHTS section of the aircraft.cfg so my lights are in the right place?Cheers.

Aircraft (all of them) seems to want to dive or have a very drastic pitch up rate. Don't know what I changed. Can someone give me an idea of what I should be looking for? This just seems to have happened for no appaent reason, but I am positive I did something to make it happen but just don't know what.EDIT:Further investigation I have found that my down elevator only moves very slightly. I have tried to recalibrate my CH Yoke (USB) and also tried to play with FSUIPC to see if I can get results. No luck.Please help me. I have got hold of some good photos of various aircrafts, aerial views, and airports. I scanned it using my scanner at 48-bit mode and when I attempted to save it at 48bit true-color, only the TIFF file format will save it at that resolution and all other file formats are saving only at 24bit true-color.Am I correct if I say that a 48bit true-color photo scans can only be saved in the TIFF format? Or else can we save as 48bit true-color in other formats as well such as BMP, JPG, etc? Thanks Shri

I am using an Nvidia Geforce 2 MMX400 (64mb) card in Win XP with the latest XP drivers from Nvidia (41:09) which seem to work okay.I need help with the display settings within Flight Sim. With the new Alitalia livery I came back to this model, which is a great progress in the Mr. Sanchez' line of ATRs.But I all of my radios seem to be dead - NAVs and COMs. I went through ReadMe for a few times. The only explanation could be that I have a non-Pro version of FS.Could this issue with radios be straighten out?Thank you.

I'm wondering how you can start Avionics in a plan which has no Avionics Master Switch ? For example, if you start a flight with the Lear45 with the motors not running and you want to ask for an IFR registration with ATC.

Installed FlyMex and and 2 but a third party DC6B would not start, so deleted the 2two FlyMex programs. But that also deleted the Mexican airports in FS2k2. Does anybody know how to reinstall the Mex airports without unnnnistalling 2k2. The propblem with uninstalling is all the time to redownload some a/c and other propgrams like Real Wx, etc. Thanks louross. By the way, if you are thinking of buying Fly Mex, The AirBus uses the Boeing default 737 panel, as does the 727. In the SAAB, the torque and prop gauges are inop and the ITT and fuel gauges are no where near real.

At last: a Liberator with the Emerson nose turret! A first, I think, in FS, as the other fourteen I have are all loosely based on the CFS version.I don't think it's around here yet; but it's certainly airborne at simviation.com and fsfreeware.com. Hi, I previously had AGP texture turned off with Dirext X 8.1 as it was proven to boost performance and frame rates in FS.Now can I still do this with the 9.0 or will it not create the same effect? I have the Simflyers PHL and recently made an overlay for the commuter flights. Now I have no idea if this is related to this or what but my planes in the the main part of the airport float. Also I relize Sim flyers has a forum but I dont think this problem is related specifically to there product. I may be wrong though. Anyway to get rid of the problem after I land I usually go to the time in FS and just add a minute it reloads and all is fine. I have German airports 1 & 3. My #1 is edition 2001 which was updated with the latest FS2002 patch (update FS2002_2). Stuttgart and Dresden seem to be fine but for example Munich and Nurymberg are crashing FS2002 - I get this error screen and FS restarts .. I tried everything including flying into those airports from nearby airports, starting at them, manipulating scenery settings - to no avail. I see Munich terminals far away but when I approach any closer .. it bombs.When I start at them and scenery textures load to exactly 16% - my HD starts working like crazy ....I tried other big airports like Hamburg or Dusseldorf from edition #3 and did not encounter any proble…

Hi,I got the Flight1 DC9 today, seems that the engine gauges while in VC mode are not animated (static). I applied the patch version 2. Is this the way it is, or just an install problem?I seem to see poorer frames in VC mode with external lights on for some reason....Very nice airplane.Thanks,Pat
