I have installed the Meljet v1.0 (Air France repaint) with the PSS 777 panel, using one of the merge files from this forum.Although I have done a zillion takeoffs in FS, including many with a merged PSS/Meljet 744, I cannot get this one to take off properly. The problem is that to get the plane off the ground I either have to pitch the nose up a lot (with "default" trim set at 8.0) OR use a lot of trim (around 8.5) and only a little pitch up. In both cases the plane quickly looses speed right after take off and stalls somewhere around 400-700 ft AGL. In the beginning I thought this had to do with my trim/pirch settings, but then I also observed something else:on the VNAV …

Which one is the best, does the benefits UT have over AITM (if any) justify that you have to pay for it considering AITM is (or at least used to be) free?/Richard

Hi Guys,I have been having some trouble with FS9. First of all, it won't close down properly. With Ctrl+Alt+Del I get into System Info and shut it down as a process. Not great fun as you can imagine. Second of all when I go to look for my FS9.cfg file I cannot find it! Not even in C:Document and SettingsMatthewApplication Data and so forth.......Has anyone had these symptoms before? Anyone know a cure? I am curious by nature and do not want to give up too quickly, so I'd like to search for an answer with anyone willing to assist!Kind regards,Matthew

Ok I've been puzzled with the problem for a while, and I can't seem to fix it. While I am using COF, sometimes the textures will not load on the outside model, or in the VC, and I have to restart COF to see them again. If anyone knows what this problem is, please help. I think it has something to do with my graphics card. GeForce 4 MX 420 64MB with 45.33 drivers.

Anyone know of a way to add braking or anti-skid sounds to fs9? Nothing like hearing the grinding of brakes being heavily applied at the end of a landing :)ThanksBill

I would like to know if just one text message in yellow means that I will not pass the IR checkride? It's difficult for me to stay on course because the plane is so sensitive andoverreact very easy when I bank. Hi there,Fact is that I'd like to record my entire flight's audio in a wav/mp3 file plus myself using the mic (replying ATC's instructions etc...)Of course I can do that by using a stereo or whatever other device but I want to know if there is any program out there that records the mic AND Wav inputs (or audio IN/OUT,sorry, i"m not that technical smart guy). Windows does not allow more than one input. Either mic or line-in etc....

Right now when I download weather for KMSP, I get the FD for OMAA, Abu Dhabi, UAE, for KSEA I get Anchorage, for KLAX I get Mazatlan, finally for Denver, some place in Korea. Anyone else seeing this too, tried both V5.2 and 6.3Regards,Graham

Hi all since im not getting any help in the PSS Forum, can some one please help me.The plane will just not reah CRZ Alt, also It always seems to have such a high AOA. No Matter what i do with the fuel load edit, nothing seems to work. It takes hours for it to reach CRZ. I am well versed with their A320 panel, so I guess im set right, but this seems weird.Anyhelp would be great.Jason

Since I reinstalled FS2002 on my new drive and NTFS file system (FAT32 before, not sure if it has anything to do with it) I've got this annoying stutter every 25 secs that lasts for about 6 seconds. where can I get JAL 747-400 with "Matsui face on" for fs 2002?

I have the FS Genesis 38.2 terrain. Should I get the landclass too, or would it be a waste given the detail of the terrain? I'm considering the 76.4 terrain for Canada, but would it be that big a difference from the default terrain? And again, should I try to find a freeware landclass (there is no payware one, I don't think) as well? More than one question, I know, but thx for any input!Billg

I'm having difficulties logging into the server with Fs_Meteo 6.03 because it seems to be down all the time and wondering if there are others having the same experiece?.Infact I have able to log in just once since the 6.3v came out and Marc said he has no control over the server, so I'm stuck with the default one. Please let me know your opinions. Thanks

Does anyone know where I can find a good global express jet. I went to web.ukonline.co.uk/tutissma/ and found one, but could not locate where you download it. Also, this version is for fs2002. I don't want to spend my money and then it does not work for fs2004.Captain
