Just found this FSX google earth app called : fsgoogleearthview from has anyone had any luck buying this software i sent $8.00 + $15.00 but no reply???????

I am having a problem getting my couatl engine to load. As a result, FSDreamTeam and FlightBeam software aren't working correctly or at all. I have tried re-installing (without my anti-virus on) and I have tried repairing SP2 as FSDreamTeam suggests. I do not see the add on manager or the couatl engine in my addons in FSX. When I first install the engine into FSX, it asks me if I want to trust the engine. I say run and trust. Based on the simconnect diagnostic I am running on startup the bglmanx.dll is causing the error. I have tried deleting this file and reinstalling, but that did not fix it either. This problem just randomly popped up today, and I haven't really installed anything notable lately that might have caused it. My elevator cannot be smoothly controlled. If I pull slightly back, it just goes straight to full aft, and vice versa. Aileron control is fine. At first I thought it might have been a calibration issue with the Saitek yoke, but the problem persists even with my Logitech joystick. I've tried recalibrating my controls, to no avail. It's pretty strange, for example in the Aerosoft Airbus, when moving the controls on the ground, the sidestick animation moves smoothly with my phyiscal movement of the stick; on the actual flight controls page on …

I run my FSX on my desktop and a laptop for when I'm on the road. With their Flight1 Wrapper install system, it doesn't clearly state if it is allowed or able to have it installed on 2 of my own personal computers. It clearly states how to transfer the license to another PC. Does anyone know what the number of installs or license terms are for Ezdok?

With all of my sceneries in, and max on most things I get about 15 FPS in LA, where I am doing my testing. It feels more like 20 FPS to be honest. Now I did over clock my PC, and was wondering if over clocking would improve performance but not the FPS?

I am using three screens for FSX. I am having a problem getting FSINN to load when I go to a airport with 3rd party scenery. In order to get on FSINN I have to go to an airport that does not have any 3rd party scenery. Get FSINN loaded, then go to the airport with the 3rd party scenery. Not only that whether default scenery or 3rd party I will see it in my side monitors, but not my main monitor. In order to clear that up I have to exit the flight, then reenter it. Also after getting the scenery in all three screens I can fly to another area with 3rd party software and have the same problem where I can't see it in my middle screen but see it in the side monitor. I'm new to this Q400. I believe that I've figured out the Control Panel flight control settings; but I'm not so sure about the "Cpan" throttle settings. If someone who is using the CH Pro USB throttle could share their Control panel settings it would be much appreciated. Best to all, Ken

Anyone have a clue how to set up and execute an ILS approach with LOC and GS for this bird? I see the NAV1 and CRS selectors but they dont engage the LOC and GS at all, any help would be appreciated greatly. Ross

Hi everyone, I recently thought of an a free visually realistic weapon "idea" for FSX. I have CaptainSim's Weapon for FSX, but it gets a bit boring after a while because there is no external visual model. Weapons are created in thin air only when you drop them, and they are not modeled with the aircraft so you cannot see them attached to hard points. Since I am not an aircraft developer, and I have no experience programming and coding for FSX (or any other sim), I cannot do this, but I want to put my idea in the open in case someone decides to do it. Hello everyone ! Due to an aging PC, I am a late convert to slow GA VFR and bush-flying. Now my flight speed is on par my chipset! I have fun with both the Cessna 150 Ti’Bush freeware and Flight1 BN-2 Islander. I can get a steady 24fps with reasonable autogen and textures quality. I am considering buying OrbX’s PNW scenery (any bush pilot would), so I have installed the demo which is gorgeous. But with a fps hit while flying the BN-2, what's a tad annoying... FSX Acceleration on Win7 64 - NVidia GTX660Ti. I just experienced a big change in my FSX Accel. Any 2D pop up panel window once undocked and being moved to extended desktop (side screen) it gets graphics inside it from other opened 2D panels or part of the cockpit view. Once I close all other opened ones and reopen it it displaye properly. Any FSX.CFG setting that could make make 2D windows a clone view of other 2D windows once undocked ? I updated NVidia driver to v353.06 via GeForce Experience and made sure NVidia Inspector (1.9.7.3) has the settings proper for FSX.EXE to run my GTX660Ti but that did not make any change. I have this weird behaviour: In any aircraft I open a panel e.g. radio and undock it so I can move it on a second monitor. It has worked without problem. For a few days now when I undock a panel it will show a copy of the main view and the actual panel graphics disappear! Even menu access and mouse panning is also shown in my panel window. This happens in 2D view and VC. I have no clue how I did this. So far I have deleted my fsx.cfg for a fresh start but it didn't help. What can I do?

I've bought this baby during the recent sale, and am enjoying it a lot, however I have a few issues, albeit minor. I understand the automatic fuel tank selection, from tips to wings, once the tips are near empty, however there doesn't seem to be a way of getting back to the tip tanks. My normal method of flying is to take it from one place to another, and then to continue from that last place (after refueling) rather than create a new scenario. But even after refilling the tanks, the tips just won't get used. I've resorted to saving the flight and editing the save file, resetting the selectors back to "Drop 1" and "Drop 2". Hi All, I know this game is ancient in Terms of PC Game Age and thus I have happily paid addition monies to look to bring things like the Aircraft and Graphics meshes more upto date. But my simple flight in my Aerosoft Airbus from Paris Orly to Belfast City last night showed the most frustrating aspect of the game for me. I love to fly using IFR so I get the ATC giving me instructions and generally get no biggie issue with this, only with the runways themselves. My flight last night from orly had me assigned to take off from Runway 24 by the ATC. So to set up the V speeds in the airbus you need to insert the departure runway, but the Airbus MCDU does not …

Hi All, I was wondering if it is possible to switch off runways so that ATC does not assign approaches to them of AI aircraft do not take off or land on them. I am looking to do this for 2 reasons, 1 sometimes when you have L&R runways one of them causes Chaos as planes need to cross 1 active runway to get to parking (Gatwick fro example) and the other is I am rubbish as non ILS landings and only want ILS runways in operation if possible. Is there a programme or utility out there that can do this?

Hi All, I've added a popup window for the PFD in the Aerosoft airbus, since it didn't come out of the box had to add one by editing the panel. However it's only accessible by using Shift+4. But I'd like to be able to click on the VC and have it popup like it works in the NGX, Q400 or any other aircraft out of the box. I had a clickspot gauge somewhere in the past for captainsim weather radar in the J41 so I know it's possible, but I don't have that anymore. Does anyone know where I can download one that I can use? I am not sure if this has been asked before so if has plz forgive for double post, but is there a option to start the Q400 as cold dark or not fully booted up as it currently is? I start my sim with default all off option with Cessna but when select q400 its already up and running and only left to program the fms and start engines.

I'm getting a "Wx Fail" on the top left corner of the MFD when in WxA/Wx mode with the Wx radar in the stby or on. Any ideas?

Has anyone verified the flight model on this puppy? Seems far too overpowered. Anyone have any good TO and CLB power settings? What about CRZ? MMO shows .87 I'm in a 5000+ fpm climb above FL300 at .81... lol is this thing an F16? Also can anyone get NAV2 working? It doesn't seem to drive the RMI.
