I have read previous forums and I have located a previous dll file with the correct add ons. I just want to know how to get FSX to recognize that as my dll.xml file so I can get my add on menu back. I did a save as and put that dll file in a folder on my desktop. I think it got corrupted when I did a Active sky next SP2 upgrade. Can anybody help me?

Didn't work for me. I don't have the orbx pnw so maybe that had something to do with it. I have bad bleeding/terrain issues. Tried flatten / changing the elev with ADE.... Greg

Hi all, I have a problem with electric pylons next to runway 35R at KMCO (orlando). I have posted a picture below. I am using FSX:SE, Orbx Global and Orbx Vector but I don't know how to disable Orbx to see if it's an FSX problem or an Orbx one. Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone else see this too? Hello I normally have my UT2 set at 50 percent and wondered what it would look like set at 100 percent , sure there was lots of planes but then I noticed this (Gatwick at 6.15pm) The planes seem to have had brake faliure and just collide with each other, is there any way i can stop this?

Hey everyone. I'm sure many have asked this question, but I didn't want to look at the several problems several had that may come my way, and I don't want to confuse myself anymore than I already am. I have fsx gold edition, with the two deluxe disks and acceleration disk installed. I'm assuming this means I already have all my service packs. Now, the point. I'm not asking how to install SDK, I already know. But there is something wrong with the first step. It says to insert your disk, go to your files and open the SDK folder. I do that, but while there should be the SDK installer inside the folder, my folder is empty. There is nothing inside it. Do you know where it may …

Hi simmers, I got the Wilco A 400 airbus and when I take off, after a bit, the plane looses power and stalls, eventually going down. This happens at about 1800ft. Clb Red I think, is the only info I can see. I'm sure I'm missing something to do with the thrust lever or some kind of setting. Help will be appreciated. Thanks a million in advance. Cheers. john

I have installed fsx sp1 (10.0.61355.0) and when I am trying to install sp2 it says that sp1 not installed what should I do please help.

I am experiencing FSX Radio failures because the radio failure option is checked under Aircraft Failures. I wish to permanently delete this failure. Can someone kindly advise the steps necessary? Thanks / Les Parson

Okay after I land and exit the runway they tell you to change to ground, so then they told me to taxi to gate 80 using taxiway G L H F I am trying to not use any of the progressive taxi BUT when I get to the gates, none of them have signs telling me which gate is which!

I have a Scenery CFG problem "scenery.cfg file error. Invalid remote scenery path in scenery area 125. Click OK to continue." When I open the scenery cfg file with Nutepad, theer is no Title= path. I understand that one way to fix this is to install the Scenery Config Editor. I downloaded the laterst version I could find (1.1.3), but it won't install. When I try I get errors stating that it is unable to open the files that need to be installed. Has anyone else found this?

Hi Stephen, For many months I have had to manually download the OPUSFSI.dll file as for some reason it is being blocked, or will not save to the OPUS folder. I have disabled the windows firewall, disabled and as a last resort uninstalled all AV, but still the problem persists. Is there any particular port I should open on my hardware firewall (sky router) to allow the dll to be downloaded or does your program require any special permissions (UAC is also off)? I assume the download location your program uses is the same as the manual download location which infers that access is not being blocked, but your program's requests are. Any help appreciated. …

hello guys, i`m using opus weather for a long time but it sems like it cause fsx to crash.. well, the problem starts after 1.5-3 hours from the take off. i`m using opus for the whole flight, but then, all of a sudden, the sim crash for 9 min. (eyery time i`s 9 min...). the screen turn blue,and the mouse pointer is turning. after 9 min, the sim is "alive" again,and the flight continu like nothing happened. i`m using live camera and the weather all over the flight. i must find the solution. thank you very much!!!! I've been doing VOR and ILS approaches for some time and come across errors which make it harder to fly these approaches. -1. Discrepancies between the VOR course and heading required to stay on course. For example take the VOR B approach at KPAE - to keep on the 160 degree course inbound to the runway a heading of 160 degrees would be required in zero wind conditions, but this does not work. It turns out only a heading of 163 degrees keeps the needle centered. Hello guus, I just bought fs2crew for my 777 and 320. I installed it correctly but it does not pick up wat i say. But rarely it does. It does pick up words like "yes" " set" etc. Other then tht it does not pick up like gear down or up etc. Wats wrong? Need advice...

Hi, I have had two instances now when flying PMG737-800 when, on the ground, the aircraft starts going backwards. The first time it happened when I was taxying out for take-off. The second has just happened after landing at Heathrow. It does not appear to be an aircraft fault since I shut everything down, applied the brakes and still I went backwards. I wanted to experiment again DSR 2 with FSX on my Nvidia card 680 day before yesterday and from there started a stream of problems which I cannot understand and resolve. First of all I reinstated the video settings as they were before (i.e. 1920x1080) and removed DSR. But all my settings with my hardware (Yoke, rudder pedals, throttle quadrant) and FSX in game shortcuts were lost. FSX does not keep those settings anymore, each time I start FSX, they are lost again and I need to re input everything from scratch. I regenerated an FSX new CFG file, to no avail. I was just wondering if it is possible to get the Opus Live Camera effects to work in conjunction with ASN. It seems like it works fine on the ground but once I get airborne the turbulent motion starts and NEVER stops. I like ASN for weather, but I very much like the Opus camera movements, is there any way to make them work together? Perhaps you could offer a separate program that is only the Live camera to be used with all add-ons? I have the feeling its just going to be "if you want the camera effects you have to use Opus weather too" but I would really like to hear something different. Thanks.

I using Prepar3d v2.5 and Opus. but also I'm having trouble opus weather. During the boarding process comes simulation of wind data. But the wind data will disappear after aircraft take off. 0 Wings 0 knots. I use the PMDG 738 and 777 aircraft. How do I solve this problem?
